The hotel is near the airport and takes pets. The food and pool are really good. Our room was a bit beat up with the towel rack hanging off the wall. It was really clean. It a good hotel but really needs a major upgrade

It’s a hotel in an industrial area - nothing to expect, nothing to be disappointed about! Just the door locks need to be fixed! My card was not working for in total 6 times within 2 days!

What a filthy disaster - just have a look at the photos. Dust, dirt and some strange excrements everywhere, aircon working only for heating, 'beautiful' views and sounds of a highway nearby, super-expensive bar/restaurant with strikingly terrible food. All that for the price of a five-star Parador hotel nearby... Seriously?

Good stay! The room was very clean and comfortable with a great bathroom and shower. I loved the slightly 70's modern vibe of the built-ins and furniture. |I had an early check-out and the concierge actually made myself and my group coffees at 5AM - very nice service!|I didn't get to check out the pool, but it looked quite nice.|The location was great as it is close the airport and also very close to Alcalá de Henares - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A very nice town to visit if you are flying through Madrid.

Excellent staff who are always helpful. Tends to get very busy at the weekend as it has a very good outdoor pool area and also seems to be the local wedding celebrations venue, but weekdays it can be very quiet which is ideal for us. Only downside would be the quality of the menu at lunchtime if you just want a snack and not a full meal. ||||It is not close to the airport, 40euros each way depending which taxi you get, and there a lot of closer hotels to the airport if that is your preference.

Very nice hotel. My only negative sides which are a personal preference are, no double beds (although you could potentially push the two singles together) and no walk in showers. As I say that is a personal preference and shouldn’t reflect on the quality of the hotel.

Great hotel for the price, large rooms and en suite with balconies. Friendly staff and huge breakfast. Only negatives were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and no iron.

Sorry folks my my first review on google is not going to be pretty. The hotel is located in a very busy industrial area, Its something I already could pick up from google maps but thought the surplus in facilities would make up for it while I was here for business bearing in mind its winter and very gray and foggy. Main things I was looking forward to were (in brackets behind my expectations are my comments): 1- Nice rooms, ( my room on 2nd floor was great nothing to complain about, rooms were clean and housekeeping did a excellent job during my stay, mattresses were pretty hard and pillows are miniature size but nothing that bothered me) 2- Good wifi, (important for work / netflix etc, was totally non existent in my room, had to rely on my own 4G on my login details was promised 30MB down/upload, was between 0.5-1.6MB see picture ended up using my entire 20GB per month bundle in just a week, complained many times and no solution was ever provided, this by the way was day and night a issue so not depenend on users. 3- Good gym- this is one of the most depressing gyms I have ever seen, its buried inside their basement and steaming hot from the pool next door witch is nice but really dark. Old equipment, no light and no weights in a tiny room really make you feel like you want to gett out of there asap. 4- Food and bar (Food is totally not worth it, I ordered a half board for my stay breakfast and dinner, and the 2 times I ate it was appalling, best thing is the orange juice machine for breakfast although generally doesn't work well, the juice is amazing. I didn't feel like having the menu the 2nd night I stayed and asked for a burger, after wich the bartender gave me attidute that I didn't order the menu that was included in my half board and served me a pretty much raw piece of meat on a burger. The fact I was so hungry after they only serve dinner at 20:30 onwards caused me to eat a portion of it only to find out its raw, see picture of pretty much "non" cooked hamburger on bread that can only be descibbed of as a combination between concrete or bricks. The steak I was served a few days after and more resembles something from a can of dog food and tasted like it Rather then a "steak with truffles") In general I dont recommend this Hotel, not for the price and advertisement thats being given to the place. Some of the staff members have been nice and I think they are great but no body has gone out of their way to make this experience any better. Perhaps if you just need to have a place to sleep for a night, but for a week its misleading when you see the reviews and then experience its not really much like it in reality.

Yelp
Nice hotel on the outskirts of Alcalá. Very helpful front desk who gave us all the details on how to get to Madrid on the metro as well as where we should go once there. Breakfast was standard Euro fare, included in our room rate. Rooms were tidy and well appointed, great shower. My room had a balcony overlooking the great outdoor pool area. In the warm weather, it would be a great place to relax. Walking distance to many restaurants and a huge shopping center. Wifi was great, although it did not work for about a day and a half of the 6 day stay.
