This hotel is so close to many amenities in town, only a 5 minute walk! And on the grounds there is a well rated, cute coffee shop as well! The rooms like yurts are very spacious and had a loft and kitchen! It fit our family of 4 very well. We had some initial issues with our hot water but they took care of the issue quickly. The staff were wonderful and friendly as well. And the grounds were very well maintained. Even when it was raining outside, they were out there landscaping! We also especially loved and appreciated the laundry service after a long day of whitewater rafting!

Peaceful Escape in Boquete We had a wonderful stay at Isla Verde. The yurt-style cabin with a loft had a beautiful modern design and was thoughtfully laid out. The custom windows and screens allowed a great natural airflow, keeping us cool and comfortable. At night, each cabin glows in its own unique color—it’s a lovely touch that adds to the peaceful ambiance. The WiFi was fast and free, and they even provided umbrellas for rainy days, which we really appreciated. The whole place is quiet, serene, and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, scenic getaway

Cozy little yurt in the jungle with incredible service, location, and wifi! The staff were all super friendly, accommodating, and helped us to call several taxis. I absolutely loved sleeping in the loft bed with the skylight and using the kitchenette. The location is scenic and central to all of the amenities, restaurants and tours that we wanted to do. There was also a cat that might follow you and try to come into your yurt. Overall great experience! I would definitely come back. :)

Lovely unusual cottages, in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to town. Great staff.

The place was wonderful. Had everything we needed and listening to the creek out the bathroom and balcony was heavenly. We bought food and made breakfast so did not try the breakfast there. It was nice having the restaurant next door when it rained but everything downtown was within walking distance.

We stayed here in January 2024. We are an older couple and this place was perfect for us. Spectacular grounds and very quiet. Yet only 5 or so minutes walk to the center of town. The coffee shop on the grounds, newly open by a Belgian couple, was an unexpected surprise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. An ideal place to stay in boquete.

My stay at Isla Verde was very special, everything in this place was amazing from the staff who work there, the rooms and how they designed, and the location. I still remember the guy who made our delicious breakfast and served to us with love. Thanks to Isla Hotel, definitely will choose same place to stay for the next visit to Boquete.

Awful service, it’s supposed to be a hotel but it’s actually a hostel as you are supposed to do most of the cleaning even though you are charged a cleaning fee. We had to wash most of the dishes because they had leftover food stuck to them, the beds were hard and small and the pillows were like little bricks, the fridge was warm and leaking water. No wonder it was the only “hotel” available. The only good thing about this “hotel” were the two cats and Jose Manuel, the girl with the glasses should consider doing something else, she is extremely rude and TERRIBLE at customer service. We had an issue and we were discussing it with Jose Manuel because she was escalating the whole thing with her snarky comments and know-it-all attitude and as soon as we crossed the door she insulted us, we went back and told her off because that is truly unacceptable and you can tell that she only cares about a certain type of people. I would much rather sleep on a wooden board floating in the middle of the Caldera river than coming back to this place!
