We really enjoyed our stay here. A lovely building in an excellent location. Spacious. clean rooms (not all with windows tho'). An extremely comfortable bed! The staff are just lovely and very accommodating. There is clearly an issue with space tho' - the dining room is very small and can only accommodate a limited number of people. There is an outside patio, but if it rains, it cannot be used and people have to wait to be seated. Today it rained and a lot of people came down for breakfast at the same time which meant that some had to wait. The man preparing the food was clearly irritated / stressed. and it was all very awkward. A real pity. That was the only glitch. Apart from that, a great stay abd can thoroughly recommend.

The absolute worst experience ever! We reserved 3 rooms and every room was dated and not very clean. One of the rooms smelled of urine. As soon as we made our way to our rooms, a man came out in his towel only and started saying to keep it down very rudely. We have 2 toddlers and an infant with us. We hadn’t even made it inside our rooms when the front desk called and said someone complained about the noise. All the rooms face an open Terrance so there’s no way to pass another room without them hearing it. Then the wife of this man came out and started calling us animals and telling us to go back to our country. She started cursing and yelling in front of the toddlers with us. She literally created chaos within 5 mins of us being there! The receptionist came up and witnessed it but didn’t do anything about it! Didn’t tell them to stop being rude and racist! We went out and came back and simply walking to the room and took the baby out of the stroller and another guest came out and started harassing us about the noise! Again, front desk didn’t assist in any way. We spoke to them and said it’s obviously not a safe or welcoming environment for us to stay here with the kids. They refused to refund us. No management is on site for us to speak with. My sister had to leave in the late night and take her babies to another hotel because people kept being rude and racist to her family even if the baby made one sound. They haven’t refunded her and she had to find other accommodations after a full day of travel with 2 kids under 3! My brothers family and I could not find another hotel available so late so we got stuck having to stay here! It is completely unacceptable for a “family friendly” hotel to have such an issue with any sort of noise coming from babies!! We have NEVER experienced such behavior towards kids in any place we have ever stayed! The rooms are incredibly small, no room to even walk or accommodate your luggage properly. The cleanliness in the bathroom is not up to par. There is NO sound proofing at all! 0/10 experience! ABSOLUTELY do NOT stay here! This place is disgraceful!

I stayed here for two nights in early Oct 2025 to attend a conference in the city. The hotel was perfect for my needs - the staff were great (there was no problem with my very late arrival time), the room was very spacious /well equipped / comfortable/quiet, and the breakfast was just what I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring central Seville. Would be very happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Initial impression wasn't good it's located down a side street with graffiti all around. The lady that took our details was pleasant and helpful and first impressions of inside the hotel were pleasant the architecture of the building is interesting. It definitely has a cross over between Spanish and "Moorerish"styling. This is the second Soho boutique hotel we have stayed in l wouldn't use this chain of hotels again lm afraid l'm not impressed. Seville as a place to visit is not for me l found it far too busy the people rude and far too noisy but that is just my personal opinion apparently others love it? I can only speak off my experience the hotel is located approximately 25 minutes from the Cathedral and the palace walking. on a plus point it is located centrally for the old town but with that comes the noise so if you're looking for a quiet stay this is definitely not the place. To sum up for me not a pleasant visit and l certainly would visit Seville or the hotel again.

I have never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. We checked in with our two kids (an infant and toddler) in the middle is the day, and were immediately berated by a guest and her husband because we were too loud. We hadn’t even entered our room. She proceeded to curse and yell racial slurs, and the concierge did not do anything. Our kids were not crying or yelling, the walls are just very very thin. That night (before 9 pm) we walked back into our room, and as I took the baby out of the stroller, he cried for 15 seconds. Once more we were berated. I complained to the concierge about feeling unsafe and worrying about the baby waking at night, and although she agreed that the guest’s behavior was ridiculous, nothing was done. I left that very same night and went to another hotel, and they have refused to refund my money. They won’t even respond when I email them. They allow guests to yell racial slurs and berate their other guests and refuse remedy the situation in any way. I will never stay at another soho property.

We had a wonderful stay , the staff were extremely helpful the rooms as we came back twice were just great we were lucky enough to have rooms with balconies. It’s in a relatively quiet street, maybe a little difficult to find at first. Nice little rooftop pool ( although could do with a shade sail to keep it a bit cooler ) A lovely breakfast, all in all a great place to stay

A beautiful traditional styles hotel. Our room was on 2nd floor and tasteful. The rooms are off a central atrium meaning the windows are “internal” so no fresh air. But, in 37° heat we wouldn’t open them anyway. We needed assistance with our aircon and this was dealt with quickly. A good location to walk to sights and near the hotel are lovely alleys with shops and restaurants. The pool area wasn’t the most appealing part of the hotel and we didn’t use it at all. Adequate breakfast but there are places nearby that offer good breakfasts if needed.

I stayed with a friend and we had a great time. The room was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly, and although the pool is small, it was never crowded. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit, real eggs, and salad, which I appreciated since I travel often and miss healthy options. There were also the usual less healthy items like ham, bread, and sweets. My only remark is that workers were repairing the ceiling during breakfast, which was a bit noisy—it would have been better to schedule that later in the day.

Yelp
PROS - The hotel was centrally located near restaurants and shopping - Stylish interior - The room was large - The price of the room was fair (€75/night - see negatives) CONS - Room had no exterior windows - Breakfast was overpriced and disappointing - No parking - lots are 5-10 minutes away and added €25/day to our stay - €50 total - I accidentally left my custom €150 mouthguard in the room, but the maid threw it away - doubled the price of our two-night stay - €150 for a two-night stay + €50 for parking + €150 to replace my mouthguard = €350 (€175/night) CombatCritic Gives Itaca Sevilla by Soho Boutique 3 Bombs Out Of 10 ... Yelp
The first night we landed in Sevilla, Spain we checked into this hotel. The hotel was nice and some what comfortable. I think what I liked about this hotel was the location. It was very convenient to a lot of great shops. The hotel was nicely decorated in a Spanish style. The only downer about this hotel is that the bathroom was extremely small and the bed was some what hard as well.

Yelp
Room was two twin beds pushed together. Breakfast not included. Pool on rooftop is cold but nice in the 90 degree weather, otherwise don't think it's useable. Couldn't check in until 2pm but let me keep my bags safe with the front desk. Bed is a little uncomfortable, A/C works really well. Key is a physical key, kind of large.
