My first time to Seville and as a solo traveller and I had a wonderful experience. I had read other reviews and was expecting no external window but to my very pleasant surprise I had a large private terrace off my room. The room was small but nicely decorated and completely fit for purpose. There was complimentary basic toiletries and water. The hotel itself was in a great location with a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and just off a large square with the Setas de Sevilla in the centre. To note the hotel is on a pedestrianised street but I got a taxi from the airport to the end of the lane and it was a 20 second walk to the hotel entrance. I was a bit anxious as I was arriving at approx 12.30am but after being buzzed in, they were expecting me at reception and it was a very efficient check in process. I got breakfast included which had a typical European continental choice of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and cereals but there are numerous nearby options if you were looking for more choice. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off after sunning yourself on the rooftop terrace, and wasn’t busy while I was there. My only critique was that there was no other food or beverage facilities once breakfast finished, after a long day of sightseeing and exploring it is nice to have a drink in the comfort of your hotel but I bought wine in the Aldi nearby and enjoyed on my terrace. To note also the pool does not open until 12pm, significantly later that other hotels I have stayed in.

The staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located on the edge of the Barrio Santa Cruz, literally steps away from the Plaza de la Encarnación square and the Metropol Parasol. we were able to easily walk to the Sevilla Cathedral and the Real Alcazar even though the temperature was 92F/33C. Be certain to book the Itaca Sevilla. There are two Itaca properties in Sevilla.

Hotel is in the centre of old Sevilla, Falfala neibourhood, near to Staš de Seville and manj barski, restaurants and vively streets. |Romm we got on our first night was tiny and next to reception, so bit noisy all night, and also with no fresh air, but we asked for another room with balcony and moved to 2 floor. Room was great and we had a terase. Bed is super comfy so are pillows and they change pillows every day. Towels were big and flufy and changed as well every day. They gave as also towells for the pool, no charge. |Every day there was fresh coffee capsules provided and small cream. There is well filled refrigerator as well.|The terase was great I would sugest two sunny beds besede the table and the chairs.|The pool is small but nice whene it is hot.|Breakfast area is small, they dont use nice outside area and its a shame. Breakfast is very basic. I would expect a litle more typicaly spanish products and also of higher quality - especialy that goes for ham and melon, also Orange Juice. Ham for the eggs was undercocked and its a shame as one of the reasons I go for bed and breakfast is very good food in Spain.|After all we had a great time exploring Sevilla once again!

We booked this little gem via Booking.com for a long awaited trip to Seville with my daughter. A few days before we left I read a few less than complimentary posts. We debated changing our booking BUT I'm so glad we did not. This charming hotel is so centrally placed its quite amazing. Literally 2 mins walk from Las Setas which is a lively buzzing area for evening tapas. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated recently and everything about it is beautiful. Our room was spacious, airy and well fitted out with beautiful beds, coffee machine, chocs, toiletries and an exceptionally reasonable mini bar. Beers? 2 euros 50, water for pennies, including 2 free, chocolate and crisps. The breakfast proved at €10 was plentiful, included scrambled eggs bacon lots of cold meats cheeses and fruit, and the sweetest oranges ever, plus pastries breads and rolls. The lovely helpful receptionists were so good, booking various things for us, thank you Eugenie. Hope that's correct. So, what else is there to say about this beautiful former palace, only you will absolutely love it. BTW all rooms open to the inner courtyard, this is an old building with no open walls to the outside. Adds to the ambience.||Thank you Itaca Sevilke for an amazing stay.

The location was great! The hotel is in a nice quiet location and within walking distance to all the sights. The bed was massive and really comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. The room was always super clean when we returned every evening. I would stay again, no hesitation!

A very pleasant hotel, although not easy to find. Our room, which had a seating area separate from the bedroom, was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. I found the bath difficult to get into and out of. The buffet breakfast was good.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in for a short break in Seville. It's conveniently located on a small, quiet side street, less than a minute away from the Setas de Sevilla, and about 10 to 15mins walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was charming and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A wonderful small hotel in the centre of Saville. Our room (1st Floor onto the street) was large, well furnished, good bathroom, excellent storage space, clean with a huge and very comfortable bed. Bring ear plugs, Sevillians party under your widow until late!|Buffet breakfast, served until 11am, was very good. Reception staff friendly and helpful.|Tiny coffee machine in room, no kettle so forget tea.
