Hotel Italia Siena

Very convenient for visiting the city centre and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and clean. A good breakfast buffet is available. The staff are very professional and friendly. The only disadvantage is that the parking is small and you should try to book a space well in advance before you visit. Other parking options are available nearby though.

Excellent - Highly recommended. We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff truly made the difference- everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Reception Manager Massimo Indolfi for leading such a great team. A big shoutout to Klotilda, who went above and beyond to assist us- her support was truly appreciated. Also, thank you to Gianmarco and Augustino at the reception for their warm and helpful service throughout our stay. Even though the hotel isn't located right in the downtown area, it's walkable- only about 20 minutes to the center, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

This is advertised as only a shirt walk from the old city, and it is only 20 minutes to the nearest gate. But then its 20 minutes walk to the centre, and if you want to go to another part of the city even further! Plus coming back is uphill. Its a comfortable, clean hotel, good value, near the station, but just too far from the main sights. Also the English website said we could have access to the swimming pool at their sister hotel but it turned out that had stopped a year ago. They hadn't updated the website. Very disappointing.

Great hotel to stay in Siena! Located about 10 mins walk from the train station and near a couple restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and has a lounge/ bar area. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Highly recommended for budget travellers !

The hotel has a great location, just minutes away from the main train station. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we got a room on the ground floor which you heard the street noises easily which made our stay a sad experience. I will still highly recommend it, but you should ask for a higher floor! Some even have balcony!

Fabulous hotel. Charming staff who were incredibly helpful. A real find! Close to station, but easy walk to all city sites. Excellent breakfast buffet. Fridge in room for milk and water. We had 4th floor rooms which were quiet for a city, but there was probably some noise between rooms on lower floors. Road outside was generally quiet. Staff booked restaurants, helped with public transport, recommended activities and places to eat. All spoke very good English and seemed to have perpetual smiles. Service was faultless.

We had an amazing 2 night stay and booked the room with a balcony (have to request) which was so nice to have after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean. It was easy to get to through the mall and a nice walk into the walled city. Breakfast was nice and a good selection. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with excellent service and staff. Walkable to the old city. Parking isn't convenient, but they offered help with directions to nearby lots. Super breakfast included, (blueberry cheesecake!)
