Hotel Italia Siena

Excellent stay – highly recommended We stayed at Hotel Italia Siena for two and had a really great experience. The location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station using the long escalator, and around 2 km from Siena city center. The walk to downtown was easy and pleasant. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety, so there was always something to enjoy in the mornings. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free map and shared everything we needed to know about the city. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both short visits and longer stays!

Excellent - Highly recommended. We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff truly made the difference- everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Reception Manager Massimo Indolfi for leading such a great team. A big shoutout to Klotilda, who went above and beyond to assist us- her support was truly appreciated. Also, thank you to Gianmarco and Augustino at the reception for their warm and helpful service throughout our stay. Even though the hotel isn't located right in the downtown area, it's walkable- only about 20 minutes to the center, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

The hotel was clean; we had an executive room which was fine, though nothing special. Window on street side but very well isolated. Location was okay, but about a 25-minute walk to the center. Parking can be tricky – limited spots at the hotel itself, and we ended up in a side street about 10 minutes away on foot (probably more a matter of luck). Breakfast was acceptable for a 3-star, but nothing noteworthy.

Very nice hotel, near trainstation.|Large room with good bed and aircon. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.|A shame it’s quite a long walk to central Siena. About 20-25 minutes, so you have to plan your sightseeing very well.|But some good restaurants are a 10 minute walk in via Camollia.

Very convenient for visiting the city centre and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and clean. A good breakfast buffet is available. The staff are very professional and friendly. The only disadvantage is that the parking is small and you should try to book a space well in advance before you visit. Other parking options are available nearby though.

This is advertised as only a shirt walk from the old city, and it is only 20 minutes to the nearest gate. But then its 20 minutes walk to the centre, and if you want to go to another part of the city even further! Plus coming back is uphill. Its a comfortable, clean hotel, good value, near the station, but just too far from the main sights. Also the English website said we could have access to the swimming pool at their sister hotel but it turned out that had stopped a year ago. They hadn't updated the website. Very disappointing.

Great hotel to stay in Siena! Located about 10 mins walk from the train station and near a couple restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and has a lounge/ bar area. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Highly recommended for budget travellers !

If its your first time to come to siena , you should stay in this hotel because its easy to find , comes with breakfast and so close to public transport , shopping mall and train station . Rooms are clean and the heater works very well. I definitely come back
