Rooms and the outbuildings are tired and worn out. Included breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. The pools were fun to be in but then again maintenance and updates need to be done. When first built the entire buildings and grounds must have been stunning.

The best experience you can have for a relaxing trip. The hotel is very big, with a nice and helpful team. The mineral drinking water gives you a very good feeling as you can see it bubbles from the spring. The pool facility is awesome. It is a must try experience.

Spa for everybody...very, very healthy water 💧

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Highlight was the pool area with wonderful spa features - all sorts of water massages and a virtual "river" with a current that takes you around the pool. Great fun. A small drawback was the distance from our main areas of interest in Slovenia. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Easter weekend 2018. As some similar reviews, this is more a 3 star hotel than 4. ||With a little bit of investments and automatism (like another 4 star hotel in Ptuj form the same hotel group) it can be more better. For example you need one card for access to the pools and another for the saunas. ||||Disadvantages: small room, unfunctional locker, so much crowd in the pools||||Advantages: very kind and helpfully staff, large choice and delicious food.||||In the end my opinion about the weekend is good.

I always love it here. The food is superb. The people are lovely. Nature is stunning. There could be so much more - this place has unlimited potential. I hope the owners of the land will make the effort and turn it into the gem it deserves to be.

The room was visibly dated and there were a lot of ants ”infesting” it. It was comfortable nonetheless and the food was great. Housekeeping was excellent. Just don't expect anything special and you will have a good time.

Whole resort, pools and rooms are clean and spaceous. But in winter season, concept of whole place is more adopted to older people and couples without children. Food is varied but in outdated way of preparation. Hotel rooms are quite big but beds could be more comfortable. Staff is proffesional but a bit reserved.
