I have been coming to this Hotel roughly 5 to 7 nights a week spending my own cash i dont get vouchers or assistance. I have been staying here for about over a month now. And the woman Haily at the front desk was so mean and snide towards me and very disruptive and disrespectful! She was the most unpleasant person in customer service that I have ever dealt with! Not to mention my last stay in rm 125 was infested with Ants! And the room before that which was a suite with the balcony was not cleaned properly there was scum in the shower and wrappers on the floor. I stay here because the location is great for me and I enjoy the pool and the hot tub rooms. Also house keeping the ladies are so rude and very disruptive in the morning. Intact one entered my room before I could even get to the door! Not ok guys! Hotel J please get you're employees together. Because after this stay and after the thousands of dollars ive spent im going to quality inn after this. No disrespect and I find no slander other than how rude I was treated I greatly appreciate the feedback from the hotel

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your establishment. The conditions I encountered were significantly below any acceptable standard of cleanliness and guest comfort, culminating in an entirely unacceptable experience. Upon checking into both the primary accommodation and the accompanying kitchenette, I was confronted with egregious sanitary deficiencies. I possess extensive photographic documentation of these issues, which include, but are not limited to: * Visible mold on heating and ventilation units. * Remnants of previous guests' personal belongings. * Severely molded shower curtains accompanied by entomological debris. * Clear indications that the bedding had not been refreshed prior to my occupancy. Despite my personal attempts to mitigate these issues using purchased cleaning supplies, the overall state of the room remained uninhabitable. Compounding these significant concerns, I must also address an erroneous charge for December 31, 2025, which appeared on my statement. This charge was applied despite my prior communication with Ms. Samantha and the submission of evidence disputing its validity. Furthermore, the auxiliary facilities were equally disappointing. The swimming pool presented visibly unhygienic conditions, and the breakfast service was entirely unappetizing, forcing us to seek alternative arrangements for both amenities. The cumulative effect of these numerous deficiencies ultimately compelled me to vacate your premises prematurely and secure alternative, higher-rated accommodation at a different hotel. The sheer extent of these deficiencies raises serious questions about your establishment's commitment to guest health, safety, and basic hospitality standards. This experience has been exceptionally distressing and is, without exaggeration, the most unsatisfactory hotel stay I have ever encountered. I expect an immediate and comprehensive investigation into these matters, along with a full refund for my stay and the erroneous charge. I trust you will treat this complaint with the utmost seriousness it deserves.

Positive: One mile from the airport with free Uber or shuttle van service. Reasonable charge for park & fly. A decent breakfast in a very clean dining area. Very nice staff. We stay there frequently when flying from Green Bay. Negative: ""

We were surprised to a room upgrade at check in. We stayed in the Rainforest themed room. The bed was insanely comfortable. The room was also very clean. There was PLENTY of hot water in the shower with great pressure. The rest of the hotel was very clean and the staff was by far the most friendly staff I have interacted with. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff didn't stop restocking, cleaning, and attending to the needs to the guests. The pool area is VERY small. The hot tub has a limit of 4 people and I would suggest two of them are kids. The area also has a terrible echo and there was a bunch of people. There's no way to describe how loud it was, which is unfortunate. Overall, I would recommend this hotel hands down IF you don't want to use the pool.

Cienthia L.

Google
We book the suite and when we arrived. Was told we couldn't get it because we had our kids. They said they don't allow kids in their suite. It wasn't disclosure on the website or priceline when we booked it. It wasted our time. Very unprofessional not to mention no kids in the suite until upon arrival. We had to cancel our room in order to get their other regular room. They couldn't cancel the room on their end and we had to call priceline to cancel since it was a nonrefundable room. Now we have to wait a week to get a refund. We ended up not staying because it was a waste of time, money and mentally exhausting.

From the first reception to the end of our stay, the staff at Hotel J Green Bay was wonderful. The concierge gave us some great places to dine along with great ideas to stop on our trip. The place was newly renovated and very clean. We loved it so much, we stayed a second night (We NEVER do that) Don't tell anyone about this! We don't want everyone learning about our secret. Where will we sleep next time, we go to Green Bay?

Google
We come here a couple times a year. Love it. We eat next at Los Magueyes, which you also get a discount on your meal for staying at Hotel J. Great hot tub and pool. Themed rooms are awesome. Love the whirlpool tub in the main part of the room. Just wish it was a tad bit bigger so both my wife and I could get in together.

Stayed for 2 nights to go to a football game. This is a pretty basic hotel but it suited our needs as hotels are very expensive in game weekends. breakfast was very basic, but ok. Rooms were clean and beds were ok. nothing really stood out good or bad so if you are just looking for a place to sleep this will do the trick.

Yelp
We stayed in a standard room, it was quite utilitarian, but at least had both a fridge and microwave. TV was modern, sheets & bed were clean & comfortable. Zero issues with the main part of the room. The bathroom was a bit tight as larger people, such as myself, may find themselves straddling the tub to sit on the toilet. Honestly, a small complaint. Housekeeping comes through twice a week if you are staying long, and you can have them come in on those times or not. We appreciate the privacy, we can handle our own time in the room. If you stay longer than a week the hotel requires housekeeping to at least poke in once a week, which makes sense. The pool/spa area was nice with both have appropriate temperatures and the spa was fully functional. My only complaint is that the age of the finish was showing, and the spa's granite surface was decaying. It was a little "pokey" and my suit got stuck to it. Honestly, that's a minor complaint as it was still one of the nicer (albeit smaller) spas I've been in in my travels. Honestly, I'm having a hard time no calling Hotel J the "Best Value Sleep in Green Bay," and my next trek down I'll most likely be back.

Yelp
Great location and the price is very good. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean. The hot tub was clean and the amenities were great. It was nice to visit this part of the country and enjoy the amenities. Thank you so much. I will visit this in the future should I be in the same geographical location thanks.

Yelp
No vending machine on 2nd floor nor an ice machine. Signage stating an Ice machine and vending machine just to see an ice machine that does not work and a vending machine does not exist. Rooms are small. No counter space on the sink. Positive is there's a fridge, nice TV, and a nice AC\HeatUnit. Front desk was very little knowledgeable .. and thought it was strange according to her tone and questioned that I added my partner to the room whom was standing next to me.. . Pricey...
google avatar

Yelp
Very surprised. Looks like new owners, remodeled. Room is excellent, found no issues. Price is very reasonable and many amenities. Got give them 4 stars.

Yelp
This hotel doesn't advertise itself as a discount hotel, but the rates are so reasonable, like I haven't seen since about 08', I knew there was a reason. That being, as you may see in another review, there is limited or no housekeeping. I checked at the front desk for another matter and inquired if it's true we do our own housekeeping. The clerk was truthful but answered like a president's press secretary. "If you need more towels you can come here and we'll get them". That's fine if it's one day or two but longer is a problem. I had enough towels to last two nights easily. The towels and washcloths are showing their age. The room has an almost spartan appearance but perhaps leaning utilitarian. Television, latest in wide screen crystal clear, with a big cable selection. Bed, comfortable, sheets are not luxury but get the job done. Curtains blocked the light out completely but I was on the back side away from the neon with only a view of corregated aluminum storage. The hotel is easy to get to from hwy 172 and there are some restaurants and a great coffee place in the neighborhood. Pool and Hot Tub, very nice, hot as it should be. Breakfast, complementary with waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy.

Samantha P.

Yelp
For the price it's a pretty good place to stop for the night, we paid about $73 to stay for one night. The room was clean enough but it did smell heavily like wet dog or some kind of animal. Once you were there for a couple minutes you couldn't smell it anymore. They had a good breakfast in the morning though and comfortable beds so for one night as a stop along the way it was worth it

Yelp
Stayed in the King Whirlpool suite. Nice, clean room. The bathroom was built into a small area, almost like a large closet. Not much room in there. Sink was outside the bathroom. The refrigerator that was in there didn't keep our food and beverages cold, was more like a wine cooler. We called the desk,, and They did bring us a refrigerator that kept colder. The suite was spacious, flat screen TV, microwave oven, the usual amenities. The Whirlpool was small, and to get into it is not fun, too wide of an entry point due to the faucet being at the entry point. Bed was comfortable. I will most likely return to the hotel, but will try a themed suite next time, as we have been in one of those here before and had a better experience with the tub in those rooms.

Jason Z.

Yelp
Close to airport, relatively quiet, and reasonably priced. TV never worked and breakfast was completely completely emptied half hour before scheduled ending time. The pool area was an embarrassing mess. Can't imagine I'll stay here again.

Yelp
Stayed here for 2 nights, before and after a Packer game. The room was fine but be aware that they start cleaning EARLY!!! 730 we heard them knocking on doors. Not to mention that the walls and ceiling are not sound proof....whatsoever!!! Heard the people above us all the time. Not the worst hotel I've ever been to but will probably choose differently next time.

Yelp
You get what you pay for. I stayed at Hotel J over the Fourth of July holiday for two nights. Going in, I knew I wasn't in for anything spectacular given the $67/night rate - and I was right. The hotel, though remodeled, seemed old and tired. I didn't really make use of their amenities, but my room was basic. The biggest complaint I would have been the parking lot parties that occurred outside my window each night. I understand that one night was the 4th, but when it happens for a second night - no. Ended up calling the front desk who seemed to promptly disperse the party (which I am grateful for). Second complaint was the lack of housekeeping. Generally when I come back to my room I expect my room to be made up, but that really didn't seem to happen... The redeeming factor? Their staff. The staff at Hotel J are both friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in earlier than the usual check-in time and were very apologetic for both the parking lot parties and the lack of housekeeping. My recommendation: If you're on a budget or your flight has been cancelled - go for it, it is a basic but solid hotel. Needless to say for me, the next time I'm in Green Bay I am going to be spending a little extra money to stay at a more upscale property where my windows won't be directly over the parking lot.

Scott M.

Yelp
Checked in to find that we would be responsible for all of our own housekeeping (getting and removal of towels, remove trash etc). All this while they had a 50% price increase because it was a busy time. Pay your workers and maybe you will have some. The breakfast was decent which earned an extra star.

Billie Jo B.

Yelp
The website is very deceiving. The rooms and breakfast area look nothing like the photos. I was looking forward to this waffle bar that I saw posted. The breakfast area looked nothing like the photo online and was very underwhelming. There was a waffle machine, no toppings. Everything else was empty with nobody restocking. Now, let's talk about the actual hotel. Once again, deceiving. Upon check-in, the lobby looked and smelled nice, staff were friendly. We were just tired and looking for a place to get some rest, so the front desk staff said they would put us on the first floor since we were tired. When I asked which door would be the best to come in (closest to our room since remember we were tired), I was told to just come in the front door. This long hallway led us almost to the very end where there was an entry door 10 feet from our room that we could have easily came in. Instead, we had to walk down the entire stinky hallway just to get to our room. The hallways smelled like old, musty cigarettes even though there are no smoking signs literally posted everywhere. Bathroom tiny with the smallest bath towels that felt like sandpaper. The room itself felt like we were in a basement or a dungeon. Again, we were just looking to get some sleep so we figured for the price, we would tough it out. We had another 6 hours of driving the next day. Let's get to the best part. At 5:30 am, I was awoken to the people above us apparently getting up for the day. I think they were just getting ready for the day. I could hear their every move with creaking coming from the ceiling like it was an old house. They finally sat down after about 20 minutes and I was able to fall back asleep. At 6:30 am, I was awoken again by the creaking ceiling. This walking back and forth went on for another half hour. So much for getting a nice night of rest. Overall, hotel looks nice from the outside. However, I think it's a very old hotel that is in need of major renovations. I just felt dirty leaving this hotel and was reminded of it again leaving down the hallway in the morning, the smell was nauseating. You definitely get what you pay for.

Yelp
The staff are wonderful. However...only three thin towls in the bathroom, and the breakfast totally sucks! No eggs, boiled or scrambled. No meat. Simple shitty carbs. Breakfast was a bust!

Yelp
Greetings from a Fort Wayne yelp*er. It is difficult for me to rate a small town hotel. As I have been to many different states, and having lived in a few large cites to. What I do notice is how the airlines chose to have their pilots stay there. Since an airport is located about a half a mile away? Or how a trucking company houses their trucking students there? Only in a small town! This Settle Inn is practically next door to a McDonald's, and there is a convenience store right down the road. If you like to gamble, the Oneida casino is about 1/2 mile away. But far enough away that you still have peace and quiet. The hotel is somewhat 1970's, small town type? However, I liked the location and there were restaurants within walking distance, a coffee shop across the street. And close to a local mall with a free shuttle to the casino. The Settle Inn even has, a 24-hour pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good also with an assortment of both cold and hot items. Cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Two juices and of course coffee. The coffee was very tasty and not bitter for a hotel franchise. The breakfast in the morning was much larger than some hotels I've stayed in. It's the small extras that make it worth going to, as this helps keep down the costs of traveling. Would I go there again? Yeah as I already have a full gym membership and all the modern conveniences at home. I do not need feel the need to pay out the noise for a five star hotel. As I did in my very first review, The Four Seasons hotel.

J ..

Yelp
Guessing this used to be a Super 8 or Best Western. Someone tried to clean it up with paint and some updated furniture but it needs a lot of work. The 2nd level hallways are in terrible shape. They are uneven and in some spots I swear I was going to fall right thru. The rooms need a ton of work. The carpet is in need of being replaced, the tv is a 20" at best and the curtains are horrible. The beds were ok for comfort and the pillows were good. The bathroom sink and mirror is small and located in the main area while the shower and toilet are in a separate room....a very small room. The closet area is tiny. The hotel is right next door to an airport...I mean right next door so it was very loud at times. I don't think I would stay here again.

Yelp
Clean decent hotel if you are there for a night or two and don't plan on being in the room for long. The lobby was very cozy and a great spot to gather if you are there with a group. The breakfast is free and was okay, nothing there to rave about but again it was free and the room was packed. The bathroom area was very tiny but we managed for a night. During football season they require a 2 night minimum.

Brian F.

Yelp
Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful rooms. They helped my family in a time of need. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will be staying here again for sure.
google avatar

Jennie K.

Yelp
This was a wonderful place to stay! I would definitely chose to stay here again. It is so close to so many things in town. The lady who checked us in was one of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and it was a very beautiful hotel. I didn't go swimming but checked out the pool area. It was very clean and the water was warm. They did have the hot tub closed because of covid. I take one star away because the grab and go breakfast was disappointing. My apple was rotten and my juice was frozen. My mother's was just fine though. I don't want to knock them to hard on that since I definitely appreciate them trying to accommodate during Covid. The only other thing that was iffy, is that the bath tub felt like it was going to collapse if you stepped in the middle. Other than those small things, it was a very nice stay!
google avatar

Evie K.

Yelp
Soo after staying the night in a loud hard bed in a beautiful suite, they we're awesome and let us change to a different suite, no problem. Free Breakfast, nice staff, perfect location, clean.. Definitely would stay again!

John M.

Yelp
This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's close to downtown and only about 10 minutes from Lambeau Field. Price was reasonable. The continental breakfast was decent. The only thing I could find wrong was the pool may have been a bit over chlorinated. I would definitely stay here again.

Amy D.

Yelp
This place is pretty shady. Stayed a couple of nights and they over charged us by $300. Tried talking to a manager several times during our stay and they conviently were no where to be found. When we finally reach one on a cell phone, she would not assist us. Three other people AS WE STOOD AT THE FRONT DESK had similar issues. Tomorrow I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and the city. Messed up!
google avatar

Stacie T.

Yelp
Horrible experience. Kids unsupervised running up and down the hallways and one couple having loud sex all night. When I brought it to the hotel's attention about both, they did nothing. I got no sleep. Had to board a flight at 4:55 am so i had to be up at 3 am. Do not recommend as a place to stay and catch a flight as you will not get good customer service or sleep. They cant and won't control the people that cause havoc in their hotel. Will not be going back. It's crossed between sleazy motel and and out of control daycare. Wonder how many kids got a sex education that night.

Mark O.

Yelp
UNBELIEVABLE is how I would describe trying to check into HOTEL J. It was the worst experience I have ever had in many years of staying in hotels. The hotel is adjacent to the Green Bay, WI airport. I had reserved a room, arrived on a late flight, and got to the hotel about 11 PM July 3, 2021. It was apparently change of shift with one woman there and another arriving to take over. My wife and I checked in without a problem. I noticed a prominent sign on the wall behind the check in desk which said there would be a $250 clean up fee for smoking in the rooms. We had reserved a nonsmoking room. We were assigned room 143 which had a nonsmoking sign on the door. When we entered the room my wife and I detected the strong scent of heavy cigarette smoke and cleaning solution. Since I did not want to be charged $250 for a room cleanup of cigarette smoke we were not responsible for we returned to the front desk to inform the staff of this problem. One woman agreed to check out the room. When she returned she said she was a smoker and could not smell cigarette smoke scent in the room! I then requested that the second woman check out the room. When she returned, she said there was just the scent of cleaning fluid and not cigarette smoke. She also said there were no other rooms available at their hotel. Since I did not want to get assessed a $250 fee and didn't think we could find a room elsewhere at that late hour, I requested that they make a note on our reservation document that we complained about the smell of smoke in the room. I then pulled out my phone to take pictures of the two women so if I had to talk to management in the morning I could show them who the women were. When I did this the two women became furious stating that I could not take pictures. They also said we could not stay at the hotel, to leave the premises, and that they were calling the police. We sat down on the couch in the lobby to wait for them. When the two policemen arrived they first talked to the two receptionists and then to us. I calmly explained to one officer what happened. He told me that the receptionists were upset that I had taken their pictures and would I be willing to delete their pictures. I said I would not because I would need to show management the next day who we had talked to and that there was no law against taking pictures of others in public. The officer then asked for our identification cards which we promptly provided. He hesitated a couple seconds and then told his partner that they were not going to write up this call. He then returned our IDs to us. Next he went over to the two ladies and told them that it was not illegal to take pictures and that they as policemen routinely have people taking pictures of them. He offered to call us a cab and we took him up on the offer and went to stay at Wingate by Wyndham which is even closer to the airport (which proved to be a pleasant experience). The officer said a couple times that we really did not want to stay at the Hotel J. If anyone would know, the police would be the ones (numerous police calls to the premises?). The next day I called the Hotel J and spoke to Tiffany, the manager on duty. I told her what had happened. She told me that the ladies on duty the previous night said we had been tapping on the Plexiglas screen (not true) and that they had offered us an upgraded room at a higher rate (not true). If you are considering staying at a hotel in Green Bay, look elsewhere.

Amanda A.

Yelp
You get what you pay for - $68/night, clean but dated, beds moderately comfortable, good shower pressure, and hallways and front lobby were kept clean. My room was super bright at night even with the curtains drawn from outside lights, the pool was cloudy and looked in need of a serious cleaning and during my stay, staff (housekeeping and front desk) rarely had masks on. COVID changes: No housekeeping and grab and go breakfast consists of a muffin, granola bar, red delicious apple and juice.
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
Sure the decor is a little out dated but the crew is super friendly, and totally helpful. Rooms were perfect for my son and I . We had a three day stay and we're well taken care of. The continental breakfast was delish. Lambeau was nice and close as was everything else you need. Definitely gonna book here in the upcoming Games we attend. Thanks guys. GO PACK GO!
google avatar

Patti R.

Yelp
The hotel is clean enough but for the ridiculously high rate they charge for being so so in a so so location is crazy. The front desk staff were very pleasant on the bright side. The rooms are small the bathroom area cramped and not a good use of space. The towels should be upgraded with the rates they charge. Pretty noisy from above on the ground floor so not well insulated for sound. I'd say maybe look around more. Greenbay is not a difficult city to get around in further out might be the much better deal! Oh and it takes at least three tries to get the toilet to flush....
google avatar

Cheyanne S.

Yelp
Love to stay here! Every time I go, my room is spotless. The general manager is so nice. The only negative experience I had was kids running up and down the hall - but the front desk made sure to take care of it. Breakfast is great. Helpful note: They DO NOT take cash. Which is okay, but I feel it's important to know. Right next to the airport, super convenient.

Yelp
Hopefully you review this before booking with Hotel J. Hotel J was nothing like we thought it would be. Very outdated, pool and hot tub much smaller than they appear in picture. You can barely fit more than 3 people in the hot tub. Most importantly the rooms are disgusting, it is an older place so rooms smell like smoke and are not cleaned. We found makeup on the counter and burn marks all over the sink in the bathroom. I informed the front desk of this shortly after we arrived. They said they could move us to a different room, but if one room isn't cleaned, most likely the other ones are not as well. I informed them we would like to leave and she stated we would still have to pay. We couldn't handle the smoke smell and left in the middle of the night. I tried contacting the manager Dayton several times with no call back. Then Carmen at the front desk stated their was nothing they could do since we were there for more than 4 hours. I informed her that we contacted the front desk within few hours upon arrival and said we were planning on leaving. She could have cared less and said there was nothing she could do. Overall, worst hotel I have ever been to and would just like to warn people.

Monica M.

Yelp
Checked into hotel lady at the front desk had a sour attitude. Later on that night went down to the pool area for a swim realized there were no towels went up to front desk and asked her for towels and she gave attitude again stating they stop bringing towels in before 10. The day of the check out I realized that I was itchy by the time I get home my leg is sore I thought it was mosquito bites but turns out they were bed bug bites. Do not Recommend this hotel. Terrible service

Yelp
Heavy rain meant flight cancellation. With an early morning flight I wanted to watch the Giants game on TV, go to sleep and wake to head home. The Airport Settle Inn delivered this and more. My room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was exceptionally generous. I'll definitely return when in the area.

Britnie A.

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars I would. We got to the room at 1248am after a long drive and I had called and verified TWICE during the day our room. Not to mention why I was charged 6 hours before we actually arrived on the property. The woman at check in was rude and rolled her eyes more often then my 6yr old does. We also were not told at any point when I verified my room that they do not do sofa beds with queen rooms despite what their employees told me and would of gladly taken a room with a sofa bed and double if offered to us as we had 3 kids with us. They did offer a free rollaway after being given a nasty and rude attitude by the woman checking us in and when I verified that we would not be charged the word yes was slow and drawn out treating me like I was either stupid or beneath her. The beds were hard as rocks and you could feel the inner springs inside, the one my husband and I shared left a bruise from one of the springs along my side. Due to the room size with a rollaway (which might I add was an extreme fire hazard as there is only one spot in those rooms for them which blocks the only room exit) my husband now has a broken foot. Our room keys deactivated everytime we left the hotel to go to the lake or zoo and they claim it's from your cell phone but the one day we didn't even bring our phones with us to avoid water and sand. They kept blaming expedia was who we needed to talk to for any room issues or charges. When we called expedia they stated the hotel was the one who took care of charging our card and setting our room, they verified our room also should of had a sofa bed. Not only this but as their early check out policies are not mentioned on their site or anywhere else we had to leave for an emergency and ended up with ANOTHER 71$ charge, no $25 deposit back as was guaranteed to my husband when we checked in. The bathrooms are small and cramped with a toilet near the floor it reminded me the ones from my kids preschool. The only thing anyone enjoyed was the pool. The TV kept freezing up and was almost impossible to watch anything. Blanket was as thin as the sheets. The halls are not a pleasant place at night and probably not one for children to be around due to all the "intimate" sounds you hear as many of the rooms look like they should be used for adult films. You are responsible for taking trash downstairs and hoping someone is at the front desk to give you new trash bags which was not the case twice when my husband went downstairs. The breakfast is a sack with an apple, muffin, granola barz and box of apple juice. The muffin was soggy as they leave it all in a fridge, apple had bruises and had brown spots throughout and my kids said the apple juice tasted sour. They allowed my husband to check into the hotel but according to "policy" when our key didn't work they wouldn't allow him to get this fixed, they had not even seen me prior to coming in to find out why our room was not what we booked, he simply had a card and my ID which if someone had stolen could of had, how is this not against the same policy as getting a room key fixed? This hotel is far from family friendly and I would stay at any other hotel in the area and as far from this place as possible.
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
The service was average. The room smelled like years of smoke and the walls/ceiling were so thin that I was barely able to sleep 3 hours. I called the front desk to ask if they could do anything about what sounded like a herd of small elephants skipping in the room above me....alas, nothing changed.

Yelp
This place is total bs, rooms smell bad, pool is closed due to an "incident". Key cards don't work anywhere in the building except your room. Price was not bad, but as the saying goes you truly get what you pay for, I don't think I would stay here again if it was free

Yelp
This weekend started out great & now it's turned to complete shit. I wasn't crazy about the rock hard mattresses, but the room was pretty nice & the staff that checked us in last night were friendly. Second night has been a nightmare. First, the pool reeks like pee. I mean reeks. Second, I almost busted my shit waking in there because some gang of dumbass rednecks parked a cooler directly in front of the door. The very door that states "no food or beverages", oh the irony & the hot tub is crammed with these idiots who are running back & forth getting beers from said cooler. Now, I'm much less concerned with adults drinking beer in the hot tub than I am that there were 12 people in a tub for four and clearly not vacating anytime soon. Meanwhile their kids are running up & down the halls yelling & screaming. And why not? It's not like their parents are watching them, they're too busy getting trashed in the hot tub. Anyway, we nope out of there in less than five minutes & stop by the front desk to ask for towels as the drunken idiots and their offspring have depleted the pool supply, but surprise! No one is at the front desk! There IS a dude standing there waiting to check in though, who asks us if we've seen anyone at the desk. We go back to the room & get dressed & go back to the desk to see if we can get towels because I, for one, prefer to shower after swimming in urine. There is actually someone at the desk now, but they're out of towels. Great. Oh, and the fan in the bathroom sounds like a fucking helicopter.

Yelp
The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and talkative - excellent reception. I wasn't expecting much because the price was so reasonable I figured there had to be a catch. Our room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better I've seen in hotels of equal calibre. There was plenty to choose from - cereals, danishes, bagels, toast, deviled eggs, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle iron. The pool is open until late hours which is appealing, although we decided to pass. If I were going to Green Bay again, I would absolutely stay here.

Yelp
We booked a suite at this hotel for our daughter's birthday, and were overcharged by $64 per night (2-night stay) from what I was quoted. This hotel did not provide me with a written confirmation of this rate, therefore I have little recourse. Their error ended up costing me a total of $370 due to fees from my bank. I have been treated rather rudely from their staff from the beginning, starting when THEY assigned me to incorrect room at check in, and the rudeness and lack of customer service has continued. They credited a small portion of this error back to me, which due to the processes that I was not informed of, cost me more fees. (Trying to make a long story short here). They are privately owned, and refuse to provide contact information for their owners, so I cannot go to anyone else about this situation to get is resolved. Trying Better Business Bureau to see what happens. It's a shame their service is so poor, because the suite itself was very nice. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I return.
