"Set amidst the cowboy bar vibes of Jackson’s Town Square, Hotel Jackson has seemingly done the impossible: create a property overflowing with Old West architectural details (reclaimed barn wood, studded leather chairs, and Southwest-inspired wool blankets) without sacrificing modern life’s finer things (L’Occitane bath products, a rooftop hot tub, and a guests-only library full of original Indigenous art). After adventuring in Yellowstone National Park, a mere 80 minutes away, don’t miss the world-class Lebanese-Mediterranean fare at FIGS." - Emily Pennington

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore downtown area. The staff was amazing and had great recommendations. The rooms were very clean. The bus shuttle was perfect for taking us to the ski resort and storing our skis. The front desk made sure that this trip will be one we will never forget.

Google
We were in town to ski at Jackson Hole and cannot say enough great things about Hotel Jackson. The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully appointed. The library is a wonderful place to relax and the roof top hot tub was ideal after a day of skiing. We took the shuttle to the mountain everyday and it was always on time and the driver was so friendly. The location is also top notch! You can walk anywhere in town very easily. The grounds, amenities and location are all outstanding, but what really sets it apart from any other high end hotel we have stayed at is the level of service! The staff is amazing and treat every guest with respect and kindness. We cannot wait to come back for another stay at Hotel Jackson! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Google
What a find! Hotel Jackson is the perfect boutique hotel- amazing location, beyond friendly staff, beautiful rooms and hotel. The impeccable small details catering to hotel guests make one really notice how special this hotel is. I would never stay anywhere else and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this fantastic town.

Google
This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of town! The hospitality is A+ from the staff. Keith made sure everything was perfect for our stay…we adored him! I will only stay here on my future visits and highly recommend to everyone I know. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!!

Google
Large, well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. They also have fireplaces - which we did not need to use because it was unseasonably hot. They had a nice gym and we used their hot tub on the roof. I would stay here again as it was also very quiet. They also are great at the extras.

Google
Best place by far. First time visiting Jackson Hole and they truly made me and my now fiancée feel at home. They were super accommodating and made sure we were always taken care of. We will 100% be coming back and only staying here exclusively. Hotel, amenities, and service is top notch! Shout out to all the staff members that made our weekend so memorable.

Google
We have been to Jackson several times staying at properties from Amangiri to Cloudveil and a few in between. We LOVED our stay at Hotel Jackson. It has a boutique feel, understated luxury, our room was huge and incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for including a fireplace. The library (which we really enjoyed) the restaurant (Lebanese Mediterrian YUMMM!!!) and bar were great but what really sits Hotel Jackson a part is their people. From the front desk to the concierge to the valet to turn down service at night. A great example of that ‘go beyond service’, we had an excursion that left early in the morning before breakfast was served. The staff made sure coffee was out at 5am and we had a breakfast snack in to go boxes waiting for us before we departed. When we asked where the workout room was to fill up our water bottles, the front desk manger asked if we wanted ice too and filled up our bottles for us while we got coffee. It’s ’the little things’. Ohhhhh and the 2pm hot chocolate is a great touch, especially when it’s snowing. (end of Jan, first of Feb visit 2025, 3 different snow storms during our visit) Did I mention the location is perfect. One block from town square and close by other terrific restaurants like Glorietta Trattoria, Blue Lion and Bunnery Bakery. We highly, highly recommend Hotel Jackson.

Google
I searched high and low for the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and Hotel Jackson did not disappoint one bit! The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly & always on their game! The suite we chose was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed their restaurant Figs for breakfast and it was one of our best and favorite meals of the trip. I contacted the conciege before our trip to help us with booking a few excursions - they were fabulous to work with and everything we booked was top-notch! The location is perfect as well, right in the middle of downtown Jackson - everything was easily accessible and walkable. I've stayed in plenty of hotels over the years and this was by far one of the best stays I've had ever! Thank you Hotel Jackson for keeping up the tradition of hospitality with your fantastic accomodations & excellent service!

Yelp
We had read many of the reviews before our trip to Jackson, but we didn't know what to expect upon arrival. We had originally booked at the Four Seasons, but thought it was too far from where we'd spend most of our time (Grand Tetons, hiking, Yellowstone, etc.) and so we changed our reservations to here. We checked in and immediately went to put our bags up. The rooms and hotel reminded us of a European hotel. Very modern, chic, boutique-ish, and wonderfully decorated with a warm and inviting feeling. The staff here are what makes this hotel so special. Their hospitality is beyond amazing. They always go above and beyond and are genuine in their intent. We also ate dinner at FIGS, the in-house restaurant, and our waiter helped guide us to have a really great dinner experience, including the best drinks for the food we were considering. If you want to be close to all of the downtown attractions, closer to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, and want to have a great experience in Jackson, then definitely stay at the Hotel Jackson.

Yelp
Our experience with Hotel Jackson started off badly. When I booked the reservation I inadvertently included two nights that we would not be in town. Within two hours I called back to ask to remove two nights and I was told that I could not be refunded the two nights. Technically they were correct that before I finished the booking I was told I could not get a refund. But I was surprised given how expensive this hotel is. I love to stay at high end hotels and splurge on them when I can. Until my experience with Hotel Jackson I've never come across this hard-lined approach. We were disappointed to be notified post booking that they would be shutting down their restaurant during the days we would be staying there. When we arrived at the hotel there was no doorman to greet us. Instead he greeted us after we opened the doors to let ourselves in, offering to take our bags to our room. When we got off the elevator to our room, my son treated himself to one of the apples on the table outside the elevator. It was mealy and clearly well past its prime. When we opened the door to our room, we were greeted by a perfectly nice looking, but very small, room. It didn't meet the standards that I expected based on the price: wobbly drawers, refrigerator only stocked with cream for the coffee, the cot they squeezed into the very limited space in our room was such poor quality that my thirteen year old was so uncomfortable that we ended up in the same bed. When we asked about the sauna we were told we had to book a reservation there. We understood why when we went to check it out. The "sauna" is a very small hot tub on a very small roof deck. Not big enough for more than 4 people (if not large people). Water temperature not nearly hot enough to enjoy in 30 degree outside temperature. While the hotel seemed almost empty, we somehow got booked in a room next to other guests. The walls were super thin and we were thankful that our neighbors went to bed early. To be fair, there were some positives. Our check in experience was very positive. Friendly and professional. The front desk staff, except for one slicked (dark) haired gentleman who came in and out of a small office only accessible through the very small gym, was consistently friendly. Except for our first (greeting) doorman experience (potentially attributable to being understaffed at that moment), the doormen were very friendly. The cleaning staff was excellent and showed up to turn down the bed and leave us a treat each night (a nice half bottle of red wine, delicious chocolates, some quality, insulated water bottles). The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion) were all high quality. The shower water pressure was good.

Yelp
Update: owner responded below and says it's "unreasonable" to be made whole after they damaged us. Literally never stay at this property. TDLR: this property charges $700-$1000 a night. It's worth $200 a night. 1) there is a multi-year commercial building being constructed right next door. Loud pounding will kill the vibe as you try to nap or otherwise enjoy yourself. 2) our room was very meh. Certainly not luxury. And if Hotel Jackson thinks their hotel is luxury, they need to get outside of Wyoming more often. 3) no parking whatsoever, so they force you to valet...then... 4) valet kept bringing us the wrong car. Aka, they lost our car. That made us late. It happened twice. 5) valet crashed our car into the hotel's parking garage causing thousands of dollars on damage, then tried to conceal the matter. It's still not resolved. Management lacks any and all integrity. I'll likely have to take legal action against the owners. 6) the restaurant serves very mediocre food at high prices. Food that uses jarred garlic and looks like it was a frozen tv dinner once. 7) our hotel room door was found unsecured. Twice. Likely from staff conducting turn down. But very a jarring to come back seeing your room just wide open. This is the absolutely worst property in Jackson. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Jackson R.

Yelp
Just don't come here. I'm too lazy to wire a whole review. What was worst is that the owner is rude. The walls are thin. You need to book the sauna that's just a little bathtub on the roof and the apples are old and stale. You do get daily gifts and the staff are nice so that's a positive. The cot is a torcher sentence the bath tub is better.

Ellen A.

Yelp
This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing, the restaurant was wonderful, the location was in a perfect location to easily explore Jackson. We loved it‼

Kelsey B.

Yelp
I regret booking this hotel. The rooms are not nice and there is constant construction noise. it gave me a migraine listening to heavy pounding all day. Without basic things like a pool this hotel is already starting from behind. the rooms look like they haven't been updated in 10 years. The staff are rude and the valet significantly damaged our vehicle and tried to conceal it. This is the worst hotel in Jackson and I would highly recommend booking elsewhere. Don't believe the paid influencers, you will regret booking here.

David W.

Yelp
Great hotel but double check your statement when checking out. Or don't use the concierge to handle bookings.

Andrea S.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service is amazing, housekeeping and turndown services impeccable, and props to the front desk (the blonde who works Tuesday - Saturday later shift and occasional black rimmed glasses) for being so friendly and helpful. The manager is also really nice and gave our toddler a little stuffed bison that he loves. The personal touches like evening chocolates and afternoon cookies were appreciated. The whole experience felt very thoughtful and personal. Highly recommend this hotel stay.

Dan S.

Yelp
Avoid if at all possible! I cancelled a reservation with 25 days notice on a medical issue, and though the confirmation doesn't have their 30 day cancellation policy written on it anywhere I was told that was there policy. Front desk suggested I speak to the manager. Was transferred to voice mail, left a message, and no one ever returned my call.

Lisa Jessica W.

Yelp
15/10. BEST HOTEL. The staff. The room. The food. Everything was honestly so amazing. The hot tub was the best part about the whole hotel. They ask that you reserve a time slot so you can be alone. Such a good idea! Thank you to the hotel Jackson staff. You guys were awesome!!!

Jillian N.

Yelp
I cannot, cannot, cannot say enough great things about this hotel and this staff. My new husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon here at the end of January and we had spent a lot of time debating where to go and trying to be responsible as we are still in the age of Corona. Our original wedding and honeymoon plans for axed and in a way, it was for the best as we would never have found this gem. We booked a standard room here and booked some excursions through the hotel's very courteous and diligent concierge. The staff was kind, professional, and masked up, the room was gorgeous with a gas fireplace, and the room service fast and great! We are literally on the same block as Cowboy Coffee which is absolutely amazing. Just 1 block from the square and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. It was easy to carry back takeout from nearby and shop. Pro tip, call ahead to rent out a 30 min slot for the hot tub. You can drink up there so long as there is no glass. We are already planning on coming back, as it made a non ideal situation practically magical

Yelp
Visiting from California and on night four and I absolutely love this boutique hotel. Not only is the interior design impressive, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff is impeccable - from the valet staff to butlers to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff and staff at FIGS restaurant. The staff truly make the hotel a world-class hotel. I love this hotel so much that I returned for a stay during the off-season to enjoy nature outside of the winter season. There are quite a few hotels in the area, but definitely stay here for a memorable experience that will have you planning your next visit.

Stephanie B.

Yelp
I am an avid traveler and have stayed many places- this has by far been one of my favorite hotels to date! From the amazing + friendly staff, the cleanliness, the aesthetics and decor- it has truly been one of the amazing experiences of Jackson, Wyoming! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel. And the restaurant downstairs is amazing too!

Christy G.

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel in Jackson! I think what made it so special was all of the little details that they do each and every day. In all of the elevator banks there are piles of oranges and fresh fruit and bottled water available for you in the lobby. Each day, our maid left little boxes of chocolates, cookies or other treats from local shops. Even if we didn't eat them that day more were left for us and it was a fun little surprise to return to every afternoon. The toiletries in the bathroom were all lovely, L'Occitane products and our maid replenished those as well as we used them. The room was always stocked with water bottles and there was a beautiful tea service that was one of the best equipped I've seen in a hotel. The service was outstanding and everyone treated us like family. We found that a lot of the service staff in Jackson seemed sort of cynical and jaded but the staff here made us feel incredibly welcome and graciously accommodated any request that we made. We ate at FIGS for dinner our first night and breakfast on our last day. Both meals were outstanding and the waitstaff were fun to talk to. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Jenna M.

Yelp
You know that sunny day friend who is fantastic to have around... right up until something goes wrong and then they have no idea how to handle it? Our stay felt like that. There are so many good things about this place. The hotel is gorgeous and the people that work there are so kind. Despite the slightly overpriced menu, we also really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The chef really took pride in his work and it showed. The best thing about this hotel is probably the world class housekeeping and turndown service. Never seen such cleanliness, care, and attention for making sure the room was perfect when we got back from out outings. Our problem with our stay was that our temperature controls were broken - no matter what we did, we couldn't get the heat to stop blowing full blast. Even if we turned it off it didn't stay off. We aren't really complainers so we didn't say anything the first night to see if we could suffer though. After not sleeping much, the next day someone called to check on us because they said our room was reading 44 degrees (which would be insane) and we then told them that it must be broken because we're actually overheating and can't seem to fix it. They said they would look into it. We came back that night and nothing had been done. I called down and relayed the issue and front desk person essentially said that they would let the manager know but maintenance probably couldn't fix it tonight. I said I guess I could try an open a window (it was -20 degrees outside) and he just said ok, have a good night! I tried to sleep but with the window open the heat just pumped harder and it was unbearable - also for the price per night - it was infuriating that this was their standard of service and felt like it was okay to leave us in this situation with no offered solution. I went downstairs to try and talk to someone face to face and only then was like like uh, I guess I could give you the empty room across the hall to sleep in. Yes please ?! At midnight we made the swap, and when we left exhausted the next day, they asked us about our stay. We reiterated the issue and they just said, yea the manager knows. Yeeshhh... Clearly trained to be kind but not great or empathetic with the customer service. That's why when you search reviews, you'll either see 5 stars (it really is mostly great) or 1 stars (people that had an issue and could get not get any acceptable help). My advice - check the thermostat when you arrive ... try to turn it off... if after 5 minutes if it kicks back on without you turning it on, ask to switch your room because it will be hard to get help after the fact.

Amy K.

Yelp
You would be better off staying at the more budget friendly options in town or just throwing your money straight down the toilet. My family spent over 10k on 2 rooms for 5 nights, and we're guaranteed adjoining rooms. When we got there they assured us again we'd have adjoining rooms. Then by the time the second half of our group got there, they said they never guarantee adjoining rooms. Should've known then that the experience would be bad. I had high hopes because advancing activity plans with the concierge had actually been pretty simple. I think she's the only one at the hotel who has actual hospitality experience. The rest of the staff ranged between simply unhelpful and blatantly rude. It seems like they all just want an excuse to live in Jackson, and have no interest in providing a pleasant experience to their customers. Which is fine unless you call yourself a luxury hotel. We couldn't even control the thermostat in one of our rooms, and after begging for days for them to fix it since it was around 80 degrees in the room, we finally gave up. The key cards worked about 50 percent of the time. On our last night at the hotel we tried to sit at one of the 12 open tables to get a quick drink and a couple snacks and they told us they could not seat us because at 6:30 (45 minutes later than we were asking for a table) the restaurant would be completely full. I walked by again at 6:30 and 7 to a half empty restaurant. Often times, it seemed like they went out of their way to be unaccommodating to us. Budget hotel vibes and luxury hotel prices. DO NOT STAY HERE

Mark P.

Yelp
I've been staying here for the past 4 days and I've stayed at many 5 star hotels. This place has the best customer service I've ever experienced!! The staff here knows how to make you feel like a king! The restaurant Figs is out of this world! If you stay here Tily, Jeffrey, Bryce, Jake, Thomas, Michael, Sydnee, and Katie are so helpful and amazing!! Even the housekeeping staff was super friendly and kept my room on point! This is the only place to stay in Jackson!!

Theresa S.

Yelp
This hotel is very nice. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. It's in an awesome location where you can easily walk everywhere in Jackson and have access to all the restaurants and shops. My rating for the 4 stars is that it was overwhelmingly hot in our room. I have never experienced a hotel that controls the climate of ones room from the front desk. We both woke up in the middle of the night both days sweating. Also, it was hot in the room during the day as well. We were assured they lowered the temperature but our room temperature would say otherwise. If you are paying close to a grand a night you should have access to your own climate. They say this is a luxury hotel, then the climate of the room should be the patrons choice.

David E.

Yelp
Amazing stay, clean and comfortable Multiple turn downs daily, hot tub, great bar and restaurant. Offers shuttle services to the mountain And a private car for short rides around town. Bell staff was on point helping with anything we needed. Managment please acknowledge Staci Mae as an asset to your hotel, made us feel like family the entire time. 2 things Needs an ATM for sure in the hotel Consider later use of hot tub and adding a second one, the one there is overflowing with sore skiers from 3-7

Tara E.

Yelp
Service, Service, and More Service. It's an extremely pretty hotel with a perfect location. But I have honestly stayed at a lot of hotels with both of those things. The service is unbelievable and makes your stay here in Jackson. Book it and have an exceptional time!

Mel K.

Yelp
This hotel is amazing! The service is incredible from the moment you walk in. They have a place across the street where you can rent all of your ski gear and the shuttle will drop you off right in front of the mountain and always pick you up on the reserved time. The hotel is very clean, we also had an issue with our air conditioning and they changed our room quickly which was appreciated. They have a great restaurant downstairs and a really beautiful library. When I go back to Jacksonhole I will definitely be staying here again!

Darcy M.

Yelp
As a traveler who is fond of good value & business prioritizing their clientele, I'm sorry to say I was disappointed in hotel Jackson. Though Jackson Hole is a wonder of nature and hotel personnel were friendly, we were disappointed in the value/ price of our stay. Our family occupied two rooms at hotel Jackson, each staying in the exact same type of room. Nevertheless my hubby & I paid $100 more a night for our room. When we inquired about this discrepancy in price, staff explained that my stepfather booked his room on another site (in reality he did not) and that he got a lucky room upgrade (although he was not informed about such an upgrade). No offer was made to compensate for this embarrassing discrepancy. Furthermore, the price we paid during shoulder season was about 100$ too much. Given the misrepresentations of the facility on the internet (there isn't an infinity edge spa as the internet photo suggests & food is meh) I would rank this hotel as categorically overpriced. Another complaint about Jackson in general, this hotel included, is the local small town back-scratching between businesses that leaves a bitter taste of tiny town corruption in my mouth. Please don't believe the concierge when they tell you that $145 per person (same price for little kids!) is the best rate you can get for the "safari"* because it includes all park fees and tip for the driver. Fact of it is that Hotel Jackson will steer you in the direction of their buddy's business & the buddy's business will steer you back to hotel Jackson, etc. In a big city with more four star properties that prioritize clients over in-town buddies, this one would go out of business. *safari guide was amazing, but know that there may be other (more affordable) outfits in town who are not friends with the hotel Sorry, hotel Jackson, y'all are nice, but please downshift on the price gouging and misinformation and start acting like you'd like to stay in business. One bonus about the hotel: generous portions of free water & a cute little stuffed-bison for our son to remember his stay. Thank you.

Wes S.

Yelp
Although we are living in unprecedented times, it's important to try to balance realistic policy with reality. Hotel Jackson just informed us that using AAA membership will treat you differently on cancelations. No cash back! Had we known we would have done it differently but we don't recall being informed of this. Alternatively, Four Seasons had no issues refunding for an unavoidable cancelation. With taxes we are paying $700 a night so it's not as if we got a lot of discount but nonetheless the best you can get is a credit. Instead of understanding our situation, the staff member was more concerned about our understanding that they are a smaller business and need the money due to Covid. So tough luck traveler but finders keepers and too bad you elected to pay it all up front six months in advance. Even if we found ourselves back in the area, which is unlikely, I cannot frequent a business that doesn't build in a sense of fairness and understanding in an attempt to balance a brand. Instead, buyer beware.

Heather B.

Yelp
High kudos to this chic boutique hotel. Superior service, beautifully decorated, centrally located, ultra friendly staff -so helpful! Very comfortable hotel. I would 100% choose this place again! Safe COVID practices in place...if there was one complaint I would say there was a bit of morning street noise I think vendors making deliveries.

Kirke R.

Yelp
I just left Jackson Hole and Hotel Jackson and I already want to return. This was my second stay here. Great location in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole, within walking distance to nearby shopping, restaurants and the famous square! Service and attention to detail is what makes Hotel Jackson stand out. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help, offer suggestions and make you feel at home. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. Large rooms, the most comfortable beds and linens ever, high quality bath towels, robes and slippers, Nespresso machine, various complimentary waters, L'Occitane bath products , walk in shower, deep soaking tub, motion activated night light in the bathroom and both morning and evening housekeeping service are just some examples of what makes these rooms so great! FIGS restaurant inside the hotel is fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner, great cocktail menu as well. Out on the back deck is Smokin Iron, only open for dinner, a great place to unwind, grab a casual beer or burger and listen to the live music. As a travel agent, I highly recommend Hotel Jackson!

L'Anne G.

Yelp
Love this hotel and would stat here every time. The service, comfort of the room and hotel restaurant are worth the added time to get to the ski hill for those coming in winter and want to ski! Love this place.

Adela O.

Yelp
This is my favorite hotel!! It's gorgeous all around!! The staff is delightful! Erica and the concierge team were amazing!! Our tours were planned with amazing care and their recommendations were extraordinary! The restaurant food was very good! Loved every second of our time there!! Finally, I left my cosmetic bag at the room and they were kind enough to mail it to me! Best service I have ever experienced anywhere!!

Bridget A.

Yelp
What an incredible hotel! The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The decor of the hotel is perfectly modern yet has a Jackson vibe. The fireplace in the room was amazing. Centrally located. I cant wait to return!

Markus H.

Yelp
Incredible service! Every employee in this business has a great attitude. Obviously very well managed by someone. They have impeccable housekeeping and an excellent restaurant to eat 24/7. This place really is exceptional. I don't remember ever reviewing a hotel. Very impressed

Robyn S.

Yelp
We came here for our anniversary. We usually stay at the Teton resorts when we bring the family. We wanted to try something different. Best choice ever! The staff is amazing, the hotel is inviting, the service is wonderful. The entire hotel was very cautious and vigilant about taking care of their staff and guests during Covid-19 Pandemic. Thank you!

Julie M.

Yelp
We are here for the 1st time, and this hotel is the BEST! We were warmly greeted by everyone from the front desk staff and the concierge team, shown around every feature of the property while learning about the details of every piece of decore and where to see the Milky Way. AND, when they learned we are here to celebrate a special occasion, they surprised us with a PERSONAL NOTE and a bottle of bubbly! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and QUIET! And the afternoon cookies are delish!

Ryan V.

Yelp
You will not be disappointed with a trip to Jackson Hole or with your stay at this hotel. This gorgeous and well designed property is steps aways form the town center and Jackson's best eating and drinking spots: The Rose, The Kitchen, Trio, Snake River Grill, and Cafe Genevieve. The hotel staff at this new property (opened summer of 2015) displayed experience and efficiency for my arrival and departure, and when troubleshooting one minor air conditioning issue that developed during the stay. The hotel's restaurant, FIGS, has some creative and tasty dishes and craft cocktails. The rooms are mountain-chic, and I especially love the reading bench next to the window allowing for tons of natural light. My only complaint, and thus the reason I lopped off two stars, was the bed. The bed was firm-and not in a good TempurPedic sorta way, more like sleeping on a box spring. The sheets were also rough and uncomfortable. This all made for an unpleasant nights sleep. I would consider staying here again if they changed the beds and/or incorporate some type of mattress topper or upgraded linens. Instagram: @rymccown

Yelp
This hotel is the best! Absolutely perfect. We were greeted with chilled water, a tour of the hotel's amenities, and introductions and welcomes from the staff. And we showed up hours early requesting an early check in! We were in our gorgeous room (exactly as pictured) with our car and belongings stowed within 10 minutes. The decor is phenomenal; even my husband noticed!! The service is impeccable. They don't miss a thing. The library, with its fireplace and tv, became our second favorite place. Our first was our own room, not something I would normally ever say about a hotel room.

Megan L.

Yelp
Hotel Jackson was one of the most amazing service experiences we have ever had. Hannah in particular was so helpful setting up our activities during our stay. The owner of the hotel greeted and and made sure our experience a the end was top notch... which it was. We are at FIGs restaurant one night, and again the service was spectacular. We will definitely be staying here during our next trip and highly recommend this hotel!!

Chris R.

Yelp
This is not a review for staying at the hotel, it's for the staff. Due to some unfortunate circumstances during the pandemic, we were not able to make our planned reservation at this hotel. The front desk supervisor Elise (sorry if I misspelled your name) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She took care of our problem with a great deal of empathy and customer service. That type of service makes me think well of the hotel and would absolutely try to go there again in the future.

Yelp
Beautiful Hotel. We can't say enough nice things about the Hotel Jackson. We stayed for 7 nights in July 2020. Everyone on staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Jennifer (front desk) and Max (valet/bell hop). The hotel is very clean, nicely furnished and well appointed rooms. The staff go above and beyond, booked all of our excursions, valet made great suggestions of places to go and view wildlife, valet also made sure we always had fresh bottles of water in the car. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I heard many wonderful things about Hotel Jackson so we thought we would try it. My family lives in Jackson and we visit 2 - 3 times a year. Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to enjoy this hotel. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to undergo immediate treatment. We attempted to have our trip rescheduled due to my medical condition. Hotel Jackson would not accommodate our rescheduling request. I understand that our money would not be refunded due to their policy. However, I would have hoped the would allowed us to come at a different time - even during off season. I know this is not a regular review but it does reflect the management policies and lack of customer service.

Yelp
Hotel Jackson was wonderful and the perfect choice for us. The rooms were extremely nice and the service was excellent. It was our first trip to Jackson and the concierge helped plan amazing activities for us. We highly recommend this hotel !

Yelp
This review is for the parents out there to take note! We brought our nine month old to shore Jackson with us, from California. Normally, when we request a crib-- you get just that, a crib. Maybe blanket to go with it. When we arrived at Hotel Jackson, there was a beautiful crib set up with new sheets, but ALSO a diaper changing station, and a diaper bin (parents, you KNOW how important this is when you are staying in one room!), and a little kit with baby shampoo, lotion, and diaper cream. The room also had black-out curtains! On our first night there, they sent champagne up for us, because they knew we came home from an early dinner to put our baby down to sleep, and we were celebrating our anniversary. On the last day there, they even gifted our baby girl a little surprise to take with her. The service at the hotel was A+, baby or not, but we extra appreciated the thought behind these little details. It goes such a long way when parents feel seen!

Yelp
Love love love this hotel. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, everything is clean and new. Staci-Mae made a killer old fashion. Bellman Ben was super helpful and funny. Perfect location, easy to get to everything, beds are comfy, food is great and private shuttle to the mountain. Hotel Jackson is amazing!

Yelp
we found this place on yelp and its perhaps the nicest place we have ever stayed. Michelle was there to check is in and what a nice, accommodating gal. Michael was the server in the Figs restaurant and he was so nice and great server in a rellly cool place to eat. Our suite was outstanding, all new and pristine and absolutely gorgeous. We had three patios to over look the downtown of Jackson and surrounding mountains. I honestly could live in the place. Loved every moment.

Yelp
The winner here is Figs--a wonderful staff and super food at dinner and breakfast. The loser is the hotel--for $700 a night, one would think they could afford to keep the A/C on all night. Instead we woke nightly sweltering with the A/C off. One night at 3 am we called the night manager who turned it back on. Why do we need to do that and I wish I had thought of that earlier in our stay? Charge $702 per night and leave it on. There was also a very loud random intermittent plumbing clanging that occurred quite often just outside the room and woke us as well as a generator outside that impaired sleep. Very poor sound insulation. The worst issue was scheduling a day Flyfishing on the Snake where the hotel totally blew the arrangements coordinating me with the guide--despite my repeated emails asking for information re where and when to meet. As a result I lost 2 hours on the river since the guide and I didn't meet till 0930 for to the screwup. Guide thought we would meet at 0730 but we never communicated due to hotel mistakes. Compensation by the hotel? Nope. Would I return? Nope.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful but we were given the room next to they gym on the lower level. We heard the treadmill and weights dropping all evening, while paying $509 to stay there. This is more than I would typically spend on a hotel room and thought it would be a nice treat. It was also a couple doors down from the kitchen, so very high traffic which added to the noise issues. The gym is open 24 hours, so late evening we asked to move rooms, the hotel staff acknowledged that noise is an issue with the room we were given and they would move us immediately as they had three other rooms available. This of course, made me feel even more ripped off. They also didn't know the clearance height of their garage for valet. It could be so good, unfortunately it just wasn't - especially for the premium price. Ultimately I felt really ripped off.

Yelp
Everything about my stay at Hotel Jackson was perfect. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by friendly staff (Paul and Mitch) and given some really good ideas of what to do around town. When I wanted to go for a hike, Sherry and Joe lept to my aid, not only providing great suggestions, but also taking my friend and I to Cashmen's Creek (I think), as well as picking us up after our hike. Both Seamus and Brandon were awesome (Seamus had some great suggestions for checking out local breweries and Brandon made every breakfast extra special by giving me almond milk with my coffee). I can't recommend eating at Figs enough! Super fresh produce, beautiful spices, and very appropriately priced for the quality and quantity of food you'll get. The best bargain (and way to start your day) is the $25 per person breakfast buffet. You can load up on all the protein and carbs you need to enjoy a day of adventure, as well as enjoy some delicious local pastries. If you're not loving what's out, they'll make you something special, although I have to say, their normal spread is world class. The room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 2-3 people. This may seem like a little detail, but after getting up very early on east coast time, seeing the nSpresso machine was like a gift from the gods. Every time they cleaned the room, they'd refill any of the espresso capsules you've used, as well as supply fresh water bottles (I always had at least four in the room at any one time, as well as two bottles of sparkling water). I took two showers a day so I could enjoy the L'occitane toiletries and the indulgent bath robes.Know that the you only need to adjust the heat a little bit, as any more than slight turn to the left and you'll have scalding water. The room also comes with a fridge, exceptional blackout curtains, and an electric fireplace. Upon arrival, you will see a plate of fresh fruit, as well as a note welcoming you to jackson Hole. The fruit did not get replenished, but there were always fresh apples in the lobbies and on each of the floors. In addition, they have spa water and coffee outside the very impressive library. Right past the library is one of the most impressive gyms I've seen in a boutique hotel. While not a huge gym, the machines are first class, and you can absolutely get a great work out in (they'll even bring in a personal trainer). Be sure to check out the hot tub on the third floor (it does close at 8, so depending on the day you may or may not get to do sunset hot tub time). Thank you Hotel Jackson for making my stay so fantastic!

Yelp
My husband, 4 month old baby & myself had a wonderful time. All the staff were incredibly nice & helpful. When we arrived they had a nice crib set up, a Johnson & Johnson baby amenities pack, a diaper genie, & changing pad ready for us. They even had a gift for her - an adorable bison stuffed animal. I recommend the premier room with the bathtub. Pros: nice firm mattress, fireplace, quiet room, high end amenities, complimentary still & sparkling water in mini fridge, Nespresso, comfy robes & slippers, the jacuzzi on the roof is a must, fast room service, I like the coat hooks in the entry to the room, love the decor & motif, friendly staff, waiter at hotel restaurant was knowledgeable on food allergies, excellent location- walking distance to town square and restaurants Cons: not many cons... would like to have some towel hooks in the bathroom, missing in the room was info on hotel (i.e. Room service menus, hours of restaurant & jacuzzi), would like movies for purchase in room, would like the jacuzzi open until 10pm

Yelp
Staying at the Hotel Jackson in December for business was a surprise and true delight! Perhaps one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. Being both interior designers we were excited to see how much thought was placed not in just the overall visual appeal to the hotel, which is immense to say the least. The library in particular is a wonderful room to visit and relax in. The overall feel of the hotel is contemporary rustic lodge. Every modern convenience was thought of. Sensor lights in the bathroom to light your way if you need to get up in the night, high quality television, gas fireplace that lit with the flick of switch, plenty of outlets for every type of device, a wonderful Nespresso coffee machine, and the best...a heated drawer for your clothes in the morning. The staff is to be complimented. Friendly, helpful...genuinely interested in your stay and how it could be made better. The only weak spot was in the dining at Figs. While we only ate once for breakfast, the Brioche French toast was just ok. A nice thick French baguette or challa might have served them better. But if my food finickiness is the only criticism I can mention, I think it should be forgiven. Our fellow travelers loved their omelettes. We are intrigued to visit again in the spring or summer and look forward to checking in again.

Yelp
Holy heaven! We have absolutely loved every second of our stay here. My husband and I flew up from Oklahoma for a fun five days. We contacted Colleen (travel concierge) to make plans for us-- and she was right on the money! Teton tour our first morning with an Elk Refuge evening. Skiing the next day. Yellowstone the third day and lastly we plan to spa. Matt was a friendly doorman and gave us rides wherever our hearts desired. Stunning/convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms..... the PERFECT stay. We will most definitely be back!

Yelp
Great hotel, small and charming. I loved the decor and the feeling of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and mostly quiet. Perfect spot for a winter getaway. The staff gave us excellent recommendations for dining and helped with the reservations. It was a wonderful place to stay.
