Hotel Jade

Excellent stay. First: it must be said - all hotels in Geneva are restricted by how low their air conditioning will go, so just accept it will be hot if you visit in the summer. The staff does everything they can to keep you comfortable with providing fans, information about the law, a free transit card for mass transit, and a wonderful little breakfast spread (for a fee). The rooms are large (especially by European standards), the elevator is relatively quick, and the location is within walking distance to the lake and transit options to the city and airport. The staff is truly excellent. We will be back.

We loved the Hotel Jade. The location was terrific. Easy walk to Lake Geneva as well as the United Nations. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio. There are plenty of patisserie’s and restaurants nearby as well as a COOP to get salads or sandwiches. The hotel was very quiet and a great value for Geneva prices.

The hotel is good and quiet, with a convenient location near tram line 15, which provides easy access to the lake and shopping areas. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was reasonably clean, with limited but sufficient variety. A nice bonus is that you can request the Geneva Transport Card at the reception, making it easier to get around the city.

I love staying at the Jade. Wonderful place for a woman travelling alone for meetings and conferences. I feel well|Taken care of. Rooms a lovely and comfortable with wonderful body gel and creams. Breakfast is outstanding with fresh breads, eggs, fruits and a wonderful assortment of teas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay and they surprised us with a free upgrade for our rooms.

Room is a nice size but decor needs an update. Everything was available. Luggage storage was good, breakfast outside was a treat. Good location overall.

2 tram stops from Geneva train station. Quiet area, small hotel, rooms good size, no view though. Plentiful breakfast choice, and can sit outside in garden. Staff friendly and helpful.

Such a wonderful experience with extraordinary diligent staff. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful in a beautiful space. Hotel is perfectly placed and parking was easy and safe on site. Nice to park and enjoy our time around Geneva with the free transit pass.

Very friendly staff. They actually recognized my birthday without me saying anything about it. The rooms were spacious with nice views, especially if you have the terrace.
