Was very excited to stay here after reading all the amazing reviews. Great location short walk from station. Got off to an amazing start with an upgrade to a junior suite! This room is amazing!|However the reason I can only score this a 3 is down to breakfast. We stayed two nights and both mornings weren’t great. We went down at 9-9.30am both days - breakfast was until 10.30 so we were very disappointed to see the hot food items, the pastries and the salad items not re filled. We had to ask for the food and often had to wait 15 minutes for each item to be filled up one at a time. The second morning even told there was no bread left! I do not think this is acceptable with paying almost £20 per person. One day all I could have was one spoon of baked beans and some sourdough. There was only ever one member of staff who had to clear tables and replenish the food they were always very busy! Sadly I can not recommend this hotel due to the poor breakfast service.

Pros:||The hotel staff were outstanding – they answered all our questions promptly and even provided converter plugs when we realised we’d brought the wrong type.||Location: Excellent – just a ten-minute walk to the central station and conveniently close to a tram stop.||Sustainability initiative: We really appreciated the option to have a discount on the bill if you stay fewer than three nights and choose not to have your room cleaned.||Cons: Unfortunately if we returned to Geneva we would not be return guests. Though the soundproofing to the outside is good, the walls seem to be very thin meaning you can hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. This meant as one of us is a light sleeper a pretty broken night's sleep followed with the final night including a noisy child having a meltdown. Though other guests can't be accounted for, just how much this disrupted the stay was a disappointment.|| A further challenge was the room temperature which despite setting the heating to the lowest setting was still too warm for us, particularly when sleeping. ||If you do have difficulty sleeping this may not be the hotel for you.

Rooms are ok. However there are NO USB A or USB C charging points at all and the electrics seem pretty ancient. Staff are very helpful though. Breakfast offering is about adequate but cheese slices each day were dried up and unappetizing. And the hot offering looked supremely unappetizing. The breakfast area is ridiculously tight and awkward to navigate past other guests and there is nowhere to put used dishes when going to select other items. It’s just ok as a hotel - seems as though it was done up from an older hotel - lift is minuscule. However it is a good location just a few minutes walk from the main train station. The only thing that makes this alright is the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

Simple rooms. It was quiet enough at night. Included coffee is instant coffee with a hot water pot. Breakfast prices were too steep for us to indulge. Staff was efficient, not overly kind but not rude. Did not get our city transit passes. NOR got an email on this. Checked all inboxes and nothing. But I received confirmation on the hotel so my email was listed correctly. 2 bus stations on the #15 from train station: however, buses were not running between 3:30-5ish when we would have needed them to get back to train station to go to airport. Is at least a 15 min walk with suitcases. Good general area with a short walk to the water and grocery stores. Many kabob places or bars nearby to eat. Clean facilities.

Stayed for 3 nights in a lovely room with balcony. Small kitchenette with fridge also in room. Great location with short walk to tram & 10 minute walk to lake. Grocery store also close. I didn't interact much with staff but I found them to be very polite & helpful. Would recommend.

I've booked twice (July, Sep) for an Executive Double Room with Jade Manotel. The location is close to GVA main station either by a 10 min walk or 2 tram stops away. Conveniently surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Both experiences met my expectation: good room sizes (for a family with two young kids), comfortable in-room temperature (especially during hot summer) and bedding, good indoor slippers & bathrobes (only for adults), nice toiletries, clean bathtub and great coffee machine. Room was clean and looked exactly as advertised. However, I have a feeling that the room on the higher floor is better maintained and more quiet than the one on the lower floor (or perhaps it's just my luck). Staff at the Reception were consistently very welcoming. However, one thing that I could not understand is that, the hotel would only set up the digital guest transport card upon check-in. I'd really appreciate if this can be provided to the guest in advance to enable travelling to the hotel.

Excellent stay. First: it must be said - all hotels in Geneva are restricted by how low their air conditioning will go, so just accept it will be hot if you visit in the summer. The staff does everything they can to keep you comfortable with providing fans, information about the law, a free transit card for mass transit, and a wonderful little breakfast spread (for a fee). The rooms are large (especially by European standards), the elevator is relatively quick, and the location is within walking distance to the lake and transit options to the city and airport. The staff is truly excellent. We will be back.

We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake. The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.
