Hotel Jade

It’s stated as 3 star hotel but I must say 5 star service. Great location close to restaurants and the lake! Super welcoming and helpful staffs making sure I was comfortable. Garage for parking is nearby for a fee. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a short stay. Room is a bit dated but comfortable enough too.|Overall highly recommended to stay here.

I love this hotel and often stay here for work. The rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the tramway and Gare de Cornavin, which is great. You can also reach Lake Geneva with just a 10-minute walk. The only downside is that the breakfast lacks variety.

Everything was fantastic! My wife Anjana and I were truly impressed with the personal attention we received. The staff—Rui, Duniya, Rayenne, Djema, and Kamran—were exceptional and truly embodied the spirit of hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to each of them for making our experience so memorable.||one suggestion... the eggs at breakfast were cold. i would have liked warm boiled eggs or fried eggs.

Had a great time at this hotel. Good proce for what was just somewhere to sleep, in an intriguing part of the City. Geneva being walkable from pretty much anywhere if you're close to the lake then we recommend this hotel. If you want breakfast, book it in advance as the restaurant is quite small.... we actually went out for breakfast each day

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights and were really happy with our room. Super clean and fresh. The room has a fridge which was a massive plus for us as other Swiss hotels we’ve stayed in dont. |The bathroom was really modern and clean. The location is less than a 10 min walk from the station and five mins to the lake. We walked in and out throughout our stay many times and we’re happy to be in a peaceful part of town.

Jade Manotel Hotel: Geneva, Switzerland||I stayed in the Executive Family Suite for two nights on 06Oct 2023 - 08 Oct 2023. ||We booked two rooms.||I would give the hotel 10/10.||Customer service was excellent. Very helpful to advise us on where to go and what to do. ||Love it and would visit again.||Before arrival I got an email from Geneva Tourism with my transport card. I was able to book 8 cards as we were 8 people. It was very easy,|We were greeted by a really friendly host. We arrived late night and the host made to ask if the children ate, he recommended places to go. He checked us in very easily and we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean and to a high standard.||Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great, great selection. Nice cheese selection too. The garden was a lovely place of tranquility in the middle of the city. The ambience of the hotel was very calm and tranquil.||The location was central and easy to access everything. Top of the street you get the tram direct to the UN. The opposite side you get the tram to the Geneva train station. Walk down and 5 mins and you’re at the Lake Leman.||My children were being a little bit noisy so the neighbours complained about them but the hotel staff were very kind in the way they asked us to keep the noise down.||Wonderful hotel. Recommend it to anyone and only place I will choose to stay at if I visit Geneva again.||Thank you Jade Manotel.

I spent a weekend in the hotel. I forgot my laptop in the room safe and even though I informed the hotel immediately after finding out (next morning) and there had not been another guest in the room in between, the laptop had already been stolen/vanished. This is really disappointing and doesn't speak well of the staff employed.

Location is about 10 mins walk or two stops on the tram from the station. Rooms are generally good but our room got quite warm with the AC on max, not great. Service was mixed some of the staff members were polite and helpful. Others not so much, the house keeping failed to restock our hot drinks station, when we asked for the missing items we were told to come and get it from reception.
