Hotel Jadran

I am very satisfied with my stay at the Hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy. You get clean towels every day and the maids clean the room whether you put in a cleaning card or not. When I entered the room, I felt as if I had just arrived, how clean and tidy the room was. The breakfast was excellent considering that it is a 3-star hotel. The food was very tasty. The cook lady was very kind and helpful. The gentleman at the reception was also very kind. He helped us find a good restaurant. The entire staff is friendly and you can talk to them about anything and everything. I am definitely coming back to the Hotel.

Good location, walking distance to pretty much everything The staff was overall friendly and helpful Parking was available for us in the back of the hotel (they do have only a couple of spots so best to arrive early) The room was spacious and clean, with enough storage options. No mini fridge. I would have appreciated a second pillow (granted, I forgot to ask if it's possible to receive one more pillow following our arrival and we only stayed for two nights). Also, the mattress was a bit lumpy. The bathroom fixtures (like the shower head) could use some replacement Overall a good breakfast, enough to start your day

Great location near the center. You have spar and dm beside, which is super convenient in case you need to get anything. The rooms are comfortable, I believe it is renovated. The only issue I had was that they have only 1 old lift which was slow, so checking in and out takes a bit of time if you are travelling in a large group. Other than that, it is value for money.

Basic inexpensive accommodation close to the center, with AC and parking for 8 €. Rooms could use an update. Beds are soft and the pillows were too big for us to feel comfortable. TV only has a few channels (no cable), no minifridge and no shampoo.

We were in a very nice and clean room at the fourth floor, the staff was very polite and helpful, prices were very good and the position is perfect, only 5 minutes on foot to the upper town. The only complain I have is for the breakfast, not many varieties and a bit tasteless but otherwise everything was perfect. The parking spot was really convenient since it’s not easy to find a place in the centre.

We had a great overall experience at the hotel. The staff were very polite, the room and bathroom were clean. The location is perfect for a busy sightseeing schedule due to the hotel's vicinity to all major places of importance.

Excellent location, only minutes walk from the Zagreb cathedral. The breakfast was really good. Very positive overall impression from our stay.

This is a 3 star hotel for sure but it was very clean and I had planned to give it 4 stars because of the service from the staff who were just so friendly but then at breakfast, the girls working there kept bring out food for our group of 15 even though we were late eating (like right before it ended). And they were not put off by it. They all worked very hard. Location was excellent too, easy to walk around the town from there.
