I had the pleasure and honor to spend one day in this historical and beautiful hotel. Room was ready to receive us; clean; fresh; equipped. The hostess did the check in fast and efficiently. Could have explain the city map. The late night host was helpful by explained how the hotel and city works. The location is great connecting the upper with downtown city center. Safe park. Overall excellent value for money payed. I strongly recommend the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. From the front desk to the breakfast attendants were helpful and kind at all times. ||The room was large by European standards and accommodated three adults and one teen. There were two single beds in one room and a separate bedroom with a king size bed. These room were separated by a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. ||The location was fantastic near all the important sights, yet it felt private. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and delicious recommendations from the hotel staff. ||The only minor complaint was the breakfast options. It was the same food each day with no variation. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Excellent location - just minutes away from the main square, restaurants aplenty to choose from and a small supermarket just opposite to stock up on supplies. |The breakfast is simple but adequate, but the coffee is sublime. Possibly the best we've ever had. Couldn't get enough of it! ||Huge thanks to Davor who was a great guy, lots of fun, lots of information and made our stay very entertaining. Good job man!

Couldn't ask for a better location for walking around the city. Davor who greeted us (and had a fair few conversations with!) is a credit to the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. I think we rated the coffee as some of the best we'd ever tried. A must have at breakfast. Not overly clear as to what the breakfast options are - this perhaps could be explained. Hotel has an "older" charm, and the styling is appropriate to that. Room was fine. AC wasn't functioning but didn't need to get fixed as we just cracked the window open a little. Weather wasn't amazing, but would imagine the courtyard area is lovely in the sun. Really nice hotel.

Great hotel in the city center. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast. It has free private parking near the hotel which is a big plus! The man working at the reception was so kind, made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and probable the best orange juice for breakfast in the Balkans! ||I arrived on business, a total of 16 of us. The staff were quickly able to sort our check-in out and look after our luggage.||The gentleman behind reception went above and beyond to help our group out.||Thank you.

Great located hotel on one of the main shopping streets.|Slept really well and velux had blackout blind and no noise experienced.|It’s your typical European hotel, clean, slightly older style than the chain hotels but equally we love this as more unique. |Hotel staff were all lovely. Breakfast was typical offering of cereals/pastries/cheese/meats. Hot offering was hot dog sausages, eggs and veg. Fruit and yoghurts also served.|Tea, coffee and juices. |A nice small hotel and the restaurant looked busy but we did not have a chance to visit. |Right in the heart of the lower town. Get an Uber from the airport as same price as the shuttle bus, we did notice a local bus opposite the hotel but did not make it over to that one and used a coach called city hopper at the airport exit. The hotel is in a pedestrian area so a brief 100m walk from nearest street for drop off.|There is no lift in the hotel, but only two floors (4 split levels of stairs).|Tea/coffee and small mini bar in the room, hairdryer and luggage rack. Shower was standard. Toiletries included too. Hairdryer and desk/chair. Need a make up mirror if using the desk as a dressing table.
