Hotel Jägerhorn

The hotel is a gem: it is very nicely arranged and decorated (especially during the winter holidays), it is very clean, the rooms are spacious and have beautifully chosen vintage furniture.|The breakfast is filling and tasty. Very good coffee.|The hotel is centrally located and close to all the city's tourist attractions. |For those who arrive by car, there is a hotel parking lot that is very safe and not far from the hotel.|The hotel staff is particularly kind. It was a great pleasure to spend a few days of vacation in a very beautiful city, at an elegant hotel.

A lovely, comfortable hotel in the centre of old town Zagreb. Right at the base of the funicular! Spacious room _ nicely appointed, great beds. Beautiful bathroom. So nice to have parking and breakfast. Staff was excellent, helpful and personable.

Hotel Jägerhorn is a lovely place to stay in Zagreb, with a prime location in the city center. I spent one night there and enjoyed the clean room, good breakfast, and helpful, friendly staff. Great experience!

Excellent location for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us select restaurants. All services in the room worked and kept very clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Would certainly return to this hotel if I visited Zagreb again.

Great spot for a coffee tucked away from the main street in Zagreb , and only minutes walk to the city square . This place has an outdoor area, 2 actually . One in the passageway way towards the entrance to the cafe / hotel and another outdoor courtyard up a small flight of stairs . The new inside is elegantly furnished with tables and even leather sofas for the perfect place to meet with a group if needed. Coffee is great, reasonably priced and the staff very professional and polite .

Great Location, just down the street from the Ban Jelacic Square. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Breakfast was good too. No elevator in the hotel, so expect to carry up your luggage. Front desk staff was good, especially Mr. D and Udra. Will stay here again.

We were thrilled when we first arrived. Such an amazing little hidden treasure. Charming, comfortable, well-situated, great staff, amazing breakfast. Loved the shady terrace and the location on the charming alley yet so close to shopping, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.

We could not make it to Zagreb because a very dear member of our family passed away. The hotel very kindly agreed to cancel our reservation without any costs, for which we were really thankful. If we ever can go back to Zagreb, we'll definitely stay there.
