Hotel Jakarta is an architectural gem — a beautifully designed building that feels both modern and warm. The food is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and stylish, with lovely views over the water and city. The bathtub design is a bit unconventional, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise great stay. Another big plus: it’s surprisingly easy to reach by car, which is not a given in Amsterdam. Overall, a memorable and highly enjoyable experience. I’d happily stay again

I was staying here with my boy friend for our anniversary trip and everything was amazing!! They also have a beautiful bar, where they make the best real cocktails. Also i enjoyed an incredible massage at the wellness while my partner enjoyed the pool. Thank you to the Jakarta team, and congratulations. Looking foward to to go back soon!

Great front desk team, really smooth check in and room access. The hotel is like an oasis of green, with a nice pool and small functional gym and beautiful river views The rooms are fabulous, with a massive window overlooking the river, lot’s of natural light and well designed interiors. Bathrooms with high spec bathtubs (depends on room), power showers and soft towels. Good WiFi across the hotel with a lot of little places to work/read. The bar on the top floor has a lovely setting and nice cocktails, the main restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast and good options for dinner. It’s a bit of a walk to the main city center - so factor that into your planning. Great team managing the property.

My first time in Amsterdam, I stayed at Jakarta hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay at Jakarta in the future. My room overlooked the water, which I enjoyed.

We booked the lounge at Hotel Jakarta for our wedding reception and with that we had two nights stay, plus some of our guests got to stay there as well. Everyone was amazing! Robin, the event manager, was absolutely lovely and wonderful and all staff was extremely accommodating and service-oriented, always with a smile. The way they made our special day, even more special, is indescribable. We will forever have warm memories of Hotel Jakarta being an important part of our wedding day. Including everyone that added to it, all staff, Mingues, Dino, I forgot all the names but we will definitely recommend the hotel, the restaurant and for all events! We will also definitely be back there, whether it is for the great food or for another event. If we could give 1000 stars, we would! Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts. I stayed in hotel Jakarta last week for a couple of nights. Firstly Amsterdam itself is absolutely beautiful, but what made it even better was having a stunning hotel to come back to. Everything was spotless and cosy, the room had a balcony and a calming view of the water where you could sit and relax. As well as a little spa area / pool. Both Lisa and Zoe were also very lovely, accommodating girls. (The whole team were, as well as a sweet young lady with curly hair at breakfast) Thanks to Zoe when we had got back one night the room was also decorated with birthday balloons and banners (I provided but they put them up with no issue & that really made the trip for us). So all in all if you’re a solo traveller or couples/friends, this is the perfect place to enjoy Dam.||- unique decor |- clean |- good breakfast buffet |- lovely staff

Hotel Jakarta was just perfect for us, being in Amsterdam to support our sister for her Marathon. |This hotel is in a good location to travel from. Being just outside of the hustle & bustle was ideal for us. |If you don’t feel like walking a mile back to Centraal station, there’s a tram that’s a few minutes journey No:26 line. ||The hotel was beautiful in every way, very modern and clean, the staff were very helpful. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. Dinner was amazing too. Even an added bonus having their own bakery 👌🏻||Having the pool, Sauna, Steam room & gym here was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Having used all these facilities, we could not fault it in any way.
