Very helpful receptionists and staff both via online and at front desk even though we received a baby cot by misunderstanding. Acceptable for 2,000 JPY per one room cleaning regarding eco-friendly policy but policy details should be clearly communicated with maids too. We received only towels for two nights without water or cool pads even though we ensured our message with the front lady. However, comparing to their impressive service, the place is worth to revisit.

Checked in the evening to a double room non-smoking. They put me on the lowest floor possible facing another building and air-con vents, can barely see any sky. I returned to front desk and asked to change to a higher floor and refused - even though they do provide for this room category. Also I booked several weeks ago and requested, the hotel was not full when I booked.

Great location but this hotel has poor management. They charged our children twice as much as stated on our reservation and kept trying to make us pay more. So disappointing it’s not family friendly!!

Terrible service and room with no view overlooking aircon ducts even though I requested. Rooms look OK on the web but in realty are three star quality and worn in places. Do not stay here there are better options in Naha.

The room is too small for open the suitcase to put my thing in or out my luggage However. Staff is pretty good. View is very good.Clean and Tidy.

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. In winter, the air conditioning in the rooms only provides heating, while the fan, dehumidifier, and cooling functions are all disabled. As a result, the room gets unbearably hot. When I asked the front desk if they could turn on the air conditioning, they simply told me to open the window. The problem is that the window faces Kokusai Street in Okinawa, which is extremely noisy at night. So, I had to choose between suffocating in the heat with the windows closed or being kept awake by the noise with the windows open. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights. Loved the location along Kokusai street with lots of shopping and food choices. Great service rendered by the staff team. Breakfast was not bad too. Initially stayed 2 nights in a double room but it was a little cramp and the bed hard. We upgraded to a twin room for our last 2 nights and it was a more refurbished room and more spacious. Overall cleanliness can be improved. The toiletries tray in both rooms we stayed in were dusty. Take note that water is not provided at the hotel. You can get free water if you opt for no cleaning, for stays 2 nights or more.

Fantastic location. Pay 1800 for parking, super convenient and great service Close to everything you need to try when in Oki. Love the roadside coffee just across the road

Yelp
Located in the smack-dab middle of Naha's Kokuasi Dori, the tourist center of Okinawa, the property meets the quality standard of Japan's premier airline, Japan Airlines. The property was formerly a department store that was re-configured to host a hotel. The staff are awesome, as well as the breakfast buffet, great location, a great property to stay if visiting Okinawa. I was part of a group tour visiting Okinawa for the 7th Uchina (Okinawan) Festival and the property was where we stayed for the duration of the festival - it was a great selection/choice. PROs: * Awesome staff - very efficient, professional, and very accommodating - the cleaning crew and staff at the buffet are quick and very conscientious about ensuring all is good * Breakfast buffet - mix of Western, Japanese, and Uchina/Okinawan cuisine (goya champuro, Okinawan soba, peanut tofu (yes)) and great beverages - coffee via machine that you select strong, weak, latte, cappuccino, expresso plus the usual juice to include chiquasa (an indigenous Okinawa fruit - tastes like a mix of lime, lemon, orange) and a chef that prepares eggs - sunny side up, scrambled (Japanese style, a bit runny, egg benedict, etc) * As real estate agents state, the three words of importance...location, location, location...right next to the "Family Mart" you can purchase items to eat/drink, etc. * Hotel has vending machines (usual drinks - water, coffee, etc, plus on the higher levels, beer!); two floors with SMALL washing machine + dryer combo; dryer takes twice the time of the washer) CONs: * Location (can also be a PRO) - in the middle of Kokusai Dori, limited in cuisine selections (lots of izakaya (bar food)) - although its awesome - walk down Heiwa Dori (more for "locals") * NO GYM to work out - so you will need to run/do your push ups, etc * Rooms have LIMITED storage - NO closet, NO iron/ironing board, NO microwave, NO dressers where you can store your items. So you will be literally living out of your suitcase * Spotty wifi - it seems that the system has a limit and the rate may be throttled...especially at night (when everyone is on site) A great property in the middle of Naha's Kokusai Dori, the property is a great place to stay for a few days. It definitely lives up to JAL's standard of service. NOTE: everyone remains masked indoors - when going to the restaurant, you will need to be masked, do a temperature check, and don gloves when handling utensils
