Air conditioner quality and service very bed and not cooling properly

It was nice stay at Jamuna Resort for 5 nights. The super deluxe room was spacious and comfortable , with all basic amenities and feel like home. The resort is situated on the main road and easily accessible. The surroundings are green and you can enjoy walking in the park. The most important thing is food which is always prepared fresh. The staff is very cooperative , especially Ganga Singh , very sincere and always smiling. Would like to stay here again,

Lovely place , good for marriage booking

Bad room conditions. The swimming pool is very bad, and the maintenance of the pool is not good. No WiFi service was there, they have written free wifi, but in reality it's not. Only the look is a little good. 👎👎👎

The rooms were ok , it had hot water but some of the bathrooms didn't have water . Rooms were kind of dirty. They had a dining , the food tasted good . The location is amazing as we came for nationals and the academy was next to us . Over all this is a good hotel Thank you.

Third class service , Unprofessional Manpower, poor maintenance , no cleanliness, pics attached. no pest control, poor electricity backup during cut off, No one even pick call on reception and restaurant for room service, 1star is also high. I recommend , Do not think to stay here.

The hotel was below average. Rats in the room. Dirty covers. Dirty bathroom. Food was mediocre. The only good thing about this place was the proximity to the temple.

Absolutely loved the experience. I will remember it for a long time. The staff was courteous, food was tasty and rooms comfortable/clean. It felt so homely. I would like to appreciate staff members like Iqbal and Harey Ram Singh. There were so warm towards us. I highly recommend this peaceful property to have a memorable vacation.
