Hotel Jaqués

Fantastic hotel used for three nights during motorcycle tour of Pyrenees. Staff were exceptional and hotel clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and evening tapas. Secure parking for motorbikes. at hotel. Town of Jaca is lovely with numerous great bars and restaurants.

Quaint hotel in a great location. Underground parking which gave great storage for my motorcycle. Only quibble was that room service came to change towels etc and left the door open with all my traveling possessions in the room.

A warm friendly welcome from helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Working aircon. Secure motorcycle parking in a ground-floor storage area. Great location with nearby bars and restaurants. Great value for money. I would not hesitate to stop again.

Parking for medium sized vehicles is very difficult in the garage, but I managed with much shuffling within the tight confines of the area to park without damage to my vehicle. Retrieval also necessitated much shuffling backwards and forwards,but was achieved successfully and without damage. The food in the restaurant was superb. The room was very large compared to more modern hotels and the price was very acceptable.

Simply great!! The owners are so nice, we had to cancel the reservation at a very short notice (in which cancellation fee applies), and they agreed to keep our deposit so we can use it for another stay in the same season. When we finally got a chance to go there, they upgraded us to an apartment, as the deposit we have previously paid was exceeding the price for staying just over weekend. An amazing gesture!

Great little hotel with generous comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Teriffic tapas bar with good choice of beers was a bonus. Only criticism was the breakfast which was a bare room, apart from wooden tables an chairs, and a waiter had to tell you what was available as no menus, not good.

I stayed with group of seven friends on a motorbike tour. We were given a ground floor storage room to park our 8 bikes overnight. Check-in was efficient and service was friendly. The hotel itself was dated and fairly basic small rooms, but it is really close to the centre. Our rooms overlooked the street and bar below, so expect some noise and cigarette smoke. We struggled to find restaurants that were open, but found one about 10 minutes walk away. The hotel breakfast was good. but the cafe serves non-guests too, so I would recommend getting an early start.

First time visiting Jaca and will definately return, what a lovely spot. Hotel was right in the centre of the old town just opposite from the citadel and two minutes from the cathedral. Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and a super breakfast in the adjoining cafe. When we go again I will probably eat there too as it had a real authentic feel. It does have some parking places but we ended up parked in the municipal underground car park under a plaza behind the cathedral. The hotel organised a good rate for us which was at least a 5 euro saving. Would definately recommend!
