A very disappointed experience. If you are not german or golfer, they don't really care about you. We were left finding our room in the dark on the day we arrived. Nothing was explained to us during our 2 weeks stay, we were simply directed to their digital display when we asked. One of the bar and one restaurant were closed, we were not informed prior to booking. Which left few options - the canteen, was awful: it was definitely not a 4 star buffet ! It was understaffed and the food was the same day after day and boring. The 25% discount if eating in the restaurants within the resort, is just a scam. Fortunately, we found some lovely restaurants in the village. Therefore, half board is definitely not recommended! |If what impossible to find a quiet space around the pool area or at the Laurel pool. We went to the Spa one day which was 'just ok'. At the main pool, which includes a kids area , there is a noisy water slide. There are too many transats around the pool (with german holiday makers lying down their towels early, as they do, even if they are not using the facility ! ) . On the other side of the pool, you are disturbed by the noisy kitchen ventilation units ! The public beach was the best for some quiet time.|Most of the staff did their best. It was apparent that there was not enough of them. The digital menus and everything else digital means also that there is no more customer service or exchange as the staff are fiddling with their tablets and is as customers! |We definitely won't be back .
