😊: the owner/ manager Mr Singh is extremelyaccommodating, helping us with train bookings, car bookings and general information. the teeny Prakash who is a general helper was so on the back and helpful even with his limited english. a lovely guy always ready with a smile and helping hand. their desi chicken curry ( real country chicken) is absolutely delicious with an intriguing mix of spices but not too spicy hot. he provided us with heaters and extra duvets to make sure we were comfortable. and the price is quite affordable as well! thank you.

😊: The food was good. And its a heritage property. The rooms were big. Total value for money.. 😢: Cleanliness can get better (Noticed a few hair here and there). The property is right in front of the station, so we could hear the announcements of the station continuously..

Overall the hotel is good, with a nice location especially if you have your own car as they have ample parking inside the premises. Rooms are clean and it's a heritage hotel so it's made in old style. Washrooms are good and big they are clean as well.

Good hotel with heritage vibes. Washroom were clean and food at gulab bagh ( hotels restaurant ) was tasty. Best stay near railway station at walking distance.

😊: Made very welcome. Very helpful. Staff were lovely.. 😢: A couple of night tepid water for shower but was rectified.

The hotel is nice but reception not admitted to check in because because one of us not having physical ID 🤩🤩 if you want to safe your self respect than ignore this hotel Rubbish

Disappointed & Treated Unfairly Our stay at Hotel Jaswant Bhawan was truly disappointing. The room service was poor and extremely slow, and it felt like we were being taken for granted. Despite paying for all their services including food and room service, the treatment we received was not up to the mark at all. What made it worse was the clear difference in how they treated Indian guests versus foreigners. It was disheartening to see how much more respect and attention was given to foreign tourists while we were barely acknowledged. This kind of bias is unacceptable and left a very bad impression on us. We had expected a comfortable and welcoming experience, but unfortunately, we left feeling ignored and disrespected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to Indian travelers.

Amazing property. Convenient location. Food is awesome. Spacious parking inside.
