Hotel Jean Moët

Fabulous hotel and stellar location. In the heart of the champagne region of France, only moments walking distance to Avenue de Champagne....need I say more?|Staff were very friendly and always approachable. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and plentiful. A well laid out boutique hotel, with bags of charm and character. Clean, bright and spacious. I'd recommend this for a short or extended stay...there's a lot of Champagne to be tasted.

We've just spent a long weeked here in a double room. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and by all other members of staff and kept well informed. The hotel is extremely well presented with comfortably and well appointed bedrooms. There is a rather nice bar and breakfast is a very lovely selection of french pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurts, fruits, juices, cereals, teas, coffee, water - plenty for everyone and something for everyone. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Epernay, near shops, restaurants, parks and lots of champagne tasting venues as well as almost opposite L'Avenue d'Champagne which has what seems like an endless road of champagne houses to try.

The location is fabulous, service very impersonal. The breakfast so-la-la. The mattress was not good but the air conditioning was vitally with temperatures going up to 35 degrees outside. In the bathroom or toilet no attachments on the walls or places to stowe things away. Toiletries were all on the floor. For the rest we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed in the Balthazar room as a family of 4 with two children aged 9 and 11. It was wonderful - clean, chic, great selection of amenities and a superb location right in the heart of Épernay and walking distance to many champagne houses, cafes and restaurants. The staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable - I used many of their recommendations and they never disappointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Had an excellent stay for one night while visiting Epernay - I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was so cozy and the bed comfortable - everything was spotless. The communication from the hotel was helpful - after booking they reached out with information about parking since the hotel does not have its own lot, and the hours someone would be at the front desk. My flight was delayed and I arrived late, and the staff was there to check me in as promised. The breakfast was good, and the staff so helpful - as I was loading my car upon checkout I thought I had lost my phone - everyone there including the cleaning staff was helping me search. I was really appreciative and impressed by the service! If I get a chance to get back to Epernay I will definitely book Hotel Jean Moet!

Fantastic location. Walkable to so many Champagne houses, cellar tours and restaurants in Epernay. Lovely clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Air conditioned throughout. Parking only 5 mins walk and totally secure. Thoroughly recommend. We will be back next year!

We loved our stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops easily, as well as being 1 block away from the Champagne Avenue which was fun to walk down. Our bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We’d easily stay there again.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and good room. We were in attic 12 and whilst it was a little tricky not to bang your head, it was perfectly comfortable and we knew what to expect. |Location couldn’t be better, next to ave de champagne. |Doesn’t feel like a usual hotel, more low key than that, but all we needed and clean and tidy.
