Hotel Jean Moët

This hotel is a great location. short walk to train station. easy walk to all the major champagne houses. the rooms are very clean. Nuxe luxury shampoo. real hair dryer. breakfast is very good. eggs cooked to order. basket of yogurt and pastries. cheese and meat plate. fresh squeezed orange juice. this hotel, like most in Eurpoe sets the temperature for the whole hotel. it was too warm for my liking (heat was on) but when i cracked a window, someone nearby had a fireplace going or something, so i couldn't leave it open without smelling smoke. also, email and ask which rooms are on the top floor if you want to sleep in. I'm and early riser, but the stair creak a lot, so you'll hear it if you are on a lower floor. overall a good pick and i would totally stay here again.

Perfect location to visit the Avenue de Champagne. Parking on the street outside was easy. |We arrived in the evening and were welcomed by a very helpful young man. |The room was spotless the bed and bedding were excellent, I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. |The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The waitress was friendly and attentive. |We booked direct on our way back to the UK. |It is a lovely hotel. We will definitely return, it was not a cheap hotel but it was with the expense

We received a warm welcome from the young man on reception. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable with high quality bedding. The bathroom was good with Nuxe toiletries. The breakfast was excellent it offered anything you could possibly want. The waitress was excellent. The location in the centre of the town and the proximity to the Avenue de champagne was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel with good sized rooms but bathroom starting to show a little ‘wear & tear’. Not much noise insulation between rooms and pillows take some getting used to.|Location & staff are first rate but €20pp for breakfast is a little’steep’. More competition in the town now, may encourage the improvement required.

Excellent Hotel, very good location with many nearby restaurants. |Right next to the Avenue de Champagne!!|Very pleasant staff. We parked in a very nearby underground public parking for around 16 euros/24 hrs (Parking Du Jard)|Rooms are spacious, clean, nice bathroom. Quiet.|Did not have breakfast. Nice champagne bar.|Highly recommended!

We are so pleased that we stayed at Hotel Jean Moet! The hotel is close to everything......shopping, restaurants, and of course the champagne houses. The hotel staff is incredible, and they take wonderful care of their guests. We felt like family staying here. I give the Hotel Jean Moet the very highest recommendation if you are staying in Epernay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, good service and nice breakfast. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the town and enjoying the champagnes of the area. Very walkable.
