Hotel Jean Moët

Absolutely loved this hotel. The decor was divine, the location was perfect. The service was great. Nothing to fault. More comfortable bed and pillows!

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic - walkable to everything. Hotel is charming and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are a real highlight, so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was a feast and served with a smile.

Very pleased with our stay from way before check-in until check-out. Had great help from staff months before planning through email a birthday celebration for my wife. Recommendations were great in every way. Check-in smooth and staff friendly. Rooms, very large for European standards, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Bed comfortable as well. Location perfect! Breakfast was one of the best we experienced during our three week trip. Would stay here again if ever coming back to Epernay.

Very practicle in center town... just walking and tastings all around.... easy carpark the railway station at 5 minutes walking ! and a gentle team to welcome you...whatelse ?

Spent 3 nights at the hotel in November with a group of 15 people for my 40th birthday. Everything from the service, cleanliness and comfort of rooms and amazing breakfast made it an unforgettable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a convenient location, just a few mins walk to the train station and around the corner from many champagne houses. The bar/lounge in the hotel was also a great highlight as we were able to have a few glasses of wine in the evening after returning from dinner. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, I will definitely visit again in the future!

This hotel is very conveniently located by all the champagne houses in Épernay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is easy right on the street (paid). It's an older building so you do hear some footstep and stairwell noise at times. Shower areas are nicely updated. Toilet areas may benefit too from a similar upgrade. Good stay overall.

A cute boutique hotel featuring a good-sized room with a large shower and closet space. The room has a writing desk, a well stocked refrigerator with food and drink items to purchase. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was relaxing. The TV in the room was very small and not a smart TV. I was not able to cast movies or my computer screen. The hotel is located by the Epernay balloon ride and several tasting rooms. The hotel is located by a church and is convenient to many restaurants. Parking for the hotel is on the street. There is no valet, but when we checked in, the person at the front desk showed us our room and explained the amenities. The room has eclectic crown mounding and a velvet chair. Very French!

We were booked into this hotel as part of champagne tasting trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was yummy. The room was comfortable and worked well for 3 friends sharing||Great location to wander up and down the Avenue De Champagne and would stay again, the overriding point for me was the friendliness of the staff
