Hotel Jezero

Excellent location right at the banks of the Bohinj lake, reasonably priced with breakfast included.Room was fairly modern and spacious with side lake view.Hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean.Free parking behind the hotel.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and lunch were buffet type , quality of food not too great and if you arrive close to the end of the night they don't refill food,so you might stay hungry.All inclusive drink is cheap vine from cartons and cheap tuborg beer on draft.Its all self service. Spa and swimming pool has extra charge.There is absolutely no atmosphere in the hotel and if your looking for it this is no hotel for you. If you are looking for a quiet base for your holiday in Bohinj lake you are at the right spot.

Nestled in a unique natural environment, this hotel offered our family a great experience: view on the Bohinj Lake, great spot to hike in early November, warm service and sauna after long days of hiking. This is the kind of place I want to return to every year. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We chose this hotel exclusively based on its location. And it didn't fail us! Not to mention that a wonderful lady from the front desk changed our room because it didn't have a view of the lake and she gave us, in my opinion, the best room! Second floor, on the corner, facing on one side Bohinj Lake and on the other Triglav mountains! What more to ask for? The breakfast was very varied, in a very spacious location and plenty of things to choose from. As for dinner, we chose a different location.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, very beautiful location nett to the Bohinj lake ! Breakfast was fantastic- they even had vegan options (e.g. vegan chesse, vegan cream chesse, Humus, vegan yoghurt and several plant based milk alternatives). We liked it all lot! 🫶🏻🏞🍂

The highlight for this hotel is it's location, right next to Bohinj Lake. It really is a beautiful area. There's two sections to the hotel, what I assume to be the original building, along side the road and and extension where I was staying. All rooms have balconies, mine was over looking a crazy golf course and beyond that, the lake. There was also a family of herons nesting in the tree opposite. The room itself was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if you need. Yes, it can get hot in the room due to the lack of air conditioning but, it's so quiet, I left the door and window open without any problems. The food is fantastic with some really interesting things to choose from. Shark was a highlight for me! Local wine is freely available at dinner along with Tuborg beer, soft drinks and water. The staff are lovely and so friendly. Needless to say, they all speak fantastic English. I also heard German being spoken also.

A good place for a lunch, the food is good. The servers are only slow with coming to your table and taking your order. The place itself is spacious and a lot of light enters through the glass roof, so that is very nice. The hotel is perfectly located close to the lake.

Restaurant I will not recommend! Foot average at most for a very high prices! If you come by car for a dinner good luck finding a parking space as the hotel will not let you in just for eating even though prices are far from cheap. Enjoy somewhere else and you can thank me later!

Stayed at the Jezero hotel for 4 nights while exploring Bohinj area. Traditional style hotel with good facilities, good sized rooms and balcony with view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and efficient service.
