We arrived around 11am but check in was at 3pm we managed to get our room for 1 which was great. We were self catering. The room never had a fridge or single hob or anything! Rooms were specious, and beds tided & fresh towels every day! Although there wasn't any do not disturb signs so some mornings we were greeted by the cleaners whilst we were still in bed. ||The pool is clean, your not allowed to eat or drink your own food or alcohol around the pool but there is a pool bar that sells burgers, chips pizza etc. The pool is a free for all, people smoking anywhere they wanted, theres music playing no life guard. It's quite relaxed though. Great times open from 9am-9pm! We never struggled for beds any day!||It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the strip 10 minutes to the old town. It's more of a residential area. Good supermarket right next door along with dominoes & McDonald's. ||Definitely cheap and cheerful.

I wasn't overwhelmed but it was good value for what I paid. Some of the staff were a bit grumpy at times and breakfast was very limited. You don't stand a chance getting a sunbed in peak season near pool but air con was brilliant, room comfortable and it was clean. On the days I was there the cafe/bar only served pizza as food. I can understand why they don't have fridges in room as it would deprive the cafe/bar of business but they need to expand their menu

I arrived yesterday 1/9/2025 and can not fault this hotel or the staff . |We were greeted by Caesar on the front desk and he was helpful , friendly and welcoming . A real gentleman. |There was nothing wrong with the breakfast selection . I thought it was great value for money . |My room Is perfect with everything I need . |Basic products , towels , toilet rolls not soap but I'm happy to buy this . |Also , just met the housekeeper who was so friendly and lovely .|I don't know why this hotel has got negative reviews . |I've stayed in 5 stars hotel before and to be honest this hotel is brilliant . |Thank you .

Lovely place to stay. I stayed here for four nights on a solo holiday, and found it perfect in terms of location and price. I rate this four stars as the only slight changes that would make the stay better for me were thicker bed sheets (as they were very thin) and the air conditioning could have been a bit better. Other than that, well worth the visit! ☺️

Look, you pay for what you get. Rooms are okay, small but beds are comfy. No fridge to put your drinks in which I found abit odd. View to pool was good and aircon was brill. |It is a Spanish hotel which I don’t get why people moan as you’re in Spain! 3* is fair.

Not a bad hotel spent a week there nice enough staff down at the bar not so much in the canteen. What can I say about the food I was half board and I only ate the breakfast which was pretty awful and had the evening meal twice all I'm going to say is thank God there was a McDonald's 2mins up the road. The last couple of days there was a new crowd of people who was quite rowdy shall we say kind of ruined it for quite alot of people then there was two Scottish women who kept smoking weed outside the bar i wasn't very happy with it's the most disgusting smell in the world in my mind then on the last day the two Scottish women one of them kicked off at the reception staff saying she wants to make a complaint because someone called her a lesbian in all fairness they both was lesbians but apparently there's a law where people are not allowed to call people lesbians or gays 🤔 I've never heard of this law mate it just applies in Scotland one more thing weed makes you paranoid just stating a fact

Hotel was very disappointing our room wasn’t cleaned, floors brushed or sheets changed the whole week! The food was just about average and as the dining room didn’t open until 8.30pm was definitely not worth waiting for so we ended up eating out in the evenings! Most of the sun loungers around the pool were broken not to mention miss matched. The hotel is aimed at Spanish guests the evening entertainment etc was all in Spanish. Most of the staff we interacted with were not very friendly. Definitely would not recommend it.

!!! Don’t bother booking !!|beds uncomfy air con doesn’t work no fridge in the room very dated staff are miserable food is awful and not much choice of food very limited. Staff don’t speak English took 20 mins to change a tray of beans. Tv size of a stamp , can’t get a sunbed even when we go down early. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in!
