Everything about this hotel is perfect! The decor is absolutely stunning. The restaurant is all hand painted and beautifully decorated. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really felt like home here.||The staff could not be kinder! The breakfast buffet is Incredible. Christophe always took amazing care of us! Mary at the front desk was the best as well! The restaurant & breakfast manager were both so friendly too. We loved our stay here so much. ||It’s about 30 min walk from old town or 5 min uber. Would highly recommend for a quaint yet luxurious stay in Antibes.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff and the service were incredible and the location was amazing. Everyone was really helpful whenever we needed. Super friendly and warm staff as well. We brought a baby and they were super accomodating with all of our needs. The pool wasn't anything to write home about and the elevator was so tiny, it was sort of funny. The rooms were alright, but nothing so special. We got access to the beach club across the street which was awesome.. I recommend seeing if you can get that as part of your package!

A Stylish Gem with an Incredible Concierge – Hotel Juana, Antibes We had an amazing stay at Hotel Juana – a beautifully eclectic boutique hotel that blends historic charm with a fresh, curated style. The building itself is full of character, with an old elevator that runs up the centre like a time capsule in the best way. Everything feels well thought out – from the design details to the relaxed yet refined vibe. The pool area is a real highlight – a great space to unwind, and it’s fully serviced with food and drinks which makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon there. The restaurant at the front of the hotel also deserves a mention – great energy, good food, and a buzzing atmosphere that draws both guests and locals. But the real standout from our stay was Roland, the concierge. He didn’t just make our stay better – he made our whole trip. We’d been trying for weeks to get bookings in Eze and Paris with no luck, and Roland worked his magic to lock them in for us effortlessly. He’s knowledgeable, warm, and goes above and beyond – a true pro who understands what luxury service is all about.

Fabulous hotel. Service is exceptional, dining great and pool was perfect for cooling off. Well located with all amenities required. Styling is worth a visit just to see.

First and foremost please change your front Photoshopped image of the hotel this is completely false!!!||This image gives the impression it is detached from other buildings when it is completely surrounded. |Also there are photos there from the sister hotel not actually at Hotel Juana.||That aside my first impressions were absolute shock at the nightly rate for our room once i realised what it didn't actually offer as a supposed 5 star hotel. ||The best part of our stay||Decor in main hotel area excellent quirky eclectic and well executed, and interesting.|Service from all staff was excellent. |||What we would change or improve||Completely false photoshop images of the hotel and facilities used to advertise on trip advisor.|Pool area noisy as its at the front of the hotel near a busy main road constant traffic and smell of car fumes when busy. It suffers shade due to tree cover nearby.|Pillows are cheap square foam.|Alot of construction work and noise nearby early in the weekdays from 7am.|Bathroom Shower very poor, with some restriction on flow, reported but not resolved.|Management had the audacity to charge us a daily rate to park in the hotel we are resident!!|Hotel location not a salubrious part of Antibe alot of kids and people congregating in the park opposite. |500+ euros a night room rate didn't even include breakfast|Charged over 7 euros for the smallest toblerone from the room selection|Room decor lacking any character the rest of the hotel had, it was so bland and forgettable. |No Wifi on the room balcony no coverage. ||Smaller picky items - 'Welcome treats' Cashew nuts were stale and soft. TV was old and useless only local channels and national news, no sports no films etc. |No spare sockets bedside for chargers etc, you had to unplug the bedside lamp or phone to have a charger socket available. ||I do not recommend this place to stay only if you have money to burn, i can recommend you some beautiful places nearby at much better rates please do your research on here, there are some gems around 350 euros and include breakfast.||In contrast we stayed in a real 5 star hotel in in SanRemo for 385 euros it blew us away and included breakfast the most amazing pool, FREE parking wifi etc. ||I found this hotel the epitomy of overcharging customers without considering offering value in return.||We paid over 2000 euros st stay at this hotel for 4 nights that didn't include breakfast, they charged us to park in their own carpark, and 7 euros for the smallest choc bar in the world, i feel utterly robbed :o(

Hotel so ready for an update The common areas are lovely but the lifts, hallways and room aren't great. Staff are mixed. Some lovely some no so much. Great location

I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Their presentation is entirely misleading. The picture they show is edited to erase surrounding buildings (see street view screenshot attached). They mention a « secret garden » that is nowhere to be found. They pretend to be « in the middle of the pinède », which is nothing more than a shabby public garden across the road. The swimming pool is in a prison yard next to the road. Service is average and rooms feel like they go back to the 80s. The Juan beach is a giant construction site. To top it all, not their responsibility, but you get families with babies crying to complement the traffic noise from the road that’s right outside the terrace. Net net, you get none of the good of the south (sea and outdoor experience) and all of the bad (attitude, dirt, cramped spaces)

Where do I start… maybe with the bottom line: at the Juana you get all the negatives of the South with none of the good. No outside space and no sea. Zero outside space apart from a terrace feeling like a prison yard, a small pool literally by the road where you will be cramped with families with babies. Traffic noise in the background. The bay of Juan is a giant building site preventing access to the sea and the alternative is to walk in the heat to « sister » Belles-Rives where the « beach » is literally 12m long and feels like a harbour. Breakfast is average, tables were covered with water and the bread knife a butcher knife. Outside the hotel is a shabby public garden pretentiously called a « Pinède » and a bunch of low end bars filled with karaoke singers. The advertising of Juana is frankly pretentious and borders on mis-selling.

Yelp
I had an excellent stay at Hotel Juana. All the staff were amiable and willing to assist. This hotel is older, and the rooms resemble its charm. With that said some weird quirks apply to the room, such as my bath/shower not having a curtain, and every time I shower, it means soaking the entire bathroom. Besides this, the turndown service was excellent, and I would happily return on my next trip.

Yelp
I stayed at the Hotel Juana for a few days during a business forum in March 2019. I arrived by taxi, the door was not open, but I pulled handles on the entry and managed to get inside. The reception was kind enough and they gave me a good room. The elevator that took me up is basically for one person. This place is historic as Ella Fitzgerald stayed there. Some other famous people were there as well, but I can't recall their names. The room had a nice closet, great bathroom, wonderful shower, large tub, comfortable bed, and excellent tv. The gym and sauna were adequate. The breakfast was great for people on the go who need food early. They opened at 7:30am. The place is located close to Pine Beach, a good spot to walk, and near Antibes. You have to walk about twenty or thirty minutes to get to old town Antibes. It is doable. The local scene is quiet, the Juan les Pins and Antibes area are not as vibrant as Paris, so the scene is more subdued. In the offseason this place is quiet. The pool was cozy, but some guy walked in from the street and it was awkward. All in all, this place is a great find for people in Juan les Pins traveling to the convention center, or looking to enjoy the area.
