Hotel Juayúa

It’s a very comfortable and clean property. The staff was friendly and they offered us private transportation since the gentleman was available. The food could be a bit better but it was complimentary so I can complain. This is a beautiful location and it has bigger potential, highly recommend if you want to feel safe and clean bed sheets is very important. Spectacular view!

Nice one night stay after hiking Santa Ana. Nice view from our room. Had dinner delivered to room. Breakfast in the garden. Food was good and staff super helpful and friendly. Room was clean -a bit dated but nice. Located at dead end street so was pretty safe.

Great overnight stay in Juayua. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay; breakfast was yummy, showers were warm, beer available on site… what else can I say. Easy walk from the hotel to the centro if you are interested in exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

This past month was my second time here. Beautiful and quaint hotel with a lovely pool. The rooms were comfortable and have SPECTACULAR views. The food was well made and nearby is a great pupusería. All of the staff were kind and helpful, even arranging transportation. Perfect location in Juayúa and near all the hiking in the Cerro Verde Volcanic Park. A must stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible, the pool was welcoming, Chrisia at the front desk was so so lovely, as were all the staff, the gentleman at reception in the evening was so welcoming and friendly. We slept well, enjoyed some great day trips in the area and had an amazing time at the Saturday food festival, a short walk away. With a yummy breakfast included and 2 super sweet cats, this was a stay to remember and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Mucho gracias from your Canadian friends, Stephanie and Rikk

My only complaint was that room #6 (cabin style room) is near the lobby and you can hear all conversations and all incoming people. Same goes for you inside the room. Otherwise the place is lovely!!! Food, staff and location. We would come back but we would stay in a different room this time.

Quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. We stayed in the largest room they had. It was private and had its own patio and entrance. The pool and view is absolutely gorgeous! The wood accents through out the hotel are so pretty! The staff was great, they recommended the best pupusas we had in our entire 24 day stay!! The a/c in the rooms is also so relaxing. They made us breakfast in the morning which was delicious! 10/10 for everything

Best hotel in Juayua. View of the volcanoes and mountains is unbeatable. Spacious room and overall very well maintained facilities. Staff was friendly and the food was really good (specially the grated seafood plate). Took a 7 waterfall hike tour with them and had the best time! Definitely recommended!
