Hotel Juhu Plaza

Terrible experience.The front office boys particularly Mr Ravi is so rude and inexperienced. He fights with the customers unnecessary and lies most of thr time.The experience overall staying in this hotel is good but the front office team particularly the guy I named is horrible.Even spoke to the Owner of the Hotel about his misconduct but God knows whether he has been taken to task or not. The hotel is at a lovely place , and food is good but the front office team is so rude and indisciplined. ||I request the Hotel Management to train them professionally and a courtesy call to me would have stopped me from writing all this stuff.||Recommend people not to waste their energy and money.

I recently stayed at JUHU PLAZA during my trip to Mumbai and I must say, it exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made check-in a breeze and offered helpful tips about local attractions and dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities one could need—comfortable bedding, hot water, and even free Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It featured a variety of delicious local dishes that gave me a taste of the region. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. The location was another plus; it was conveniently situated near public transport and popular tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city without spending a fortune on transportation.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was really helpful and courteous,very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. The location of the hotel is great and close to juhu beach. I stayed for 2 days this weekend in this hotel which happened by chance as I was supposed to be staying in another. Though reluctantly checked inn but right from room upgrade to all related services. They have won my heart especially food. Room was clean with partial Seaview. Toilets clean. Very soon shall stay again.

It's an iconic hotel at a very iconic location. Enjoy the luxury and the comfort of the beautiful rooms having great amenities with scenic views on the Juhu Beach. Taste and the variety of the food and beverages was also remarkable.

The condition of the hotel is very bad. The staff here is very rude and useless. Do not stay in this property even by mistake. The service is bad.

This is a budget friendly hotel at a very good location. It is next to some premium hotels like Sun n Sand and Novotel in Juhu. Good things- 1. Location! The Juhu beach is just 5 mins walkable distance 2. Enough parking space 3. Food is of acceptable quality and quantity for its price. 4. Good and polite staff and good room service. 5. Though a bit old fashioned, the rooms are very big and airy and lots of light. So totally fresh ambience in the room. Bed and other things are cosy. Things that can be improved- 1. The hotel interiors are bow showing the age. It is asking for a renovation which could make it a good player again. 2. Breakfast is nothing to write good about. Limited spread and not so good quality. But the medu wada and sambhar were fantastic. 3. Washrooms are very old and don’t give a good feeling unlike the rooms. So overall a basic yet cosy hotel for an affordable price.
