Stayed with a large group of family, we all had a great stay. Location was central so great for exploring. The hotel is very picturesque. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we all said we would return if we ever visit this region of Germany again.

We had a terrible experience with booking our stay, using their website. We received an email where they said that the money couldn't be deducted from our credit card and that our booking would be cancelled unless we send them the number and expiration date for a different credit card. I find it very irresponsible that they ask this through email, but given that we were desperate to secure our stay I sent the information and asked if they could confirm our reservation. They never replied to our email and therefore we had to make a second booking at a different place. Later, I found out that the money was deduced from the second credit card after all! This means that they read the email and executed the payment but didn't bother to reply, perhaps hoping we would not show up. I consider this a crime. I had to call them to ask their confirmation and in the end had to cancel our booking at the other stay. We had no issues during our stay. I have locked my credit card as a measure to avoid further theft. Also, it was very challenging to shower without flooding the bath room.

I stayed 2 night in this very nice hotel in the very center of a beautiful German mid-sized old city! Room (King-sized bed) was very clean as well was the bathroom. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was very various and in top quality. The staff was very kind and sympathetic. Minus: The shower was a bit too small in my room 137 and the parking lot is not at the hotel, but ca. 200m away (therefore 1 star less). So overall: My recommendation!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Market place . Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is first class. I was on holiday with my Daughter to celebrate my 80th birthday and she booked me in to the Kaiserworth as a surprise. She knew that I was in the army in 1956 stationed at the Fliegerhorst and used to go to the Kaiserworth when it was used by the army . My visit this time brought back memories and great pleasure. I can't wait to visit this charming hotel again.

Quite worn with quite ordinary decor in the rooms, not as nice as the impression from the pictures. We had booked the suite at Hotel Kaiserworth Goslar but were given another suite at the nearby Brusttuch, which was not as good. After some discussion we accepted a smaller but nicer room in the Brusttuch. The Brusttuch does not have its own reception. Breakfast was around average, maybe a little lower. And the same every day. WIFI didn't work for the four nights we stayed despite us asking about it every day. We were told we could go to the reception area of the Hotel Kaiserworth if we needed to get online. Overall not a recommendable hotel although basics are ok.

Our summerholiday 2020. Even if we look away from the corona implications the stay at this hotel was so bad we left. After getting a room, which was great, actually Living up to What we expected with the amount paid, staying there the first Night, found out in the morning that the hot water didn’t work and then being pointed towards another room, with really bad matresses and another that was an actual downgrade, no talk of a discount and a receptionist that didn’t really care. We decided to leave and go to another hotel in another town. The receptionist didn’t refund the money for the rest of the stay and neigther the town-tax paid for 7 days. He said it was non-refundable, and it was ordered as non-refundable, but you would expect a refund when they can’t deliver What was ordered. Even though they asked customers not ti write bad recieved for this coronaperiod. We decided That they do actually deserve this one.

Not worth the money. We booked a room at Kaiserworth (on the market square), but were put in a room 100 m away in a hotel called "Hotel Brusttuch", which is owned by Kaiserworth. Here's the problem: Brusttuch is apparently a 3-star hotel, not 4-star, like KW. Furthermore, it is situated by the rather busy street "Hoher Weg". There is no A/C in the rooms, so open windows can't be avoided. We simply didn't get what we booked. Sleeping was difficult before 22:00 and after 8:00. Furthermore, there is a fee of 2,30 € per person, per night in Goslar, which wasn't included in the booking price. We weren't made aware of this until arrival. Good things: Free soft drinks, water and beer in the mini fridge, which are refilled by the cleaning staff. The waitress at the breakfast buffet was very friendly.

It's like being 'back to 1800 century. Feel like a time pocket. This hotel definately need a renovation and also to understand what the phrase service mean. The hotel has a unique location in the center of the city.
