Not worth the money. We booked a room at Kaiserworth (on the market square), but were put in a room 100 m away in a hotel called "Hotel Brusttuch", which is owned by Kaiserworth. Here's the problem: Brusttuch is apparently a 3-star hotel, not 4-star, like KW. Furthermore, it is situated by the rather busy street "Hoher Weg". There is no A/C in the rooms, so open windows can't be avoided. We simply didn't get what we booked. Sleeping was difficult before 22:00 and after 8:00.
Furthermore, there is a fee of 2,30 € per person, per night in Goslar, which wasn't included in the booking price. We weren't made aware of this until arrival.
Good things: Free soft drinks, water and beer in the mini fridge, which are refilled by the cleaning staff. The waitress at the breakfast buffet was very friendly.
