Hôtel Kanaï Lille

A centrally located hotel no fuss but welcoming. Excellent comfy bed and hot shower. Great front desk service by Nisrene. Location was perfect, in the pedestrian part of Lille right by all the shops, restaurants and things to see all close by.

A superior double room gives the impression of a sizeable room. Ours was not sizeable or superior and the bathroom door did not close because of the vanity unit being in the way, therefore, no bathroom privacy! However, everything else was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was value for money.

The nicest little hotel! All the staff I met during my weekend stay were so friendly and sweet. Location was perfect - right in the centre of town; 2 minutes walk from the main square, 10 minutes from the Eurostar station. My room was very small; perfect for me with a comfy bed, crisp sheets and a big window I could open. There was no door to the bathroom area though which would have been awkward with a friend or new partner. |No lift - not a problem for me although getting to the top floor after loading up on the fresh breakfast baguette and cake was tough… |Breakfast was great; fresh fruit, yoghurt, baguette, cheese selection, pastries, cake, juice and coffee. |Would definitely stay here if I was in Lille again.

The staff was warm, kind, and very very competent. They provided us with additional information on the city and even offered us a larger room at same rate (based on their availability of course). The whole structure was extremely functional and very clean. The reception is 24/24. The hotel is close to the city center, bus and metro stops as well as major attractions. There is plenty of bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds including a huge mall just around the corner. Really recommended for both work trips and cultural holidays!

Hotel Kanai are placed in the mittle of Lille. The location is fantastic. Near from Gare Lille and metro, and many of Lilles attractions.||The room was fine, clean and nice to be in. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast good and the price affordable. I do recommend a stay at Hotel Kanai.

The woman at reception with the pimple on her nose was so grumpy and unfriendly that it just shocked us. The room was dirty and breakfast was meagre considering the price we had to pay for it.

Good location, great service, but the bathroom had a terrible smell. The window was open when we arrived and didn't know why. After closing it, we found out. Had to leave the window open and the door closed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in recent years. Very personal, cozy, quiet. Wonderful and high quality breakfast. Very attentive staff. Simply excellent! Will certainly come back. Highly recommended.
