Hôtel Kanaï Lille

I have nothing but great experiences with this wonderful hotel! From the breakfast, to the rooms, amenities and customer service, it was nothing short of exceptional! 10/10 for the customer service. The website didn't work for me when I tried to book it from there so I rang them up and Anthony patiently guided and helped us through the booking manually instead. We had the family suite with the connecting room. The rooms was clean and the beds were really comfy too. The pictures on the site don't do enough justice. Anthony and his colleagues are really helpful and accommodating to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

We loved the place. The team is very helpful and always smiling ( even when you come back at 2 in the morning). The breakfast is delicious. Rooms are a good size and clean.

The hotel is very well located and nicely furnished. Small but convenient rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. However, the procedure for booking a room is confusing (you are told to pay twice, you receive strange emails and the reception of the hotel is not helpful).

Room was small, the air coming out of AC was smelly. You could hear others coming in and out of their rooms very clearly and sometimes you can hear people talking on the phone… Good location as it’s close to the Christmas Market.

Lovely hotel! Great location & very friendly staff. Clean room - though very low ceiling in our room (not appropriate for tall (dutch) people.

The family room is much bigger than I expected, and the two toilets perfectly suit our needs. Great location, very close to the town center but quiet at night.

Hotel Kanai couldn't be better situated for central Lille - just a minute's walk from the Grand Place, or from the Mètro, if you want to go further. But the friendly welcome really makes it the ideal place to stay.

We had a lovely time here. Anthony was very welcoming when we arrived and super helpful! Location was perfect and short walking distance to all the main areas
