Hotel Kanhaia Haveli

From the moment I arrived at hotel kanhaia Haveli pushkar, I was impressed by the seamless service and luxurious ambiance. The check-in process was fast and welcoming, complete with a complimentary drink and a warm smile from the front desk staff. Room: The suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail—from the high-thread-count sheets to the ambient lighting—felt curated for comfort. Dining: Each restaurant at the resort was a delight. Breakfast at the rooftop terrace was a highlight—fresh pastries, tropical fruits, and made-to-order omelets with a view. Dinner at their fine dining restaurant was equally memorable, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a stellar wine list. Service: Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay unforgettable. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough, and concierge recommendations were spot-on. Overall: The Grand Elara Resort exceeded every expectation. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a wellness retreat, or just a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning.

We stay five night at Kanhaia Haveli. It’s a comfortable and quiet place, set in a traditional building, and run by a family. There are different types of rooms spread by three floors. Our room wasn’t the biggest but provide space for two persons. We were at a hight floor and the room had good light and good ventilation (the windows have mosquito nets). At each floor there’s a chill area with sofas, tables and swing chairs. The restaurant occupies the rooftop and there’s a good view much not much shade during the day; better for dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful; there’s laundry service for a good price and it’s possible to arrange a taxi to Ajmer. Kanhaia Haveli is pleasant, safe, very clean and a easy walk from the lake.

A old traditional house converted to hotel. Building have been well maintained. As far as services provided were not at par. Old used bedsheets were not replaced nor changed. There is no phone for room services. Mobile number was provided for services but no use. They are not attending. Misguided having facility of avaibility of hot water. They are habitant of doings arguments forcefully taking Mobile from the hands and doing something in the app of booking. Com so that their hotel name appears / flash for booking. Which reveals lack of atiket.

Has the potential to improve. Lovely view from the restaurant. Within walking distance of the shopping area, lake, restaurants and Gurdwara. There was no fridge in the bedroom. Customer service would benefit from improvement. There was an uncovered quilt on the bed which felt dirty. No toiletries. No bottled water in the bedroom. Very noisy location. Owner tried to charge for breakfast when the booking was already booked with breakfast. Owner wanted payment in cash, in rupees which was not specified at the time of booking. I wouldn't stop here again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, one of the best in Pushkar for sure and perfectly situated. Just away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short walk from everything essential. . . perfect. happy to recommend the place Dave Connolly (Dublin)

Best Hotel at best location and very Affordable Rate. This Hotel is located near Brahma Ji Temple. The staff of this hotel is very good. There is also a restaurant in this hotel. Restaurant timing is 10:00 PM. Rangji Temple is very close to this hotel. The market is also very close to this hotel. there are two branches of this hotel. But both branches are very close to each other. there are some other hotels if you don't find room in this hotel. Dharamshalas are also close to this hotel. this is a very beautiful place and place where you enjoy the other activities. This hotel works according to normal hotel schedules like it counts days from 12:00 PM to 11:00 AM. The staff is very polite and good and a very safe and good hotel for family

The budget room was a bit dark and loomy and the window faced to a wall, but it was clean and overall comfortable (despite being no hot shower), the courtyard is very peaceful and the owner extremely kind. Very nice rooftop restaurant too, they have many choices for foreigners good food.

We booked three rooms well in advance (around 2 months before arrival). owner asked for confirmation, and received it. However, when we arrived at hotel, he informed us in a very straightforward, unapologetic manner that he could not give us the three rooms we've booked for the two nights, so we will have to move to another hotel of his, unregistered and unrecognized on any site (we checked) which has none of the facilities advertised for this one (no court, no charm, no dinning area, nothing). The whole exchange was almost violent, with owner very rude and pushy. it was only after we bluntly demanded a discount on rate we committed to pay for the Kanhaia, that he agreed. All in all, we had a very unpleasant experience and do not recommend the place.
