Exquisite food and service, the best hotel we stayed so far in our trip to India. The place is a medieval restored mansion, beautiful place. The owner was the best, he let us leave the bags at the front the whole day, gave us complimentary water and ordered a taxi for us with discount. Also he had a really good vibe, really kind guy. The rooftop restaurant had a huge variety of dishes, for every taste. I am definitely coming back! such a blessing! namaste🙏

The budget room was a bit dark and loomy and the window faced to a wall, but it was clean and overall comfortable (despite being no hot shower), the courtyard is very peaceful and the owner extremely kind. Very nice rooftop restaurant too, they have many choices for foreigners good food.

Great location with quick access to Main Street. Family run hotel, very helpful in all aspects. The restaurant was good, with great servings. My bed was on the hard side, but I still got some sleep. Noise was a bit of issue as it echo up - but come 1030pm it just went quite.

The manager and staff are great to deal with bookings and tourist info and updated my room to the loverly Terrace. Nice meals on terrace in the sun. Spotless rooms and hot water with comfy bed. Beautiful furnishings through the property and room. Great value for money close to market. Best yet!!!

This Haveli is a hidden gem. Our room was spacious and clean. Best hot water pressure in all of India. Great location just off the Main Street. Roof top restaurant was fantastic. Great food, great service and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed it here and definitely recommend it.

We stayed in Pushkar for the weekend of the annual mela and camel fair so the town was packed and hotel rooms were 3x the normal rate. Luckily we had booked 3 months in advance. We arrived around 6am from the night train (taxi arranged with hotel) and were relieved when told we would be able to check in immediately. As it was dark, we didn’t appreciate how beautiful the 100 year old building is. It almost feels like an Arabic riad with rooms surrounding a central courtyard. In the evening it is tastefully lit which emphasises the local art displayed on the walls. Ours was a standard room with fan which was very small- no room to walk for 2 people and little space to store bags. I looked in other rooms and most were a good size, some had balconies. I was offered a larger room on the ground floor but this lacked the communal balcony area we had so we stayed where we were. The room had no external windows so was quiet at night apart from a slight rattle on the fan which the manager said he would fix. The shower was hot and powerful. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the lake and Pushkar’s Main Street. It has a nice roof top restaurant serving vegan dishes. The manager speaks excellent English and was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Pushkar but check what type of room you’re booking if size is important.

Our stay in Hotel Kanhaia haveli was wonderful thanks to the homely feel of this very well- located hotel. The rooms are comfortable and traditionally decorated, adding a beautiful charm to the place. It would be nice to have toiletries provided in the shower, though! However, the staff is very good and responsive to our needs and anything we asked for to make our stay better was provided quickly. The hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the city, and makes for a lovely spot to work or even read in the warm winter sun!Highly recommended!

have stayed in this hotel in Pushkar for a number of years, because of this is I can confirm how consistent they are. The rooms are always clean and they have different sizes and qualities to suit different budgets from backpacker prices to treating yourself a little. It’s family run and Satish is always on hand to help you with things such as onward travel, hints and tips for a better stay in Pushkar. A hot powerful shower a comfortable bed and cleanliness are my three requirements (when possible) Kanhaia deliver on all three every time.
