Far too expensive for what was provided. Rooms are simple but in decent condition, bathroom was clean but the bidet kept leaking. Badly maintained rooftop common area in need of serious renovation. Pool was - to my complete shock - not complimentary with your booking and had to be paid 100rs for per use. To add insult to injury, it probably hadn't been cleaned in a good long time either, there's algae growing in it.

If you ever plan to have a function here, avoid it. Went for a function recently and was the worst starters I have ever eaten, watered down cold drinks and soggy appetizers. The staff seemed to be hired from some local caterers and were shabbily trained. The food was below average and the noodle tasted like one made on the roadside . I was actually hit by a mild loose motions. The toilets were dirty and stinking. Absolutely avoidable

Very good, decent hotel. Perfect place to stay with family. 20 minutes from Airport. 10 minutes walk from Andheri railway station.

The rooms were below normal. Washroom was very poor. I just stayed for 7 hours at night and was charged 4000/- without breakfast. Even toiletry was charged separately. There are better options in Vile Parle and Andheri. I did mistake at my flight got delayed and I arrived at 1 AM..

Leaky taps added a constant soundtrack of drips to our "relaxing" vacation, and the "complimentary" toiletries were more like sad, single-use packets barely fit for a gas station bathroom. But wait, there's more! We discovered there were **no napkins** in the room, not even a single one - a bizarre omission for any hotel, let alone one claiming its price point. To top it all off, the kettle, our only hope for a warm beverage, sputtered and sparked like a faulty disco ball before finally giving up the ghost. **The Ugly:** The icing on this rotten cake was the **unfriendly and dismissive attitude** of the manager and receptionist. When we politely raised our concerns, they were met with shrugs and excuses. The exorbitant price tag for this subpar experience added insult to injury, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating. **The Verdict:** If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, avoid Karl residency like the plague. Don't be fooled by fabricated reviews or enticing photos - the reality is far from it. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Choose wisely, fellow travelers, and steer clear of this disappointment under the sunshine.

I stayed there for business trip. They don't have hot water for consecutive 2 days, Third day onwards it was managed. Location is relatively peaceful as ur staying in Mumbai.. location not on main road, it is relatively inside..but station is nearby. Pool is not working.

This hotel is situated at a great location nearby to railway station & airport. Very warm & peaceful ambience. It also has a cafeteria. Food is delicious with great service.
