We did like to be with our guide Amin.|He picked us up in Marrakesch and we travelled in full confidence with him to the desert and back to Marrakesch. He did explaind a lot about geographic, history and movies. He is a very good driver. Thanks to Amin. We can recommand the Hotel as a quiet and clean place. The food was delicious.||Esther & Jürgen

We stayed at Hotel Kasbah Sahara Services before and after a trip to the desert. Everyone in the staff was very nice to us and extremely helpful, and the food is excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A great place to stay if you’re in town for a desert trip.

We arrived to Mhamid after noon without having anything booked ahead, we just knew we wanted to go to see the dunes. We came to the Hotel Kasbah Sahara and we got an offer for 100€ per person to go to the Erg Chigaga dunes and spend a night there. It was great from the beginning till the very end. After a delicious complementary lunch they took us by a private 4x4 to the camp on the edge of the Erg Chigaga dunes, it takes around 2 hours, we took off around 14:30 or so. The camp is very well maintained, the staff is really attentive and everything is well planned. There was a 1 hour sunset camel ride included in the price, which was fantastic. The dinner was very tasty, it was a soup, then a chicken tagine with many side dishes and zaalouk and some fruits. Afterwards there’s a fireplace and the staff performs some typical rhytms for you, that was also great. The toilet and showers were outside of the tent but it was all perfectly fine and clean. It was cold at night but the blankets are thick, plus we slept in our clothes. Nothing dramatic. Breakfast was great, you get an omelette and then a classic sweet breakfast, juice, coffee and tea. |Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable memory of spending a night on the edge of Sahara. Very professional approach of the company.

One of the last accommodations equipped with the comforts of a hotel before leaving for Erg Chicaga.|The spacious rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a minibar, with private bathrooms. There is also a beautiful and especially clean swimming pool.|If the weather is good, it is very pleasant to eat outside and by the pool, otherwise there is a new, very large dining room. Good food and very abundant

We paid 50 dh to use the pool for a day while waiting for a tour to begin. Pool is a lifesaver. Good restaurant as well.

Highly recommended agency. We spent 2 nights at their beautiful tented camp located near the highest Chegaga dunes, 60 Km from M'Hamid. Amazing location. Car 4x4 and camel tailor-made daily trips were so nice, thanks to an upgrading granted by the Agency. Nouredine the guide was perfect in managing all things. Accommodation and food at the tented camp, absolutely perfect.

We stayed here one night while travelling round Morocco on motorcycles in November ‘24, very welcoming and a really nice place to relax, good food and lovely rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

A warm welcome when you arrive. Hot showers, clean sheets and towels, fast WiFi available, large and comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, fresh and bountiful breakfasts with the entire staff aiming to serve your every need, this hotel is the best to make your time there a relaxing getaway. They can arrange almost any desired trip to the desert and answer almost every question a traveler might have. Many of the staff speak multiple languages including Arabic, French, English, and Spanish. For me, the best service came when I caught the flu after attending festival Taragalte. From bringing me breakfast to my room when I was too ill to go downstairs to get it, to letting me extend my stay in the same room, to serving me ample tea and juice, to getting me flu medicine so I could recover- truly each and everyone there showed such kindness and care that helped me recover faster. There is truly no better place to stay in all of M’Hamid… possibly in all of Morocco. Don’t hesitate to book your dream vacation in the Sahara with them today!
