We liked this hotel. There are several buildings with rooms. The check-in process was seamless. We got a newer room with beautiful decor (other than the wall behind the bed… needs a paint job). The breakfast was amazing, with many options. This is a tour bus place, so it makes sense. Loads of parking. Negatives: The loud slamming of the exterior door from everyone coming into the building (a real bother). No fridge.

The hotel was located outside the town, which was about 7 minutes' drive. There was a restaurant offering buffet breakfast and dinner. The place was great since it was very spacious and the variety was relatively wide. The rooms were in a few individual buildings. The setting inside the room was very convenient for guests, such as electricity sockets and bench for opening the luggages. The ceiling was high and the window was wide. Like other hotels in the country, there was only a glass wall covering half of the showering area. Water would certainly go out from the area. The lamps on the head board were also a mistake in my opinion. They would hurt the back or the head of the visitors. If the installation position was higher, it be better.

Location good - Twin room clean and quiet; not big on amenities and overpriced by comparison with three other places we stayed during outr time in Iceland. Included breakfast was adequate but we opted to dine elsewhere rather than spending $80 for a fairly simple meal.

We stayed 1 night on our trip around the Ring Road. It was a very convenient location. We were traveling with friends and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area had a nice atmosphere. We especially liked the breakfast buffet and the outdoor hot tub after our day of exploring.

The hotel has a excellent location. The parking is ample. The sauna and jacuzzi are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean with fine linen and furniture. The rooms have kettle and storage . The restaurant serves good breakfast with choice

The surroundings of our room were absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery. The night was quite windy, and by morning, a light rain added to the serene atmosphere. The cheerful chirping of birds made the experience even more delightful. Breakfast was excellent, and I especially loved the maple pecan plait—it was absolutely delicious!

Stayed one night in a triple room that appeared to be in one of the newer buildings to the east of the main building. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, which was super appreciated after a long day of travel and very little sleep. Room had plenty of space for three people and all our luggage. Property is quiet and sound insulation was great. Blackout curtains and ability to crack a window open were nice to have. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices- it was very busy but it didn't appear that anyone had to wait for a table to eat. Bar, hot tub and sauna on site, but didn't use these. Would gladly book here again.

Overall decent stay, but a little pricier vs. other places we stayed in Iceland. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable (which were most important for us) but the bathroom was tiny (smallest of the 6 hotels we stayed at in Iceland), no counter space and there was no way to shower without the entire floor getting soaked. Easy to access with plenty of parking. We thought breakfast was fine, but average compared to other places we stayed in Iceland.
