Older lady waitres was unpolite in restaurant. English speaking guests are not so welcome. Medium size pool, nothing special. Otherways clean and pleasant. Spa nude people all day around whic is not apropriate for the kids. English speaking is not so good. Older receptions lady had an attitude, but the younger receptions was ok.

Beautiful and relaxing wellness hotel. Great facilities, lovely pool and surroundings. The food was typical bavarian but also some international and fusion cuisines. Courteous service too 😊

My partner and I stayed here at the end of August for just over a week and we loved this hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room and were impressed by the decor, cleanliness and hospitality of Hotel Kaufmann. We ate in the restaurant a number of times and really enjoyed the menu. The spa and pool were lovely, we used it every day and found it to be spotlessly clean and serene. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, often translating the menu for us and making us feel very welcome. We used the hotel as a base to explore the local area as we had a rental car and looked forward to coming back to our room with balcony-peaceful and calm with the views of the landscape and sounds of the cowbells in the distance. The hotel is in easy walking distance to lake Forggensee. All in all, a lovely modern hotel with aspects of tradition in a great area for exploring the local area. We would love to return!

The hotel is easily accessible from the main road, however still in a quiet and calm area. The room was spacey and amazingly comfortable (not to mention the breathtaking view). The room was very clean and had all conveniences (including fantastic sauna and swimming pool and fully equipped gym). Restaurant located in the hotel serves delicious meals and a wide range of tastes for breakfast. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Everything was just high quality

Fabulous place to stay! Clean, neat, newly updated everything, huge rooms and nice amenities. The staff are kind and helpful and the food at the restaurant is 5 star quality. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

This nice hotel was chosen to host a 3-days business training. Meeting facilities, rooms and service were excellent. The food was just awesome! I had a room in the older part of the hotel, which had a little old-fashioned touch but still was very nice, spacious and clean. The rooms have a balcony.

Let me say this is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. The food is great, the setting, the location, the design. I have two gripes with this hotel though, but I realise that's just ME. First, this hotel doesn't have a bar. There is a small area at the reception it is nice and even has a fireplace. But not having a bar and barkeep is very sad. Second, the relax area near the pool is too cold, and they were unable (or unwilling) to make it a little warmer. If you don't mind both, then this hotel will be for you, especially because of the food and staff.

What a beautiful place in the most stunning setting. The views are spectacular with view of the alps. Rooms are very clean. Wifi works great. The food preparation is fantastic and the service is impeccable. We will be back next year.
