Stayed here for 7 nights in September. The hotel was absolutely lovely and all the staff we came into contact with were friendly, professional and helpful.||We stayed in a superior room on the first floor, which was very nice. The only thing I would say, is that someone shorter in height or with mobility issues might find the bath (with overhead shower) a bit high to get in and out of easily.||The breakfast was wonderful and had plenty on offer. We found it was much better to be served at the table rather than buffet. It was also nice that it was opened until 11am.||All the outside areas were well maintained and pretty. The pool was excellent too.||The hotel fronts the marina and it is very easy to walk to Sunset beach. The Old Town is very easy to get to either walking (I think it took us a 45 minute stroll), bus or uber.||I would highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Gorgeous historic property, beautifully restored and maintained. Enchanting decor inside and out. We enjoyed the fragrant fruit trees and flowers in the courtyard, pool and lobby. |The restaurant is excellent. 5-star breakfast and dinner. Service is fantastic. |The rooms are large and clean and comfortable. |The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. They take care of every detail. |Excellent location across from the Marina, close to beaches and restaurants and a half an hour walk to the old town.

We opted to not be in the sometimes overwhelming hubub of Old Town which was a good choice. This quiet hotel is located an easy drive and 30 min easy walk from the center of Old Town along the Marina. The room was very comfortable, nice bathroom and very clean. The windows opened onto the hotel square. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious whether dining in the dining room or outside on the gorgeous patio (that was the best). They have a spacious upper deck to sit on with comfy chairs and couches. And welcoming seating areas to sit and read or be on your computer inside the hotel. Good restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel along the Marina walk (check out Orson's) and the hotel also has it's own restaurant. Great spot to stay in Dubrovnik!

Hotel Kazbek is just beautiful and you do feel like you’re staying in a castle. The staff are fantastic and look after you really well. Tom is the unsung hero. There’s not much he doesn’t know and he will make sure that your stay is exceptional. ||The rooms are spotless and are serviced regularly and restocked. The little chocolates left in the evening are a lovely touch and are so good! ||The pool is a good size and very comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and towels supplied. The bar is open for drinks and food from 1pm to 6pm ||Breakfast is good with lots of variety, and you can have as much as you can eat. |||I had the airport transfers and was surprised and delighted to have beautiful cars for the journeys with professional and knowledgeable drivers. It really did give that 5 star experience. ||The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to local buses (I recommend the busses to get around) it’s opposite the gorgeous recently revamped marina with some very nice super yachts berthed there. ||It’s a few mins walk for some boat tours to the blue caves and islands which saves you having to get to the old town harbour. ||There are lots of wonderful eateries within a few mins walk and the beach 10 -15 walk and the start of the incredible promenade that goes all the way around the peninsula and access to all the other beaches. ||Thank you Hotel Kazbek, we are missing you already! ❤️❤️

Wow - what a gem!|This hotel has got everything right. The staff are all very helpful and cant do enough to make your stay special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most lovely host - big shout out to Antoni on reception - who helped us with our luggage through the back streets, as the taxi was unable to bring us closer due to the construction work at the front of the hotel. This work should be finished for next year and did not detract from our experience. The marina area will be fabulous once finished.|Antoni continued to exceed expectations throughout our stay, helping us with any issues and even gave us an upgrade to the best room in the hotel. Customer service at it's best! he is a credit. |The restaurant is worth a try - delicious fresh food served at breakfast/lunch and dinner in the most beautiful courtyard. The staff keep their distance but |are attentive. |The only slight negative was that the mattress was too firm for us. |In short we had a very romantic stay in luxurious surroundings, a little oasis away from the crowds.

We stayed at the Kazbek in May 2024 for four nights. It is a beautiful small hotel, with a courtyard and outdoor tables in a lovely setting where we had all our meals. There is an indoor dining room as well if you’d prefer that. There is a good sized swimming pool in the rear with sun loungers for every guest and shade provided by pergolas and umbrellas. Our room was on the 2nd floor, it was a good size with all fixtures and fittings you would expect of a good hotel. The only drawback was it was a bit dark due to a small window, but that didn’t bother us. Breakfast is served to you and there is a good selection of drinks, bread, pastries and fruit, a la carte hot food is also available. We’d recommend the home made smoothie, freshly squeezed orange juice and home made granola and fruit platter. We did not have lunch and had dinner twice. The food and drinks were good but expensive for the quality and amount provided. The location in Lapad marina is quiet and a haven of tranquility away from Dubrovnik with close proximity to Lapad beach area. We would recommend this hotel but encourage you to look around at other restaurants for dinner.

The ost stunning hotel I've had the pleasure to stay in. You really feel like you're staying in a piece of the countries history. Rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, staff from reception, to dining to housekeeping were friendly and hard working. Breakfast was outstanding!!! And a great way to start each day, sat in the sun on the glorious terrace. Location is amazing and I honestly can't say anything was bad. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Our stay at Kazbek Hotel was perfect! Each room is uniquely designed, blending classical charm with modern comfort. We loved starting our day with breakfast on the beautiful courtyard terrace and spent our afternoons sunbathing by the private pool. The highlight was the hotel's restaurant, where we savoured the rich flavours of Adraitic Sea with dishes made from the freshest local ingredients. A perfect romantic getaway!
