We spent a week in the annex. The carpet is a bit dated but the room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, and a good powerful shower. The room was 011 so ground floor facing the street but we didn't hear a sound at night. The breakfasts were probably the best I've ever had, a great choice. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Everything you could want.

What a gem of a hotel. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Our family room was spacious, clean and the air conditioning a godsend. The breakfast was very filling and plenty of variety. We visited during very hot weather so free water coolers on every floor was so welcome and we refilled often. The hotel just a short walk from Krakow main square. We had a marvellous holiday thank you from Em, Sandrine, Katie & Eloise

We stayed in the hotel for one week. We couldn’t be more happy about their service, there is always a person at the reception greeting you upon entering and leaving. The breakfast was excellent with different options every day. Highly recommend

Great location only a 15 min walk to the old town, even less to the castle. My only problem was the location of my room. This hotel on both Friday and Saturday nights held weddings. I was given a room on the mezzanine floor very near to the wedding area. I was kept wake until the music stopped for both these weddings. First night midnight, second night 5am!!

Amazing hotel, professional staff, tasty breakfast, top location. Room was old but comfortable and spacious. Best price quality ratio you can imagine.

Hotel has very good location in the centre of Kazimierz district. We found city parking place 2 minutes by foot from hotel but it could be challenge if you are not lucky. Very kind service of hotel.

This property is located next to many good restaurants. My twin room was comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and had a terrace. The room is quite narrow but the bathroom is large with a nice shower. The WiFi is good. The breakfast is one of the best I had in Krakow. The first night, an event in the hotel until early morning, made it quite noisy but I was informed when I booked the room. It general, it represents great value for money and the staff is nice.

We stayed at this hotel was amazing and clean good space rooms , staff were friendly when we needed assistance. Great location for trips into the old town and the royal castle , plenty of food options nearby as well. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
Lovely and quaint hotel for a decent price with a great breakfast buffet. It's not a modern or new hotel but has an elegant, European vibe. The service was polite and courteous, and the rooms were a decent size, a bit older looking, but with cute little touches- little caramels on the pillows, adorable soap/shampoo amenities, sparkling water in the rooms. Beds were average in comfort level. The breakfast buffet and dining area were also very classy albeit a bit dark. Plentiful spread of cheeses, smoked fish and meats, yogurts, hot eggs and bacon, etc. Only downside was that there was no brewed coffee, only instant. Was that an off day or normal for Poland? Other downside was the walls were thin, so we woke up at 2 am to an obnoxious racket of drunk men talking either with their room doors or open in the hallway- was so so loud. We called the service desk twice and someone finally came to ask the men to keep it down. Besides that, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and a great location somewhat within walking distance from downtown.
