Good hotel. Parking can be better managed. Also lifts are very small and can accommodate just 5-6 people which creates a rush during peak hours. I had gone for a party in terrace restaurant on 6th floor. Food as well as starters were just awesome, in fact much better than any 5 Star restaurant I have visited till date. Highly recommended for food!

Last year I had good experience so decided to stay again. I was there couple of days back, experience was disappointing. Dirty floor carpets, broken electric kettle which was not replaced even after request. Breakfast again was awful. Bakery items, sausages etc were so hard, cold and stale. I will not stay again here and will recommend same to anyone.

Rooms are good, yes. Everything else was a disappointment. Me and my family stayed here for two nights. The staff was unhelpful and most were rude. As our room card wasn’t working, we went down to the reception twice and it still wasn’t working. When we checked with the staff on our floor, they kept asking us to go again and check. Only after being firm did they agree to do it themselves. Even otherise, there is a lot of biased treatment in the hotel. I am aware that they have a lot of different plans for guests opting for different kinds of room but that doesn’t mean they treat the guests in a biased away. The staff and the system is such that they outright deny us of a few services, without courtesy. Moreover, most of them were confused about what plan includes what services. The restaurant wasn’t great either. All this was disappointing to witness given that the hotel is well-known in Jammu.

Poor service......ordered something but received something else after long waiting. Bill of some other table for Rs 5600 approx was provided to us....same was revised (Rs 3400 approx)once checked and asked for correction, it reflects casual attitude of staff. Not recommended.

Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience staying at KC Residency for my Mata Vaishno devi Darshan. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was perfect. Special mention to the team who made lunch for us, customised the offering as per our requirement and the food was amazing. I highly recommend K C residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

My stay experience at this hotel has been absolutely disappointing. Such bad service, basic amenities like hand towel/towels were not provided. I requested multiple times, 3 times i had to personally go down to reception but it was only after I lost my cool they provided towels. Overall very poor hospitality, KC is a brand and a lot is expected from such properties but they couldn't provide even bare minimum. They will count and keep 2 tea bags in your room. Major issues with front desk/house keeping. The room given to me initially was so below standard comparrd to the price charged, but on requesting they changed the room, appreciate the help here. I have always stayed at Fortune Inn Riviera, KC was a last minute booking for us, I will never consider KC Residency as my choice after the experience we had here. Location of the hotel is excellent, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Raghunath temple. Breakfast spread was good, but not everyone in the staff is cordial.

Property is good enough and probably the best one in Jammu. The front desk staff Mr Ranjeetvis helpful and courteous. Food is delicious however service is very late, their signature dish Guchhi Pulao of ₹995 for a plate was turn off.
