Hotel KC Residency

I recently stayed at the Hotel KC Residency during my business trip to the city and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a great shower. I particularly loved the view from my room which overlooked the city skyline and provided a great way to unwind after a long day of work.

Very poor i booked in advance and when i came, they said there is no vacant room available. They sent me another hotel(Lucky Hotel) which was so dirty and charged me 1600 rupees. When I complained about dirtiness the person in Lucky hotel was misbehaving with me. These hotels are running by muslim community. They are all very rude. Never trust these guys.

It's good for a couple of people to stay

My stay at the hotel was good. I stayed here for 5 days and to say I was treated with such kindness is an understatement in itself. The staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk(Mr. Aftab) was very cop Operative and friendly . My room was always clean and the bed was good.Location wise it is perfect as it is situated just below Marol Metro station and all the restaurants, public transport, foods , restaurants, pubs, bars and easily accessible.I will recommend this hotel to any one wanting a good stay.

Oh my god! We never believed it will be such a worst place to stay. Room service Staff behaviour is ok they are helpful but rooms are pathetic. you will see A/C and geyser but they won't work. I recommend better to choose something else instead of this unless you really want to stay in this shady place. Have two stars just for room service. Can't even forget our bad experience. Better to avoid unless you really want to explore what I have said.. Thanks.

Must visit this nearest place for 1 night outings with friends and family for all .Very good facilities, with amazing hill view. Most beautiful part of the villa is the Terrace, the lights in the night changes the vibe, perfect to chillout with friends.😍 Best Found this restaurant just in the locality I used to live long ago. Uncle is very polite n calm. N the chef is awesome. Had veg 65, n oh man!!! Loved it Really amazing, would visit everytime... Must visit place...Egg Biryani is so tasty and service is also fast and good

Is location is great, 2nd staff is great but the rooms and service offered is very very poor. Rooms smell like he'll, not at all hygienic, the ceiling and wall plaster on rooms and outside lobby are falling off, tables beds sinks not cleaned. Bugs pests all around room, AC works but total thakela. Is not at all ok for the price they ask and on top of all is the cleanliness, hygenine, and ventilation.

This hotel is in close proximity to Mumbai airport. Good room service. Excellent European cuisine, must try once. Located on the prime location with availability of all means of transportation system.
