So enjoyed staying here. When we arrived the room wasn't ready (even though it was an hour past check-in), but the staff were really apologetic (it was a busy time in the town). No problem, as the hotel is so perfectly located centrally we went out for a look around and a coffee. Once in, the room it self was really lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there are several great restaurants within a short walking distance. Would highly recommend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for the centre of town. Rooms fine and comfy though shower a bit tight. Breakfast good. No hotel parking but free parking not far away (can park at front to drop off bags)

The room was a good size, we had a deluxe double. Bed was very comfortable and we could control heat of the radiators ourselves. The shower floor was tilted the wrong way so the water leaked under the door so badly we had to stuff a towel on the other side so it didn’t flood the bathroom. Fuse blew in bathroom on our last day there. Staff were very nice. Had some laundry done, same day service which was great. Ice machine available for guest use on the floor we were on. Room a bit dated, bathroom included so didn’t look as clean as it could have been. Overall, we were happy with the room, the issues above were just minor conveniences.

This was a nice and clean hotel for my wife and me and a bit of a maze fir my older sister on the 2nd floor. They allowed us to store our bag because we got in way early and stow our bag when we flew on iceland air to go north fir 3 days and then back to here. All the people at the front desk were really friendly. Allowed my sister to borrow a plug adapter. Good place to stay especially for family.

Booked in here for 2 nights while doing a group tour. We had a small twin room. Very poor lighting. Pillows were far too soft (personal opinion). No alternative so folded a blanket from the wardrobe to put under the pillow which was better. Beds were ok and slept well. Limited storage space. The shower didn't really heat up but was warm. One night we had a group dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent. Close to shops etc, and a fairly good selection of places to eat.

Centrally located hotel with easy access to local shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the harbour. Hotel room was great, larger than expected but a little dirty: someone's hair on the floor of the shower, cleaning fluid or soap scum (not really sure) on the sink, faucet etc. Easily fixed but slightly off-putting. The included breakfast buffet was terrible...not because of the food selection, that was fine...more because they were not keeping up with things: we arrived around 820am, restaurant was approximately 30% full....coffee ran out twice in the 30 mins we were there and was not refilled without asking staff to provide more coffee, tables were not being cleaned by staff and we saw many customers placing plates on other tables/the bar and cleaning the tables themselves before sitting down, food was running out repeatedly across many of the dishes being served and staff again were very slow to respond....the guy that was dressed as a chef seemed to be the only one hustling to get things straightened out...the other staff didn't seemed very concerned. Not a great experience.

All my life I had dreamed of staying at a KEA hotel and this summer I decided to try staying there. But there were some disappointments. The mattress in the bed was too soft and the bed too short so I didn't sleep well. Some rooms had an exit if people needed to get out at night, mine didn't. But the room was neat and the staff was polite and friendly. One of the employees offered to check if there was a room available with a larger bed, but there was only one night left so I didn't accept it.

The hotel is located in a very nice building. The parking is very limited. Staff is very friendly and gave us room before the checkin time . Rooms are small but clean and tidy . The rooms have good amenities and linen . Overall a good experience.
