Best hotel one can find at such an affordable price point. Rooms are spic and span, staff members are soft spoken and hospitable, and the location is amazing!! So much to appreciate but the best part is definitely their breakfast; it’s a perfect bombay experience. The food taste is a solid 8/10 but the variety and hospitality makes it 10/10. They as far as offering foot massages during breakfast! Definitely coming back.

I just visited hotel Kemps Corner in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent. absolutely liked everything about this hotel. Their morning breakfast is top notch and filling, everything exceeded my expectations. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. I would love to visit again.

One the coziest and nice properties in the Malabar Hill area . My second visit for business and leisure this time around with my wife . Rakesh has been an excellent host while dining . Bhumika always carries a smile and helps . They actually love feeding their guests. The breakfast is amazing and in all words it’s a property which is 1) clean 2) good food 3) good smiling people 4) a cat which is always there to say hi (outside) 5) reception area looks aesthetic 6) leg massage in the morning 7) good looking terrace area 8) and a man who plays pleasant music Cons : 1) Maybe the lift is something which can be changed 2) previously HI-tea had a lot of options which is reduced now . (Recommend atleast a Tea along with some snacks ) Overall 5 star rating for my second visit of two days

If you’re an Art Deco fanatic, this place will delight you beyond imagination. Superb breakfast spread with an unusual view, prompt and pleasant serving staff (almost entirely women-led) and daily towel changes with house keeping— budget stays in town don’t get any better than this.

I recently visited a hotel located at Kemps Corner, and my experience with the service was very disappointing. I had requested an early check-in, but instead of handling the situation with courtesy and professionalism, the manager responded in an impolite and unhelpful manner. The tone and style of communication made the interaction unpleasant and left a negative impression of the hotel’s service standards. As a guest, I expected a basic level of hospitality and politeness, which unfortunately was lacking in this case. This experience highlights a serious gap in customer service that the hotel should urgently address in order to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall disappointing experience with the senior staff. While this is not my first time staying here and was actually quite impressed the last time. While the property and some of the support staff were good, the behavior and attitude of the main reception staff left a lot to be desired. On the day of checkout, I specifically asked for help with my luggage as my cab was already waiting. Despite making the request directly, the reception staff showed no urgency or willingness to assist. Eventually, I had to carry everything down myself. Ironically, it was the watchman and a few helping staff who immediately offered to help — far more responsive and considerate than the ones who are actually in charge of guest service. What was more frustrating was that the senior staff often approached guests with incorrect or half-verified information, which not only caused confusion but also came across as unprofessional. It’s not acceptable to disturb guests without first getting the facts right. For a hotel that seems to pride itself on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism from those at the front desk was disappointing. The management seriously needs to reconsider how its senior staff interact with guests — a little accuracy and respect would go a long way.

Absolutely loved this place because of the very nice and kind people working here Pranita and Bhoomika were very helpful Breakfast was really amazing and had variety of options Just one con that rooms are a little small but other than that no complaints
