Very nice hotel with parking included. The reception staff were very kind, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. Unfortunately, our one-night stay was ruined by the unacceptable experience we had at the rooftop. After a 5-hour drive, we wanted to eat something and ordered a few tapas and drinks. The food arrived after an hour, and the meatballs were still cold, as if not fully defrosted. The staff proved completely incompetent in handling the situation, and the manager was rude and disrespectful. If you decide to stay here, do not order anything at the rooftop. Breakfast was varied and in line with standard hotels.

The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming. The establishment is very clean very modern and everything is well kept. The breakfast is also very diversified, there is even a juicer and cut out vegetables next to it ?? Excuse me ? How did u learn to be so perfect ?

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were amazing especially Loubna, she helped us with everything and made it easy and an enjoyable stay. The hotel had great food/Buffet, decent gym and amazing pool. Would definitely come again and recommend to others staying on casablanca.

I stayed at Kenzi Hotels during a recent business visit and had a genuinely comfortable experience. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, which made settling in easy after a long day of travel. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for getting some work done in the evenings. Good Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and a surprisingly comfy desk setup. The bed was great too, which really helped me rest between meetings. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well-kept. It’s in a convenient spot, especially if you’re on a schedule but still want a bit of peace and quiet. Would definitely stay again for future work trips it made everything feel just a bit easier.

09. Oct. 2025, we ave been at the rooftop. Inattentive staff. And at night, I got very bad food poisoning from the salmon tartare! I don't want to describe here what food poisoning feels like—it's very unpleasant. And life-threatening if you're not in perfect health!

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude faced staff (excluding the man in the terrace who was lovely). They did not clean my room during my stay even i asked them also ant everywhere It was trully a nightmare I was there for two days no one clean our room even i asked as i said I have a kid got many insect bite surely i ll never back to your hotel.

Rooftop is okay, but the desserts we ordered were awful. New York cheesecake => frozen crystalized whipped cream. Same for ice cream... One hour to get fruit salad. This place isn't worth wasting money on.
