Stayed for 3 nights and we had a lovely time. Rooms are comfortable and well kept for everything you need. Service by all was so accommodating and helpful. Loved the dining room food and service. Our tours were before the breakfast time but they provided a great breakfast bag to go. So handy that in the bar area you could fill up your water bottles with fresh drinking water at any time FOC? Location great for the main high street ,shops ,bars etc.

Great spot to stay in San Pedro de Atacama. Right off the main strip so it was really convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The restaurant was delicious and really moderately priced. Nice pool area to relax before or after an Atacama tour. Didn't notice any sound from the surrounding restaurants / bars as others mentioned. Very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are rather small and there is no air-conditioning, at least in the room we were in. Service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty with quality ingredients. However, there were minor issues during our stay. The internet wasn't working or worked badly, there were no signs alerting for food restriction at the breakfast buffet, the hotel charges extra to use the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was organized in 1-hour "windows". Finally, we were disturbed in our rest because the staff needed information that was already checked during check in. For the price, we expected more.

Great hotel, ideally located, walking distance from everything in San Pedro. Staff is lovely and helpful. Rooms are charming, serviced twice a day, which is very apppreciable, with very good bathroom and cosy lighting. Breakfast is of quality. Two lovely little - pretty chilly - refreshing swimming pools, great after day tours in the desert to relax and enjoy afternoon sun. Only “but” is the poor WiFi, making even the mere required (and quite redundant) “e-check-in” process quite difficult! Overall the experience was fabulous, it’s a great “peace haven” and even a little “piece of heaven” just off the Main Street! Highly recommendable.

We stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. Sevla at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was always ready to assist, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This place is somehow rustic. To be honest, this is not a hotel that i personally would stay in the future. Three nights is enough. The hotel is not bad. The fridge inside the room is generally too noisy, I didn't complain about it, because I know the manager wouldn't care. Also the electrical sockets are located in the most illogical place, so it is difficult to put the plugs. The WIFI in the room doesn't work. The hotel was nice to prepare my lunch packet since I could not take breakfast due to tour. There is no TV in the room, and the sound isolation is not good, I can hear everyone who passes my door.

Attractive, well maintained rooms and common areas, comfortable beds. The restaurant has excellent food and presentation. Rooms are serviced twice daily. We were there in the hottest part of the summer, and had to leave the door open at night for the room to be comfortable enough to sleep (no AC, but nights are very cool.) Note- there is no safe in the room. The parking lot is small, so you leave keys at the desk in case cars need to be moved for access. Pool is pretty but small and the water is always cold. We didn't use the hot tub. Close enough to stores and town center that you don't need to drive. I recommend booking tours with a knowledgeable guide (Trekana was good) since some roads are unpaved and gas stations are rare- the road to Tatio geysers is especially rough.

Lunch and dinner were outstanding and very reasonably priced compared to other local restaurants. Room was comfortable, with comfortable bed, mini bar, good size bathroom and private terrace set in nice gardens. Lovely staff and hotel very centrally located. Recommended!

Yelp
Review is for Kimal Relax - the attached salon. I got a deep pressure massage here -36K pesos for one hour. I asked for hard pressure, and that is exactly what I got. You can hook into their wifi while you wait. There is also a ¨bar,¨ where you can buy smoothies.

Hello M.

Yelp
Amazing! The hotel was all hand constructed including each tile, bamboo ceiling, door frames etc. Hotel was very well maintained and the restaurant had great food.
