Disappointing Stay
We decided on a last-minute weekend stay at [Name of Hotel/Accommodation, if known] and were unfortunately left disappointed. Right from our arrival, there was a discrepancy with the price: we were quoted a lower rate over the phone than what we actually had to pay.
The room we were assigned had several issues. The balcony door was broken, rendering the balcony unusable. Additionally, the air conditioning was noisy, which disturbed our sleep.
The culinary offerings have also declined. As repeat guests who have stayed here three times before, we noticed that both the breakfast and dinner buffets no longer met our expectations in terms of quality.
Due to these experiences, we will book through Booking.com again in the future, as we feel they are more friendly and careful with room assignments.
