Hotel Kitzhof Mountain Design Resort

I love the breakfast here! Best breakfast in Kitz! Rooms are a little smaller than expected but the heated floors in the bathroom and the view from the balcony make up for it! The concierge service is impeccable! The waitresses at breakfast all so delightful and pleasant!

The hotel is near the city, like few minutes walking. The hotel is new and has an very nice Austria atmosphere. The SPA is very nice and a very big pool. Its nice to relax. The breakfast was also very well, you can order egg dishes from the card. It was a nice stay. The only thing what I can think is less good is that the ski lift is a 3 min drive with free hotel ski bus. But is good arranged from the hotel. I not see it as negative its worth it!

I have truly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at the Kitzhof, especially as we got a junior suite upgrade which was great and spacious room with a nice view. Great quality of sleep and very attentive and friendly staff from concierge to reception to bar and breakfast. The offering at breakfast was also one of the best I have seen around luxury Alpine resorts and I travel about 90+ days a Year so for me to say that means something.

I wish I could live at this hotel. You walk in and instantly feel so relaxed and taken care of. The location is great, short walk to the city center but quiet and gorgeous. The food is amazing - we had both breakfast, dinner and snacks at the bar and were so impressed with everything. Can not wait to plan a time to go back!

We have become fans and admirers of (Motel One founder) Dieter Müller's three personal passion places in the Alps: Das Achental, Chiemgauhof and Kitzhof. ||The Kitzhof is a pleasant design hotel, in a beautiful part of Kitzbühel town, with high quality furniture and amenities. A good sporty-elegant clientele can be seen in the public areas. ||The view from the lobby outside, towards the lush green park and the mountains, is also pleasant. ||Gym and spa are excellent. The service quality too. ||As a cigar aficionado, I am very fond of the heated smoker's terrace. ||Most important: our dog absolutely loves the beautiful garden and adjacent park.

Just returned from another marvelous summer vacation in the same hotel, the hotel is situated well near the center of Kitzbuhel. Walking distance from the two main lifts and very close to a public free parking space. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, service is very nice and accommodating, they have a great bar with a balcony one can hang in during day and night. They offer what I think is the best restaurants in town and breakfast is amazing. They are dog friendly. Gluten free friendly.

We stayed at the Kitzhof last week on a bike tour and all our clients loved the hotel. The decor is pleasing and comfortable, the rooms are lovely, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. We were treated very well by the staff, too. We are looking forward to our next cycling tour in Austria!

The rooms and facilities are truly exceptional, and the central location in Kitzbühel is quite appealing. However, parking can be a challenge when the hotel is near full capacity. Regarding dining, the breakfast service was excellent, thanks to some highly motivated staff. Dinner service was excellent on some days but unfortunately fell short on others, with issues such as incorrect orders, forgotten orders, lengthy wait times between courses, and bland dishes. It is a pity.

Excellent 4 stars hotel: from warm and welcome fireplace lobby with complimentary lemon water dispenser, full breakfast, indoor pool with complimentary bottle water, fresh apples. The room had only one queen bed so preferred a king or double beds for the 4 of us. They finally sent up the extra bed after 2nd nights. Despite the rainy weather since we been here, I am sure the view would be spectacular. We sure made use of the indoor pool given the gloomy weather. We dine at the main restaurant. The ambience was warm and cozy without being over done with wood mountain theme. Expect most dishes to be 22 euros and up. The soup are 8 euors. However the tiriamisu for 12 euros is kinda pricey. I liked the separate toilet room from the shower and the rain style shower head was great. Also, the bathrobes and slippers are great touches. On our walk they even provided umbrellas. I think this is the nicest 4 stars hotels(we have stayed many in the states) we have stayed especially in Europe since most are tiny and even at same price. Given the fact that summer is lower season for this ski resort area so priced were reasonable. This hotel truly lives up to being a 4 stars providinf luxury touches without charging. Well the mini bar is charged. The toiletries are larger than most hotels. They also have a spa. I am blown away by the complimentary breakfast! Most hotels provide simple hot and cereals. They have the full blown fancy with champagne, fresh juices, tea, yogurts, cut fruits, breads, croissant (even chocolate filled), sliced salmon, so many teas to choose from. It reminded me of the variety from cruises. I would highly recommend this hotel for a holiday or getaway.
