Beautiful hotel which has a lot of character due to the preservation of an old monastery, hence modern luxury meets history. Rooms are stylish & big. Spa is huge & has special sauna Augüsse, an outdoor & indoor pool. Food is great too & the restaurant cute & stylish. Hotel is child friendly & reserves quiet space for adults too. Near skiing & a cute town with great shopping. Also the staff is super friendly including retrieving my lost phone from the train!

How do I even begin to review this hotel? It’s unquestionably a 5-star property—service, amenities, luxury, all exactly what you’d expect at that level. So if every 5-star checks the same boxes, why choose this one? Simply put: because it is beautiful—not generic, not manufactured, but genuinely, breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel has a remarkable head start: the main building is a monastery that’s over 500 years old. That kind of aesthetic can’t be recreated. But what’s truly impressive is how thoughtfully it has been transformed into a luxury hotel. The respect for its culture and history is evident everywhere. From the food to the staff uniforms to the décor, you can feel the unbroken connection to its past. Modern amenities blend seamlessly with the old-world atmosphere. The staff will do anything for you. Antique wooden chests—older than my country—are used for storing towels and cushions. Down in the spa and sauna area, there are rooms from the 1500s where you can sit and drink the hotel’s own brewed beer. And then there’s the setting. You can float in a warm outdoor pool while taking in snow-capped mountains—a surreal sight for an Aussie who lives near the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay to everyone at Hotel Klosterbrau.

We spent four nights at Hotel Klosterbräu in a Double Nature Room—one of the newest on the property—and felt pampered from the moment we arrived. The room was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy sitting area (that can be closed off), a large bathroom, ample storage, two TVs, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. Lighting and climate controls were modern, if a bit complex at first. Robes, slippers, coffee/tea nook, and daily fresh water added to the comfort.||The hotel, a former monastery, is full of character and quiet corners—from plush lounges to a candlelit wine cellar. The spa and wellness facilities are exceptional: multiple heated pools (indoor and outdoor), jacuzzis, and a well-equipped gym. Rain or shine, there’s always a relaxing spot to unwind.||Breakfast was generous and satisfying. Dinner, however, was inconsistent—courses arrived out of order or were missed entirely on more than one occasion. Hopefully just growing pains from new processes.||Don’t miss the aperitif tour with a family member—it’s a lovely way to learn the hotel’s history and enjoy a glass in the cellar. The location is ideal: peaceful yet central, with trails, shops, and the train station all within walking distance.||A true gem in Seefeld—perfect for a restorative getaway with a touch of Austrian heritage.

I arrived in Innsbruck exhausted after a long journey and decided to treat myself to a day pass at this luxury resort. Wow, what an experience! The morning started with a fantastic breakfast buffet, where I could even make my own fresh juice. Then, I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Harold—pure bliss! Every single staff member was professional and welcoming, always with a smile. A special shoutout to Sunny, the girl at the spa, who went above and beyond to assist me. Exceptional service all around. This is truly a 5-star hotel offering 6-star service. Highly recommended!

The place is definitely a great place to stay for your vacation. Room is new and so comfortable. Restaurants have great food. Staffs are extremely friendly and attentive. Place is also very pet friendly.

One of best ski hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I travel|Extensively and stay at numerous high quality hotels. I was soo pleased that I picked this hotel for my family and I. Ski resort is great for beginners but the hotel really made the stay. Very luxurious, spa is wonderful and staff are amazing. Well done Klausterbrau hotel!!

We went to the hotel bar just for a drink. It offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The seating is comfortable, and the ambiance is inviting. The drink menu is extensive, with a wide variety of options to suit any taste. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a cozy night out!

We had a wonderful stay. The warm hospitality, the stylish ambience and the first-class cuisine made our stay an unforgettable experience.||Our dog especially felt welcome. The loving care and dog-friendly facilities are a real treat for any dog owner. It is rare to find a hotel that caters so well to the needs of four-legged friends.||We are already looking forward to our next visit!

As far as restaurants go in this beautiful gem of a winter and summer Austrian paradise of a town, I implore you to seek this spot out. It has style, great service, outstanding food, brews, music, atmosphere, and history! You MUST visit this outstanding Bräukeller! We happened upon this town 30 minutes outside of Innsbruck by total chance and now we're already planning our trip back with friends. Skiing, biking, hiking, saunas, tennis, pools, soccer and more.
