Hotel Knysna Log-Inn

I always work from the Log-Inn, and the staff are great. Anna is always on point, and I love having a chat with her when I'm there. She is very helpful. The lounge/bar area is quiet to work at, and the drinks are very affordable.

It was such a great experience from walking in to a lovely welcoming staff that assisted us with luggages to the most amazing receptionist helped with checking in and proved us with everything we need including wifi password. The rooms were so spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed with coffee session which was lovely. Food is sufficient and affordable, had a wonderful time at the jacuzzi after work

Room decor and beds could be improved / modernised. I have a really sore back as a result of a bad / unsupportive mattress. It could only have been very old. ||Breakfast was terrific!!||Hot tub / Jacuzzi should be better maintained and smelled poorly. ||Wonderful sauna, bar and pool facilities. ||Staff were very helpful and friendly. ||The room rates are rather high and aimed at foreign tourists paying in Euro and USD. There should be a reduced rate for locals / South Africans, like myself. ||Overall a great experience and we will return ||Hopefully my points raised will be taken into account by then.

I had a fantastic stay at the Knysna Log Inn Hotel! The Team where extremely efficient, helpful and professional. The Conference facility offered natural light with a deck leading off the venue which made breaktime very pleasant.
