Hotel Ko59 (Dusseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Nestled on leafy Königsallee among a who’s-who of luxe shopping outlets, Hotel Kö59 neatly splits the difference between Düsseldorf’s gleaming commercial future and an equally rich history on the banks of the Rhine. Public spaces culminate in a massive, 40-meter-high atrium — besides being an architectural talking point, it also lets in plenty of light. Fun textiles, glam vanities, and floor-to-ceiling window banks help the rooms feel forward-looking. Downstairs, the Golden Bar comes alive at sunset with cheeky retro opulence." - Tablet Hotels

My husband and I stayed here for two nights as we were in the city for a wedding. I think the hotel is really nice but the rooms seem a bit dated. We stayed in the king room and it was very big and comfortable. All the amenities a 5* hotel should have is in the room. Sheets and bed were very comfortable. I couldn't get the chromecast to work in my room which was a bit frustrating and also the tablet in the room for room service. I also went to the Sauna. Finnish sauna was great but the pool and whirlpool? were not working, but this is a separate business that operates with the hotel (Homers? Palace) They also take 150€ deposit when you check in which I find quite strange, but no issues getting it back. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed off for a birthday. Its a good luxury hotel and is huge but many small details were missing to elevate it further.

Hello friends I am telling my experience regarding the cheap way they acted with me. As soon as we checked in we were changing me and my wife at the room. Suddenly one staff entered the room without knocking on the door. And he stopped at the middle of my room 🤯. After telling the reception they were negotiating with me for the price of my privacy. I am not looking for making a deal with them. But as the way they acting was making me feel so cheap. The offered me 40€ for my privacy 😞💔🤯. I told the. I am not negotiating anything. But as you will act i will decide if the hotel is respectful or not. As a result of what happened. They are really thinking as customers we are as cheap as nothing!!! After today big X for this hotel and never come back to it again.

Super odd name for a hotel, but honestly of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. The modern architecture, and design are very welcoming and distinguished. Rooms are nicely appointment, and extremely quiet, and most importantly, comfy. Great home base to explore all of Düsseldorf.

Superb location, and very comfortable rooms and public areas (lobby, lounges, restaurants…) We had a room with a view onto the Königsallee which was lovely. |Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—with umbrellas, directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. |Our only complaint: the hotel enthusiastically promotes its swimming pool—and this was a factor in our choosing Kö59. But, we then learned that the pool is not available to all hotel guests. Guests under the age of 18 are denied access. This detail is buried deep in the “fine print”.

We stayed at Hotel Kö59 Düsseldorf for three nights in their Suite, and it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My kids were so happy being there, which made our trip even more special. The location is perfect—just a short walk to shopping centers and tourist spots, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The lobby was just okay, but everything else made up for it. One of the sweetest moments was right before our checkout when the staff at the counter handed each of our kids a lion doll—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly at home. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. We especially loved their jasmine tea—it was such a nice touch to start our mornings. Every time we returned to our room, it was neat and perfectly cleaned, showing great attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young kids. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
The location of the hotel is perfect . It is in the middle of everything… the decoration from inside was nice and the room which I was picked was good for 2 people but not recommended for the family because there is a window from the toilet and the room .. in general was good hotel but I feel is stingy to provide a slipper for second person and only provides water on the first cleaning day .

Yelp
Wonderful business hotel right on the calm end of the Kö. The staff is efficient and friendly. The rooms are great, and although room service dining is limited to midnight (with the exception of one vegetarian option after that), the prices aren't bad at all. We were able to check in early as the friendly concierge was able to give us a call right after our room was ready, and even had our luggage moved to the room before we got to our room. The hotel staff also delivered newspapers to us in the morning as well as had a wonderful shoe shine service. Turn-down service is something you have to request every evening, but even then, it is worth the phone call just to replenish the coffee and tea in the room and get some water. Speaking of coffee and tea, they don't have a coffee maker in the room, instead using a kettle to make both tea and instant coffee. Also missing was an iPod dock, which is an interesting oversight since I would rather listen to some good music than watch foreign language television in the room! The bar downstairs is very trendy with some really good and well-priced snack and menu options. I loved the garlic fries after spending an entire day walking in the old city and drinking the alt beer. Checkout was plain and efficient. You get what you pay, and the stay was memorable.

Yelp
Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. It is brand new and feels like modern luxury. Staff is professional and friendly (and sharply dressed). The rooms are reasonable large for European hotels and feel luxurious and modern. Rainfall showers! Would stay here again.

Yelp
We have stayed at this hotel 3 X over six years for Glasstec the huge glass show. It always the same lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. Robes, slippers, etc. Room service available. Staff could not be more accommodating. Health club is the Holmes and has a pool and spa. Very close to the metro/train and all major upscale shopping. Also near enough to the Alstadt which is the old historic Center where people are drinking them selves silly with beer. Good restaurants all over. Breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Yelp
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I stayed here back in 2006 for the World Cup and had a great time too. Rooms are great. The service is great and the hotel is beautiful inside and out. Not to mention in a great location as well. You can walk almost anywhere. I will say you should pay to get access to the second floor lounge. Free drinks, alcoholic and non. Snacks are changed out all through the day. You can enjoy a great breakfast there. The wifi in this hotel is extremely fast as well. Really no complaints here.

Yelp
One of the best hotels in Germany especially for the guests who are coming from the gulf. City center , next to the shopping area , pharmacy , restaurants , supermarkets are just walking distance. Customer service at the hotel is excellent , sixt rental car is also available at the lobby . Free wheel chair option is available ... Room furniture is modern and the size of the rooms are reasonable . Free wifi ...Arabic channels on TV ... Cleaning service 8/10 ..

Yelp
That's easy: my favorite hotel in Germany! It's perfect in case of location, design and quality! So: if you're near the Koenigsallee in Dusseldorf, there's no option for an hotel!!
