We stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay more! The beds are comfortable and the room was super cozy. Also the reception is very helpful and hospitable. If we are to come back to Sarajevo we will book again at this hotel.

This is a friendly place. Sabrina and her husband were really helpful and friendly, despite being busy with a very small baby! We were picked up at the airport. The breakfast was very good and our room nice, but unfortunately a bit noisy. Location is great.

Nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms, friendly service and great location. But they charge you a ridiculous 5% extra if you use a credit card, which isn't mentioned anywhere in the info and they only inform you AFTER you've reserve. They also confer the Euro price to a Bosnian mark rate that's favourable to them. Poor taste to nickel and dime given it's a hotel in the city centre.

We stayed 2 nights. The location is perfect, it is just one street above from the baščarsija. Room was wide and super clean. Breakfast is okay. Family, who are running the hotel, are very hospitable and kind.

The Hotel is situated at the main road into the city, old part, and in the rooms to the street you hear the street car during the night. On the other hand, the location is very central in Old Sarajewo but 2 steps away from the worst tourist hassle. Rooms small but to a good standard. Very friendly service, good english. Walk-in rate was obviously higher than the 'Booking' rate. Nevertheless I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks!

Spent a night there on my Bosnia trip. On the plus side: it is affordable and close to the old city, where you want to be to explore the sights and sounds of Bosnia...|But although the place is quite clean, I did not feel comfortable due to outdated equipment (oldish carpets, bathroom, etc..), also some stuff is simply falling apart (e.g. wall sockets). Tv did not work either, was not able to change the channel with broken remote :).|The worst thing came at night ... there is an external air conditioning unit mounted on the wall right next to the room's balcony doors... the noise was terrible (the machine is either broken or it was overloaded since it was quite cold and it might be used for heating), and we spent the night awake... this did not only ruin our night but also the day that followed... terrible.|Hint: do avoid room 03!!

This is a good choice if you are independent and don't need much "hand holding" since the front desk is staffed only for a few hours in the morning (checkout) and by appointment for check in (that worked fine for me). Location is walkable from the trolley bus station and airport transfers are available for a fee if arranged in advance. A very small breakfast is provided in the morning (a fried egg dish had been sliced into about two dozen postage stamp size portions, and two young guys just polished off what was intended for everybody, for themselves, taking the entire tray and sliding it onto their plates). Rooms are comfortable, clean, and air conditioning can be adjusted as needed individually. Neighborhood is safe.||There is a surcharge if you want to pay the room rate by credit card. For cash, they will accept Euros for the airport transfer even though the preferred currency is the national one, Bosnian Convertible Marks (I appreciated that gesture).||On balance this is a small family run hotel and the people try to provide a good value for the tourists while keeping costs down--and I say that they succeed in that. I recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again (but I'd grab the limited eggs sooner next time!).

Travelling solo I booked this based on location and it was convenient for the old town|However my room wasn't great, the view was amazing and nice to have a door to open on to a very small balcony but:|The room smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival, I left the doors open to get rid of the smell and ended up getting bitten by midges|Bathroom tiny and no where to store toiletries,|Was given key to a safe but it didn't exist|The electrics are well dodgy, couldn't use bedside light as socket taped over, tried to use extension lead to charge phone but unplugging the TV disabled the WiFi!|Another socket was falling out of the wall|My room was at the back but you can still hear the trams thundering past from 3am and there was very loud live music one night|My main gripe was that breakfast is only served 8-10 but the tours I went on (and ones they recommend) start at 8 and together a 10am flight home I only made it to breakfast one morning, it was poor, nothing left at 9am so went to the very nice bakers up the road |Also reception was only manned when I arrived, never saw anyone else at any other time |I am sure with some effort improvements could be made
