I had a great stay at Hotel Konti! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bordeaux, close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere inside the hotel despite being so central. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again next time I’m in Bordeaux!

Weird room. Color scheme is very dull; some furniture oddly placed. Bathroom small and shower didn’t drain well. Just seemed old and sad. Breakfast room was weird too. No windows and another strange color and decor choice. Quality of the food was fine. Staff were pleasant. Great location. Coffee machine in lobby didn’t work consistently and the area was not cleaned and restocked.

Quaint boutique hotel in great location in Bordeaux near everything. Rooms were clean comfortable and sharply designed . Enough room and even small desk for me to do work. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience highly recommend

Had a fantastic stay, great location, room and price. Would definitely recommend. Big shout out to Gorda who gave us a very genuine welcome and helped us a lot of help to navigate the city. She is a real asset to your hotel and is the epitome of the 'happy culture' brand.

During our recent stay, my partner unfortunately fell ill with food poisoning. Wassim’s support during this time went far beyond what you would normally expect from hotel staff. From the moment we sought help, he was incredibly accommodating and empathetic, taking the time to truly understand our situation. He arranged for us to see a doctor, personally helping with all the practical details, and his assistance with translation made the process so much smoother and less stressful. He even offered to accompany us to the doctor’s appointment to ensure we were fully supported, which was an extraordinary gesture of kindness. It wasn’t just Wassim – all of the staff at Hotel Konti were empathic, caring, and genuinely committed to helping us through this difficult period. The level of service made us feel truly looked after, especially in a foreign country when things don’t go as planned. We will definitely stay at Hotel Konti again, not only because of the comfort and facilities, but because of the incredible people who work there. Waseem, and the whole team, turned what could have been a stressful and worrying situation into one where we felt supported and cared for.

Good/central location. Hotel claims they are 4 stars but in reality they’re closer to 2 stars. Rooms were considerably smaller than other French hotels in similar categories. Service was polite, but lacking. Thin walls and plenty of noise. Hotel failed to get us transportation/taxi to train station. Overall I’d consider this place a 1/2 star hotel or a hostel, but definitively not 4 stars and not worth what we paid. I’d stay somewhere else.

Stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the addition to be able to make a coffee or flavoured sparkling water in the foyer and maybe grab a cheeky pastry if there were any left :) My only advice is if you don’t like noise maybe stay clear of the rooms facing the street as there in a beautiful bar/restaurant right below our window and was extremely loud until 2am … however this is not the hotels fault .. shutting the windows does block out all the noise. Going through hot flushes … I needed the window open 😎 I would stay here again 😀😀

This is a great spot to stay and its right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are LOVELY! They had great amentities and the staff are so nice. The next time I'm in Bordeaux I will be staying here.
