I spent one night here in July 2019 and cannot get over the quality and level of service. The hotel's rooms are situated so that each has a direct view of the Cathedral hill; during the day this is great, but at night, when the complex is illuminated, it becomes magical. The rooms are adequately sized with modern amenities and are clean, well maintained and comfortable. WIFI connectivity was strong and consistent. The service was outstanding and the staff members seemed eager to assist with any issues. The restaurant had delicious local fare and breakfast seemed adequate, (to be fair I don't eat breakfast so I'm not a great judge of that aspect). I would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend it.

The hotel was better than what I expected, given the price and the three stars rank. Very good location, comfortable, large rooms with balconies. Good food, reasonable wine and beer selection, friendly staff, speaks at least Polish and German. Surprising but appreciated: the fridge in the room was very quiet. Some minor issues: * little vegan choice at breakfast, so watch out if you care (vegetarian options are ok though), * bad water pressure in shower, * bad coffee (there is a good coffee in Water Tower Cafe, three minutes by walk from the hotel).

We stayed for one night in May on a tour though North Poland. The rooms are surprisingly big and comfortable with a nice view just opposite to Frombork castle. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately we did not take the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel, which we regretted as the menu looked really good- we will definitely do this next time we come.

Nice hotel located close to cathedral church with magnificent organs. Clean room and really nice staff. Rooms are modestly equipped, but bed is comfortable. Food in the hotel restaurant, especially fish is OK. My recommendation - for short stay.

Good points;||Good hotel we asked for a ground floor room due to being disabled and we where given this but we where put in a larger room with 2 bedrooms so i didnt need to listen to my father snoring.||also we had a kitchenette, and tea makig facilities this was the first time since leaving England we had tea making facilities in our room.||free parking.||||Bad points:||There where 2 steps up in to the room so it wouldnt be suitable for wheelchair users. thankfully we are not in a wheelchair but are both disabled.||The bread at breakfast was dry.

We felt very welcome here, and were even allowed to borrow bikes for free (worth doing, there is a cycle route with nice views of fields, the sea and Frombork). The room was OK once we switched off the noisy fridge. One charging socket and WiFi would not connect in our room. Breakfast was good and we stayed for lunch which was very nice. They will make tea for 4zl which you can take to your room. ||||The bus stop is a few metres from the hotel with regular services to Elbląg and occasional buses to Gdańsk. Check out timetables online as the bus stop does not list all.

Although the interiour starts to look a little bit outdated and the rooms aren't very modern there are also good points: friendly staff, good food (diner and breakfast), low price, plenty of rental bicycles and friendly staff. Surprisingly, sitting outside during the evening with the grand view on the cathedral was a chill out thing to do. So when i left, i nodded to myself: this was ok.

We have visited the hotel during "long weekend" in Poland.||Typical and strong 3* hotel.||We had an enough space in the room for 4 persons. Beds are good, room was clean, good equipped.||Breakfast - a large selection of good products, much more than you could expect from 3* hotel.||Suitable price.||Small minus for kitchen ventilation in lunch and dinner period smells from the kitchen are in the corridor, but not in the room :-)||Restaurant - to expensive (compared with nearest city Elbląg) but it is my personal point of view.
