We have chosen this hotel because of interior in old style and parking. Hotel is located 20 minutes by foot from Old Town. Parking costs 15 pln per day. Elevator didn't work and we had a room on 2nd floor. Room was quite nice but bathroom was not clean enough. There was also no water in the room at all. Breakfast was tasty. Next time I would choose some hotel in Old Town as I saw that you can easily park somewhere there.

I think some of the recent reviews the Koronny are a bit harsh. I spent one night there on an organised tour and the room I was given was large and comfortable with plush furnishings. The air conditioning worked well with outside temperatures in the upper twenties. The breakfast was excellent. My room safe wasn’t working, but that was sorted as soon as I reported it. One of the other group members got stuck in the lift for a short time, but my guess is that it is difficult to sustain maintenance at a high level if the hotel is not fully utilised all the time.

We arrived after midnight and had to leave at 6:30am the next morning. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and overall quite nice for the short time we were there. The staff were exceptionally helpful and got us checked us in quickly. They also arranged for bag breakfasts, since we had to leave to early. They were quite kind and spoke English fluently, which is wonderful because we sadly know very little Polish.

Staff are masters of customer service. Quiet location with nice classy accomodation. Close to old town. Recommend this hotel highly.

This hotel is located a little away from the centre of Zamosc, but it offers relaxing overnight conditions. We got a quite spacious hotel room with a comfortable double bed and a nicely equipped bathroom. Evening meal at the hotel restaurant was very pleasant. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly – we had to leave before the official start of the breakfast serving time, but we could get our breakfast together with one organized group :-)

I wanted to spend the New Year's Eve 2016 weekend somewhere quiet and||comfortable with my fiance - away from the parties, crowds and||celebrations. Unfortunately the stay was far from what we had expected.||The AC didn't work, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to||be desired, but that's nothing compared to what happened later.||||On the New Year's Eve we came back to the hotel to realize a wedding||reception is taking place. Had we been informed about the planned||wedding, we obviously wouldn't have decided to book there. We ordered a||dinner and after 30 minutes of waiting at the bar, we were seated at a||table in a busy hallway (since there was no room for us to sit in the||dining room.) The steak I ordered was hard like rubber and inedible. I||sent it back. I wasn't offered any apologies, I wasn't offered anything||on the menu I could eat instead, and was still asked to pay for the||meal, since - according to the staff - I ate some of it. The hotel staff||was extremely rude and unprofessional, and in the end the manager only||offered a 5% discount. Sleep was out of the question, obviously, with||the loud music (which lasted until 5:30AM) playing downstairs.||||We left the next day. My credit card was overcharged for the stay, so I||had to contact the staff of the hotel to clarify the situation. We're||frequent travelers and will come back to Zamosc many times, but never||again to this hotel.

Tragic hotel, very expensive, service is very poor. The purity menu has not changed since the reign of the tsar. Sausages and all food stinks throughout the hotel. The rooms stink, the furniture is old and broken, the bedding is torn.

I have no idea how did this hotel receive 4 stars. Where to start? 2 stars hotel breakfast, extremely poor and limited, and when you want to wipe your hands you get to use square shaped thin papers to do so because probably it’s too much for them to offer normal tissues or napkins. The heater in the room had a hole in it which exposed the inside, the toilet shower handle came off and the door can be opened from the outside if it was pushed. Also, if you leave the door open for few seconds it starts making an annoying loud noises to remind you that the door is opened. I really don’t know who is managing the property but I am pretty sure it’s run by a person who has no clue about running a hotel and here is why:|-Room refrigerator is locked and can’t be opened without a key from the reception. |-Tv speakers in the toilet.|-no fresh towels until you ask for it in the reception.|-music playing all over the hotel and rooms corridors from 7 to 10 pm.|-breakfast times changes during weekends.|And to add to our misery I was given a key and a card to the room because cards don’t work in my room. |No air-condition remote control in the room you have to go down to the reception and pick it up by stairs, of course, because the elevator is out of service. |-No WiFi in rooms.|-the reception area is a hangout place for the staff and there friends.|To be fair the staff were nice and helpful |What a terrible experience and a waste of money. They do not deserve the stars.
