Nothing fancy but met all the basics- the history of the building and how the hotel was built is interesting. Not really sure if there’s a better place to stay in Korcula which to me was part of the charm of this lovely town ie no large commercial resorts. ||Pros-|Location can’t be beat- very easy walk to the town. Also practically next door to a great local konoba (Banje) where I had my lost memorable meal (see review). Marco gelato is also supposedly great and a skip away (sadly closed during my visit).|We were picked up directly from the ferry but not sure if this was arrange by the hotel or our travel company. Definitely recommend this.|Very friendly and helpful front daytime desk staff- helped us with our luggage since all rooms require climbing stairs.|Room is very spacious and met all the basics- bed a tad too hard for me but comfortable enough. ||Cons |The women working in the dining area were definitely less friendly and not very helpful. Afternoon staff are not as friendly or helpful as the daytime staff. |Breakfast is very basic - don’t expect much. They do offer a few cooked options to select. Did not dine for any other meals at the restaurant but why eat here when Banje is right next door, delicious and where all the locals go? |Told about the wine tasting but we were not aware that there is a 25 euro per person charge- would not have gone if we had known that. We were actually scolded by the “sommelier” for being 5 minutes late but were never told this was a class! Not a pleasant start to any evening. |Be aware that there is no elevator and all rooms require climbing a minimum flight of stairs.

My wife and I spent 2 lovely days in Hotel Korsal. It is situated looking out to the sea near a marina. Nice stony beach 50 metres from the front door. It is a 5 min walk from the gorgeous old town. Our main contacts there were the super efficient and witty duo of Nidal and Dino. These guys attended to our every need. Our room was quite large and was very well equipped etc. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was lovely. We would highly recommend this excellent hotel.

This is a lovely small hotel with a wonderful warm and friendly staff who will really take care of you and get to know you. The location is excellent; just outside the Old City but a very short and flat walk to get there. It’s also well located to get to the ferry pier. |The views from the hotel’s terraces are magnificent. There are several very comfortable spots to relax outside, never crowded or noisy. |There is no Uber on Korcula, but the hotel can order taxis which come promptly. |Our room was garden facing with a pretty spacious balcony. We were surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and even had a sliver of a water view. The shower was great. The storage in the room was also good. |Breakfast was fine; the buffet was not expansive, but there was an accessory menu to order omelettes and other things. |If I had to mention any negative, which I hate to do, it would be the spotty WiFi and a few other very minor things (no hooks in the bathroom, no washcloths given).|We absolutely loved the island of Korcula, and this hotel added to that feeling. A big shoutout to Nidal and Mark who added a real personal touch to our stay.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Wonderful location, easily walkable from ferry. Attentive kind service. Lovely breakfast. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.|They have a wine tasting every day as well. I didn’t get to try that due to timing but I would have liked to and I’m sure it was lovely

what a brilliant hotel, made especially so by the staff, Nidal especially but all were brilliant. my room was on the small side (with a single bed) and up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) so accessibility is and issue. however the location was fantastic as was the breakfast. I didn't have dinner there but looked super busy. would stay again but get a room lower down and a bigger room

Nice little hotel in a beautiful part of Korcula town a short walk from the city walls.|Service was friendly and breakfast was simple yet adequate. The Seafront room with a balcony offered amazing views across to the mainland and was well equiped with comfy outdoor chairs. As it’s a hotel pretty much on the waters edge, it does look look like it’s takes a fair beating from the winter weather, so it is looking a little dated, however for the price and the location it’s well worth a visit.

We had a lovely week here. Our room was lovely, cool at night with a lovely terrace. Breakfast was lovely a great selection of fruit, cakes, pastries, honey and yoghurt as well as some interesting cooked options. The staff a super friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. There is a small beach across the road and the old town is 10 minutes away with the bus station and port close by too. There a plenty of restaurants in the old town and also on the way there as well as the hotel restaurant which was lovely and the tables on the terrace have a lovely sea view. At the beginning on June it was the perfect place for a relaxing week by the sea.
