Terrible experience. Second day of my stay, on the way back from the lunch got stuck in the elevator. Day before already they had problems, who knows how many day it was even before. Was calling to the number of emergency of elevators, nobody pick up, in between 4 times to the "bell" bottom, nothing.. then called to my friend which was already on the room, she came down to tell them that Im here in front in elevator. I got stuck between the floors 3rd and 4th. Nobody was trying to come and calm me down, just told that the technician will be in around half an hour. That too longer in told almost 1 hour. On the end when doors been opend and I was lifted up, the technician just shouted from other floor, quik jump out. OMG all my stuff on the floor I just picked up quik and jumped out (the floor wasn't on the right level). I almost calm me down by all thst long time and on the end couldn't get to my room in 4th floor as cards been blocked, mine and my friends too, she couldn't get in the room either! I called to reception by phone, nobody takes care, nobody responding. Well going down by emergency stairs, obviously I been stressed, unattended and plus can not get to my room. 0 attention, looks like that this happens daily and it is just usual situation. The receptionist managed to tell me on all of this fire, that this is our foult and we kept our cards next to the phone and got demagnetisized! Those days it is almost 0 possibility! Also refused to get me in touch with manager! Lunch time, labor day and manager is not available?! Next day in the morning manager just told that she is sorry about all of that, also that I was angry and why I was shouting on receptionist and no compensation can be made, even the morning coffee they managed to charge me 2.2 eur! She told me if Im not comfortable with them the can give me back money for last night and I can move to other hotel. Yes I did it. Still can not believe that nobody have knowledge how to handle stressful situations! Only one guy, bartender, was calm and definitely knew how to speak and how to handle situation and calmed me down, the day of accident!
Elevators has no technical check up stickers. One has from 2024 other one where I been 2025 Dec, check ups every 2 weeks, thats also strange. All systems full of dust balls, cables in the dust, next step the fire!
