Hotel KRC Palace

The best hotel at such a remote place in N-E. The rooms are spacious, clean and provide heater in each room. The room service is excellent. The location is only a minus point. The dining room is par excellence. Each room has an electric kettle which is a must in such a cold place.Overall, the best place to stay .

Very good hotel. Big spacious rooms. The reception manager and staff is cordiale and was very welcoming. Breakfast spread is decent and tasty. The restaurant with the hotel also has a good option for north Indian, East Indian and Chinese. Market is nearby. Bathroom has hot water and toiletry available.

Excellent hospitality, staffs are very well behaved. Will love to stay in this hotel again. Will recomend otherrs alsilo.

On 1st November, we a family of 10 members stayed at KRC palace in Tezpur, Assam. After a long journey of travelling, we didn’t receive the kind of service we were promised. We had 4 rooms booked that too executive rooms, we had majority of senior citizens in our group who weren’t made comfortable and faced mobility issues. The rooms weren’t upto to the standard which were shown in the pictures posted by the hotel. Hygiene - there was water shortage in the bathrooms, dirty water started poring out while showering which showed that regular cleaning wasnt done in their water storage tankers. This stank the whole place and our senior citizen members had to wait for this issue to be resolved. The amenities weren’t provided; no buckets, no mugs, no stool, knowing well in advance they would be catering senior citizens.

If you look at back support of bed you will find it hasn't been cleaned since long and I could see cockroach moving over breakfast table.reception staff was focused in mobile rather than listening you.at night dineer staff were too good and prompt

If you come to Tezpur than you must have stay in here only. Nice staff behaviour including HK and Security. Overall it's a good hotel at Tazpur.

Our first stay in this hotel was fairly decent. Our second stay came two months later and it was a nightmare. There was no running water in the bathroom, the flush wasn't working and when it finally did, the water was thick brown. The telephone was not even working for us to reach out to housekeeping or reception. In the other room occupied by other family members, the AC water dripped, with a cockroach crawling around. The food took forever to arrive in the restaurant, despite some of the old staff trying to be helpful, inordinate delay in serving simple food was very discouraging. We were going to make this our go-to hotel at Tezpur, but I shall have to look at other alternatives. ..................................... 09:12:2025 We are back at Hotel KRC Palace again. My earlier review needs a review. I am happy to be back and without any untoward incidents.

The rooms were good but in the morning the hand basen was and the pot also the shower/toilet had sewage sludge water and the hotel was in a Vishal mega mart
