Hotel KRC Palace

We stayed at this hotel to our way to Duliajan to times. It was an excellent experience. At our first stay, we booked a small room, it had good ambience and lighting. Another thing I liked was a sort of info book about Tezpur, It had places to visit mentioned in It. The bed was very comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious and clean with no missing things. Same can be said for the other larger room we booked the next time. It had a panasonic smart TV which made the trip unforgettable as we watched the temporarily pirated release of JAWAN on youtube before it got banned by youtube. We also made some tasty coffee with the emmenities provided in our room. Overall a very good experience. Gave it 4 stars because our frequency-electricity card stopped working for 2-3 minutes but it started working again and we had no problems for the rest of the trip.

Our stay was just for a night and it was a large group of 15. The check in and check out experience was good. Dining area was small and choices of food was limited. Of course, food was good. Breakfast had a reasonable spread and was good. The service can be better.

I came here with my sister and service is at worst, we are 2 people but there was only 1 bathroom kit and no slippers while we choose deluxe room and paid 3k plus amount for a night and we are asking for water but no one was even listening and we ordered food but they forgot to bring all the ordered food and they came after 1 hour after complaining about missing food. (Food tasted by bad and seems like already old) And I am literally surprised with this type of services and calling themselves as premium hotel. 0 star from my end.

The staff incredibly and helpful making our stay truly unforgettable, and breakfast was impressed with a wid variety of options, excellent stay.

Had booked 2 rooms at KRC Annexe homestay for 14th Nov Upon reaching the property we were denied check in saying only 3 adults and no child are allowed since I didn’t mention it during my booking. We were asked to pay 1000 rupees extra which we denied , One Ms NITA claiming to be the general manager of KRC hotel denied us check in for more than 2 hours. She had no manners or any sense of hospitality even after seeing that we had an infant with us .|I was travelling with my family and 14 year and 1 year old baby. After a long 400 kms journey we had to go through lots of trauma.|At the end when we were asked to check in I had to carry my own luggage’s and the same during check out.|Their rooms were dirty and un unhygienically suffocating with no ventilation or windows. It was full of mosquitoes and dead flies.|No mineral water was provided in the room and their linens were full of stain.|We were even asked to pay 500 rs as cleaning charges and MS NITA even warned us that even if a spot is found in their linen we have to pay 1000₹ as cleaning charges.||Note: This place is not even a homestay .

So we had been to this hotel while going towards dirang. The hotel is too good. They upgraded our room to suite room and the room was damn good. We just loved this room as well as ambience of the hotel. The staff was also very good and very helpful. The hospitality was indeed special. Would recommend everyone to take a short break while enroute dirang.

It is the worst ever Hotel, I have ever experienced. The charges are very exhorbent and the services are of the worst standard. Not at all recommended for stay at this location. Food spread is very little and the eating place hygine is not maintained at all.
