Hotel & Restaurant Krebs with Garden-Terrace

Overall a very nice stay, the hotel staff where young and very accommodating and professional. I stayed for 3 nights total and my only issue was a very weird sweaty feet smell in the main lobby was bad enough to mention on google reviews I guess... also outside the rooms. However inside the rooms where extremely clean and tidy very nice and smelled super clean. So honestly don't know where it came from.. maybe the old carpets? Apart from that very nice stay!

My sister and I stayed at the hotel recently and were very happy with the rooms and the quality of service and meals in the restaurant. We especially appreciated the assistance of one of the Reception staff who contacted us after we had left to advise that our suitcases had not been collected by the luggage forwarding service. She was also very helpful with arrangements for collecting the suitcases late that night. We highly recommend the hotel for its friendly service and its convenient location.

This is such a nice hotel in Interlaken, closely located near the Interlaken West train station. Each room had many amenities offered to the traveler. Staff was polite and helpful. There's a McDonalds across the street if you get desperate for some affordable fast food, too. The hotel was very quiet and the beds were of good quality making this a restful place. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights on our way from Lucerne to Zermatt, and enjoyed some tours from Interlaken during our stay. Hotel Krebs was a nice place to stay - had both stairs and lift access - and we would stay again in future. The positives: Very soft, comfortable bed (much more comfortable than most!); clean and tidy, quiet, good check in service - friendly and helpful, provided us 'guest passes' which allows free local transport and significant discounts on local tours; just a couple of minutes' walk from the train station - very convenient. Opportunity for improvement: very minor points only - the towels were a little thin and some of the breakfast offerings were a bit cold and stodgy by the time we got to it (admittedly later than usual). Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location with Delightful experience. Hotel is just at the Main Street, & 4 mins walking distance from train station. The check-in was very smooth. The rooms are very good, clean, and have good washrooms. Breakfast was good, but it could be better. Christina at the front desk deserves recognition for her assistance with local information and necessary tourist information. We had the best fondue at their restaurant in Interlaken. Highly recommend the choclate fondue desert. Special mention to Jurys, he was the one due to whom we had a wonderful dinner.

I like to make special note about Mr. Mansour working at the restaurant at this hotel . Although he is new to the job as I understand, he acts professionally. He is quick with the service and caring. He made us feel welcomed . It is very refreshing to be served by someone like him especially in a place you visit for the first time. This kind of service makes us want to come back.

Perfect location,excellent beds,great staff! It’s hard to find a European hotel with enough room, this one has plenty! Breakfast was not great because it did not stay very hot, however, it was free! My one complaint…….the shower! It is very tall and not very easy to get in and out of. The big problem. Is that where the shower head is placed doesn’t make sense! It shoots out of the wall into the glass, which would be fine,but the glass leaks! You have a flood after you are done showering! The only way to prevent the flood is to point it at the wall (making it impossible to shower, or hold the the shower wand the entire ice! There re signs in the bathroom saying please do not allow tub to over flow but i do not believe that is how they find water on the floor!!!!!!!! If that 1 issue was fixed, it would be perfect!!!

Great hotel at a wonderful location. Well connected to the whole town. Great staff. Pami at the reception felt very good. Was a very hospitable and good guy. A little bit on the expensive side, but worth it.
